  • Nowadays due to the remarkable advance of power electronics and micro controller, a Brushless AC servomotor which has the characteristics of the high inertia to torque ratio, the high power density, the maintenance free, and so on is being used widely in industrial robots, machine tools, and factory automation.   • The SRM has high efficiency, a wide speed range, high speed capability and DC-series Motor characteristics. So the SRM has been studied as adjustable speed machine. The speed of SRM can be adjusted to switching angle and exciting voltage. This paper suggests an constant speed drive method of SRM. In this method, the speed is controlled by voltage regulation using PI control and the torque is controlled by advance angle in accordance with, load torque variation.

  • This paper presents a calculating method of switching angle for adaptive switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive of a drill. The operation of the SRM is completely characterized by the flux linked by one phase winding which depends only on the current in that same phase winding and the rotor position. An efficiently adaptive SRM drive is possible on appropriately scheduling the commutation angles with accurate rotor position, supplied current value and speed information. An adaptive SRM drive with reduction torque ripple should be controlled by an optimized phase current control along with rotor position. Therefore, we are suggested a computing method of switching turn-on and off angles for adaptationally SRM operation with varied rotor speed and load. To probe the computing method, we have some simulation and experiment, it is shown a good result that can be computing the optimized switching angles for an electric drill motor.

  • Single phase switched reluctance motor has a high speed capability, due to its very robust rotor, and requires only one electronic power switch in its control circuitry. The latter feature considerably reduces the cost of the drive system. But it involves starting problem and strongly torque ripple, which means that the motor is not suitable for application that require constant torque or speed. To solve torque ripple and region of these problem, this paper presents a single phase Switched Reluctance Motor model with a barrier rotor pole. Also it is simulated the designed prototype model by FEM for the prediction of characteristics.

  • This paper presents for the torque characteristics and improving the efficiency of driving system of electric bicycle which applied IEWPM(Independently Excited Winding Permanent Magnet) motor. IEWPM motor can expand the number of phase from 3 phases to multiphase like SRM motor because stator windings are unconnected directly. BLDC motor raise rotor'-s electromagnetic torque per unit volume by using Spoke type permanent magnet. By using two photo sensor per phase and applying excited width, advance angle and bipolar control, we confirmed higher torque at a low speed, higher out-put at a high speed, and efficiency improvement at a wide speed control area.

Multilayered viscoelastic beam loaded in torsion under strain-path control: A delamination analysis

  • This paper is focused on the delamination analysis of a multilayered beam structure loaded in torsion under strain-path control. The beam under consideration has a rectangular cross-section. The layers of the beam are made of different viscoelastic materials which exhibit continuous inhomogeneity in longitudinal direction. Since the delamination is located inside the beam structure, the torsion moments in the two crack arms are obtained by modeling the beam as an internally static undetermined structure. The strain energy stored in the beam is analyzed in order to derive the strain energy release rate (SERR). Since the delamination is located inside the beam, the delamination has two tips. Thus, solutions of the SERR are obtained for both tips. The solutions are verified by analyzing the beam compliance. Delamination analysis with bending-torsion coupling is also performed. The solutions derived are timedependent due to two factors. First, the beam has viscoelastic behavior and, second, the angle of twist of the beam-free end induced by the external torsion moment changes with time according to a law that is fixed in advance.

  • 최근 국제 무역량의 증가에 따라 항만 시스템의 안전하고 효과적인 운용이 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 선박의 접안과정에 대한 시간변위 자동 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 개발이 진행되어 왔고 선박의 속도와 방향 제어를 위해 PD (Proportional Derivative) 제어기가 이용되었다. 이번 연구는 선박 접안과정의 시간 변위 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발 중 서로 다른 수학적 모델, 즉 선박의 전진속도가 저속일 경우를 위한 Kose (1984)의 모델과 일반적인 전진속도일 경우를 위한 MMG 모델을 이용하여 초기 선수 방향과 선박 위치의 다양한 변화를 적용한 시뮬레이션을 통해 각 방정식의 장점 및 단점을 분석하며 시뮬레이션 구현의 타당성을 검토한다.

  • The purpose of this study to improve the shoulder wheel that is used frequently during shoulder circumduction exercise in a park, to link the shoulder wheel to a game application comprising various shoulder circumduction exercise and shoulder ROM exercise, and to enjoy the game during the exercises. A step motor was added to the shoulder wheel, and the rotating speed and rotating angle, and rotating direction can be controlled. The shoulder height, different for different people, can be controlled as well, so that any user can use this device. The developed application content includes the game elements, to enjoy the repetitive and boring exercise with fun and interest, and the control to adjust the degree of difficulty. This was to help users heighten their desire to rehabilitate by inducing active participation during repetitive shoulder rehabilitation exercise because the game vests users with intrinsic motivation and immersion. If the shoulder wheel and application contents proposed in this study are used, shoulder diseases can be prevented in advance by performing muscle strengthening exercises required in an aging society. This study is expected to contribute to the field of research related to serious games and rehabilitation.

  • 본 논문에서는 120도 통전방식의 영구자석 매입형 전동기의 센서리스 제어에 있어서 회전자의 위치를 검출하기 위하여 사용되는 비통전상의 단자전압에 대한 분석을 행한다. 본 연구에서 모터의 비통전상의 단자전압으로부터 얻어지는 위치 정보가 실제의 회전자 위치보다 앞서 있음을 보이며, 이러한 위치 검지 오차에 대한 정량적 분석 및 제어시스템의 모델링을 행한다. 시뮬레이션 및 실험 결과는 제안한 모델링 및 위치 오차의 정량적 분석이 타당함을 보여준다. 또한, 위치 검지 오차에 의해 진상각이 과다하게 인가됨으로 인해 발생하는 이상전류 현상을 분석하며, 이러한 이상전류를 제거하기 위해서는 제어기에서 인가하는 진상각은 속도 및 부하 증가시 감소해야함을 제시한다.

  • 브러쉬형 모터는 여러 가지 전기기계 및 가전제품에서 미세먼지와 유해물질을 발생시키는 것으로 알려졌다. 그래서 브러쉬가 없는 형태의 모터가 브러쉬형 모터를 대신하여 친환경적인 대안으로 제안되었다. 또한 BLDC 모터의 값비싼 마그넷 회전자는 SRM형으로 대치되고 있는데 SRM은 시스템의 허용범위 내에서 전류값이 넘지 않도록 해야하는 제어를 요구한다. 본 논문에서는 SRM형 BLDC 모터를 사용하여 고속회전을 제어하기위한 경제적인 제어기와 효율적인 접근방법을 소개한다.
