화학 문제 해결력과 인지적.정의적 변인 사이의 관계 (The Relationships of Chemistry problem Solving Ability with Cognitive Variables and Affective Variables)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학교 학생들의 화학문제 해결력과 인지적 변인(논리적 사고력, 기억 용량,학습 전략) 및 정의적 변인(자아 효능감, 능력에 대한 자아 개념, 학습 목적, 과학에 대한 태도) 사이의 관계를조사하였다. 수리 문제와 개념 문제 해결력에 대한 변인들의 예언력을 중다 회귀 분석으로 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 인지적 변인 중 논리적 사고력이 수리 문제의 해결력을 유의미하게 설명하였고, 개념 문제의 해결력은 학습 전략이 가장 많이 설명하였으나 유의미하지는 않았다. 정의적 변인 중 능력에 대한 자아 개념은 수리 문제와 개념 문제 해결력 모두에 대해 유의미한 예언 변인이었으며, 자아 효능감은 개념 문제 해결력과 유의미한 상관이 있었으나 설명력은 없었다.

일-가족 문화, 일-가족 균형, 그리고 조직몰입의 구조적 관계; 호텔 직원을 대상으로 (A Structural Relationships of Work-Family Culture, Work-Family Balance, and Organizational Commitment among Hotel Employees)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 호텔 근로자를 대상으로 일-가족 문화, 일-가족 균형 그리고 조직몰입의 구조적인 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 빈도분석, 확인요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석 그리고 공분산 구조 분석을 적용하였으며, 이는 통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS(18.0)과 AMOS(18.0)을 활용하여 검증하였다. 그 결과에 따르면, 일-가족 문화 요인 중 '경영적 지원'이 일-가족 균형에 긍정적이며 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, '불이익 최소화'가 정서적 조직몰입에 긍정적이며 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 일-가족 균형이 정서적 조직몰입을 향상시키는 것에 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 정서적 조직몰입의 향상을 위해서는 직원들이 차후 불이익에 대한 걱정 없이 가정친화정책을 활용할 수 있는 분위기가 적극적으로 조성되어야 할 것이며, 경영진은 직원들의 직장과 가정생활의 조화를 중요하게 생각하고, 직원의 가정생활의 안정에 대해서도 관심을 기울이고 배려함으로써 직원들의 직장과 가정생활의 양립이 실현될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

Arousal and Valence Classification Model Based on Long Short-Term Memory and DEAP Data for Mental Healthcare Management

  • Objectives: Both the valence and arousal components of affect are important considerations when managing mental healthcare because they are associated with affective and physiological responses. Research on arousal and valence analysis, which uses images, texts, and physiological signals that employ deep learning, is actively underway; research investigating how to improve the recognition rate is needed. The goal of this research was to design a deep learning framework and model to classify arousal and valence, indicating positive and negative degrees of emotion as high or low. Methods: The proposed arousal and valence classification model to analyze the affective state was tested using data from 40 channels provided by a dataset for emotion analysis using electrocardiography (EEG), physiological, and video signals (the DEAP dataset). Experiments were based on 10 selected featured central and peripheral nervous system data points, using long short-term memory (LSTM) as a deep learning method. Results: The arousal and valence were classified and visualized on a two-dimensional coordinate plane. Profiles were designed depending on the number of hidden layers, nodes, and hyperparameters according to the error rate. The experimental results show an arousal and valence classification model accuracy of 74.65 and 78%, respectively. The proposed model performed better than previous other models. Conclusions: The proposed model appears to be effective in analyzing arousal and valence; specifically, it is expected that affective analysis using physiological signals based on LSTM will be possible without manual feature extraction. In a future study, the classification model will be adopted in mental healthcare management systems.

신입생 대상 온라인 비교과 프로그램 효과 분석: K 대학 사례 (The Effect of Online Extracurricular Program for University Freshmen: Focusing on the Case of K University)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the online extracurricular program operated by the university. The program contents applied in the study included learning strategies such as time management, goal setting, note taking, and memorization methods. The program used in the study was operated in an online environment, and the content was developed between 27 and 29 minutes. The developed contents can be taken using the learning management system. The variables selected to analyze the effects of this program were learning strategies and learning flow, and satisfaction was also included to examine the responses of program participants. The results of the study are as follows. First, learning strategies and learning flow showed statistically significant differences. This result is because the content was composed of meaningful sub-topics by selecting the elements necessary for learning activities. Second, as a result of program satisfaction analysis, it was confirmed that the average for all questions was high. Among them, the average of the item that the theme and contents of the program were useful was the highest. Third, open responses were analyzed by classifying them into cognitive and affective domains. In the cognitive domain, meanings such as knowledge, understanding, and application were presented as keywords, and in the affective domain, a number of keywords for motivation and attitude change were presented. This study is significant in that it provided practical programs necessary for university freshmen and analyzed their effects.

초등학교 4, 5, 6학년 학생의 수학 학습 양식과 유형 분석 (An Analysis on Math Learning Styles and Math Learning Types of 4th, 5th and 6th Grade Students)

  • It is important to concern about individual difference on every subject and every class. How can we know the individual difference? It is helpful for that to find out students' math learning style and learning type. In this paper, I conducted a survey to look for math learning style and math learning type of 4th, 5th and 6th grade students, and analyzed those data. The research findings are summarized as follows; First, 4th, 5th and 6th grade students prefer the visual learning style to the verbal style, and they have more wholistic tendency than analytical tendency in the domain of the cognitive learning style. Second, they prefer the authoritative and goal-oriented learning style to the practical and recreational learning style, and they have more interior-oriented than exterior-oriented in the domain of affective learning style. Third, the representative math learning type of 4th, 5th and 6th grade students is visual/holistic/authoritative and goal-oriented/interior-oriented. The math learning styles of students have a lot of influence on their learning, so that an appropriate teaching method for each student could arouse a maximum effect in the math study.

연령 증가에 따른 정서최적화 특성의 변화: 정서 경험과 사회적 목표 중심으로 (Age difference in affective optimization: emotion experiences and social goals)

  • 본 연구는 연령에 따른 정서경험과 사회적 목표에서의 변화를 통해 노년기 정서적 삶에 있어서 정서최적화 특성을 확인하고, 주관적 안녕감이 어떻게 변화, 유지되는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 청년집단 238명(평균 연령 19-23세), 중년집단 495명(48-64세), 노년집단 283명(65-82세)으로 총 1,046명이 본 연구에 참가하였다. 연령 증가에 따른 정서 경험의 차이를 확인해 본 결과, 중년에서 노년에 이르는 시기에 정적 정서 경험은 차이가 없고 부적 정서 경험이 다소 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 노년집단은 다른 연령집단에 비해 정서최적화 유지를 위해 슬픔이나 섭섭함과 같은 각성수준이 비교적 낮은 정서들을 더 빈번하게 경험하며 삶에 있어서 정서관련 목표가 정보관련 혹은 능력관련 목표에 비해 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 연령 증가에 따른 주관적 안녕감의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유의미한 연령차는 확인되지 않았다. 노인들은 우리가 생각하는 것 보다 다양한 정서를 경험하며 정서최적화를 통해 주관적 안녕감을 유지하고 있다는 점을 확인했다. 성별에 따른 정서 경험을 살펴본 결과, 노년 여성 집단이 노년 남성 집단에 비해 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하며, 특히 배우자가 없는 경우 부적 정서를 더 많이 경험하고 주관적 안녕감이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 노년기 정서 경험과 사회적 목표에 따른 정서 최적화 특성이 노년기 적응과 주관적 안녕감 유지에 대해 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였다.

Online Community Design: Review of Frameworks and Developing Online Community Construct

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an online community construct, which proposes an inclusive illustration of the structure of online communities, for online community designers. This study reviewed researches from psychology, sociology, management engineering, and practical reports to understand the characteristics and dynamics of online communities. The proposed online community construct visualizes the cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects of online community. As the notion of community originates from geographical groups, and with the assumption that geographical community shares identical characteristics with online community, this study reviewed researches about geographical communities as a starting-point. Then the study went through three main perspectives (1) online community attributes, (2) sense of online community and (3) challenges of online community. Then this study proposed an online community construct that encompasses the reviewed frameworks. The online community can be seen as a congregation of members from two sources. One is from the 'Shared Goal' that meets the personal needs. Given the shared goal, members gather into the community without personal relationship and have more chances to feel the sense of belonging to their needs fulfillment or benefit. This befitting tendency leads to strengthening of membership. Public online forums fall under this classification. The other source is from the emotional connections that are already initiated by personal and casual contacts in the real world. The network of emotional connection can evolve into an online congregation of people under faint boundaries. Although there is no (or weak) shared goal, members are strongly bound to other members. Personal homepage or web log (blog) can be classified as an example of relationship-oriented community.

  • 인적자원관리의 궁극적인 목적은 경영성과의 증대에 있다. 본 연구는 국내 호텔레스토랑의 모집과 선발, 교육과 개발, 보상과 효익, 성과측정 등의 인적자원관리 기법이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구의 결과는 모집과 선발, 교육과 개발이 정서적 몰입에, 보상과 효익, 성과평가가 유지적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 호텔레스토랑 운영상 인적자원관리의 새로운 지표를 나타내는 결과이다.

아동의 자기-효능감 발달에 대한 이론적 고찰 (Theoretical Review for The Development of Self-efficacy in Children)

  • This article introduces the conceptual framework of self-efficacy and reviewes recent research articles which are related to development of self-efficacy in children. Self-efficacy means personal judgement about one's capability to organize his behavior in a specific situation. Perceived efficacy can have diverse effects on behavior, thought patterns and affective arousal. People acquire their efficacy information from their performance accomplishments, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion and their physiological states. In this paper, I argue that two factors, psychological and environmental factor, contribute to the development of children's self-efficacy. Specifically reward, attributional feedback, social comparision and goal setting are classified to psychological factor and home environment, school environment and social environment belong to environmental factor. Since not many studies have been done in this area, in this paper I also suggest some directions for future research.

청소년기 자기효능감 향상 프로그램 개발연구 (Development of Self-efficacy Enhancement Program for the Adolescent)

  • Self-efficacy is an important variable determining adolescents' behavior. This study was designed to develope a program for improving teens' self-efficacy. The goal of this program was as follows: (1) to improve self-efficacy by enlarge self-knowledge through in- depth search of one's own inner world, (2) to correct one's inferiority impeding one's inner growth, (3) to improve self-efficacy in family relationship, peer relationship, and academic achievement areas. This program consisted of total 6 sessions, supplemented with interpersonal relationships regarding positive family functioning and the impact of peer groups which were found out in recent researches. Specific strategies such as verbal persuasion, mastery experience, vicarious experience and affective arousal were used.
