This survey suggests current dairy information system in Kyong-ki province and personal computer education for dairy farmers in Korea. With the development of internet and dairy database system, more effective, quick delivery of dairy management and technology would be possible. Dairy expert's E-mail advice and using multimedia will be a great method to provide dairy technologies in Korea.

In recent years, public area CCTV has also begun to become more popular in the Korea. 2011, Korea's Ministry of Public Administration and Security has recommended that other local governments set up an integrated CCTV control center in each of their districts. The ministry was planning to make it compulsory for local governments to install an integrated CCTV control center by 2015. More than 570,000 public cameras are managed by public agencies and local government offices. Currently, the integrated CCTV control center is playing a very positive role in fighting crimes in the district particularly through its liaison with the district police. The CCTVs were operated by a several different agencies and departments in the district, resulting in considerable redundancy in public service, inefficiency and delays in response to crimes, and other emergency situations. Therefore, Control Center should be operated lawfully and efficiently. CCTV Control Center will be managed by three ways: (1) IT Governance through cooperation with civil areas (2) by regulated with proper laws and (3) managed by proper guideline and personal training.

The purpose of this study is to review current home-based work study and identify factors associated with the choice of home-based work. Home-based work as an alternative form of employment is being sought today by both workers and business. The information age with its empasis on the recoding and transfer of information along with the technology of telectommuting has increased potential for and attention to home-based work. Home-based work seems to have several advantages particulary for women who carry the double burden of household work and paid work. The reduction in traffic congestion and demand of fossil fuels that accompanies the elimination of commuting has also been seen as a important social benifit. Home-base work has potential that can improve women's labor force participation. Further study is needed to evaluate home-based work and critical advice to current and prospect workers.

Knowledge of airflow characteristics in nasal cavities is essential to understand the physiological and pathological aspects of nasal breathing. Several studies have utilized physical models of the healthy nasal cavity to investigate the relationship between nasal anatomy and airflow. In our laboratory, there have been a series of experimental investigations on the nasal airflow in normal, abnormal, and deformed nasal cavity models cavity models by PIV under both constant and periodic flow conditions. In this time normal and several deformed nasal cavity models, which simulate surgical operation, Turbinectomy, are investigated numerically by the FVM general purpose code and PIV analysis. The comparisons of these results are appreciated. Dense CT data and careful treatment of model surface under the ENT doctor's advice provide more sophisticated cavity models. The Davis (LaVision Co.) code is used for PIV flow analysis. Average and RMS distributions have been obtained for inspirational and expirational nasal airflows in the normal and deformed nasal cavities.

Since the final goal of these works is their contribution to the diagnosisand treatment of nasal diseases, the next step on this topic is naturally studies for disordered nasal cavities. In this paper, as the first application, airflows in the normal and abnormal nasal cavities with adenoid vegetation are investigated experimentally by PIV, and comparisons of both cases are appreciated. Dense CT data and careful treatment of model surface under the ENT doctor's advice provide more sophisticatedcavity model. The CBC PIV algorithm with window offset is used for PIV flow analysis. Average and RMS distributions are obtained for inspirational and expirational nasal airflows. Airflow characteristics that are related with the abnormalities in nasal cavity are presented.

Linzhi Native Pig is a unique local breed recently discovered in the hinterland of Tibet. Its geological distribution, natural environment and ecological conditions have been explored. Using random sampling in typical colony of classification and standard animal-scientific and biogenetic techniques, we examined its contour features, size and weight, reproductive performances, carcass characters, meat quality, fresh-keeping features and the frequency distribution in the 19 structural gene loci encoding enzymes and proteins; according to folklores and Tibetan, Chinese and English history books, the materials and literature of Tibetan Studies, we have analyzed its origin and affirmed the fact that its products have been consumed as Tibetan medicine resources. Our findings make certain that Linzhi Native Pig holds great potential value in economy and culture.

In the course of insurance claim administration, medical experts' opinions are called medical claim reviews. They are classified into two main categories: medical verification and counsel for claim staff. Medical verification compare between product coverage and the insured's physical condition. Medical counsel for claim staff is advice for claim staff when they have a question about medical knowledge to make a claim decision. A common example of medical verification is insurance coding of pituitary apoplexy. Some clinicians have insisted that the ICD coding of pituitary apoplexy is l63 of cerebral infarction, but the exclusion criteria of I code show that neoplasm is coded as C00 to D48. Thus, pituitary apoplexy must be coded as D33. An example of medical counsel for claim staff is interpretation of some medical conditions. It is divided into UCR(usual, customary, and reasonable) assessment, assessment of causality, and so on. Disability evaluation is another subject of medical counsel for claim staff. The final claim decision must be made by claim staff because only the claim staff have the authority of claim decision. Medical claims review is only an expert's opinion.

Inflammation is one mechanism through which cancer is initiated and progresses, and is implicated in the etiology of other conditions that affect cancer risk and prognosis, such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and visceral obesity. Emerging human evidence, primarily epidemiological, suggests that walnuts impact risk of these chronic diseases via inflammation. The published literature documents associations between walnut consumption and reduced risk of cancer, and mortality from cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, particularly within the context of the Mediterranean Diet. While encouraging, follow-up in human intervention trials is needed to better elucidate any potential cancer prevention effect of walnuts, per se. In humans, the far-reaching positive effects of a plant-based diet that includes walnuts may be the most critical message for the public. Indeed, appropriate translation of nutrition research is essential for facilitating healthful consumer dietary behavior. This paper will explore the translation and application of human evidence regarding connections with cancer and biomarkers of inflammation to the development of dietary guidance for the public and individualized dietary advice. Strategies for encouraging dietary patterns that may reduce cancer risk will be explored.

China's "two sessions," namely, the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), has significant meaning to the political life of the nation. It collects opinions and advice from different groups of people annually. "Two sessions" 2013 was especially eye-catching, because new state leaders were elected at the meetings. Using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system, the Media and Public Opinion Center of Fudan University (FMORC) conducted surveys of China's "two sessions" every year from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, the influence of new media on public opinion has become increasingly significant. Microblog and WeChat have become two types of important media for Shanghai residents to express their opinions and take part in China's "two sessions." Based on the empirical findings, this paper examines Shanghai Residents' cognition, attitudes and expressions towards "two sessions" 2013 and analyzes how new media affect the public opinions on significant political events.

To promote the efficiency of university library information service, the analysis of information-seeking behavior of information service users must be pre-examined. Under such assumption, this study made a survey of the information-seeking behavior of university faculty and students of five National Universities and the Universities of Education. This research found out the difference of behavior among main users when they sought the information, which was supplied by university libraries, and gave suggestion and advice for the improvement of the university library information service.
