  • 본 논문에서는 이산 대수 문제에 기반 한 부인봉쇄 디지털 다중서명 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 다중서명 기업은 부인봉쇄 성질을 만족하며 메시지 변조, 서명자들에 의한 다중서명 부정과 같은 능동적 공격에 안전하다. 여러 명의 선거관리자를 두는 전자선거 기법에 적용될 수 있으며, 부인봉쇄 성질을 만족하기 때문에 투표자와 선거관리자들 간의 분쟁을 해결할 수 있다. 제안한 기법은 선거관리 센터의 역할을 분산함으로써 기존의 전자선거보다 공정하며 사용자 중심의 전자선거를 가능하게 한다.

  • 데이터베이스관리자 (Data Base Administrator)는 데이터베이스시스템을 설계하고 유지보수 하는데 있어서 중요한 역할을 수행한다. DBA는 정보기술 분야에서 그 수요가 매우 높은 직업이고 정보시스템을 개발하고 유지보수 하는데 있어서 중요하다. 하지만, DBA에 대한 연구는 많이 없었다. Fortune 500대기업의 웹사이트에 올라온 구인광고를 수집하고 분석함으로써 본 연구는 오늘날의 DBA에게 요구되는 스킬들을 조사하였다.

인터넷을 통한 병원행정 분야 채용 실태 연구 - 대한병원행정관리자협회 홈페이지를 중심으로 - (The Study on the Job Posting for Hospital Administrators Recruitment through the Internet Homepage of KCHA)

  • Modern job seekers often visit recruitment web-site for employment. Recruiting on the Internet is one of the fastest-growing recruitment methods. But there was not research about Internet recruitment in health care labor market. The purpose of this study is to research the actual conditions of hospital recruitment by using internet homepage of Korea College of Hospital Administrators(KCHA). Data were collected from 399 iob posting and job seeker's interest in Internet homepage of KCHA. This study analyzed the research model using data mining method. This study shows that the frequency of job posting and job seeker's interest depend upon a season. The result of this study indicates that there is necessity to present the various and specific employment conditions. As the recruitment becomes job seeker-centered in other industry labor market, it is also recommended in the health labor market. Therefore a job posting should provide a salary range and emphasize competitive benefits for job seekers in the health labor market.

A Study on the Medical tourism customized service platform for clinic

  • Through diversification of 4th industries and transportation and globalization, tourism was developed for medical purposes, not limited to touring tourist attractions. The trend of medical tourism in Korea is shifting from large and medium-sized hospitals to professional medical services in one area of small hospitals rather than professional medical services. However, small hospitals lack medical coordinators and interpretation services, and tourists who visit Korea for treatment lack information on small hospitals. Therefore, a platform is needed to match small hospitals with medical tourists. In this study, using Platform as a Service (Paas) in cloud computing, clinic administrators can access the app to introduce information about their hospitals with simple manipulations. Tourists also want to propose a customized platform to select the right area for them to check information about small-scale hospitals and choose the treatment and tourist attractions they wants. 공공도서관의 복합화에 따른 공간의 구조적 변화에 관한 연구 (Research on changes of spatial configuration due to complexation of public library)

  • Public libraries in Korea have undergone changes from libraries for just reading or keeping books to libraries with cultural facilities that provide information through various media. It was because of the "plan for building the information-oriented library" in 2000 that made the complexation of public library in progress. The alterations of the system have changed the structure as well as the grade ranks but haven't been considered enough for administrators or visitors. Hereupon, we are to study of the features by analyzing how the application of the system changed the structure of library. There are four stages in research methods. First, concept of public library and functional elements requested in the process of complexation were studied from literature. Second, vertical, horizontal and circulate changes were studied by applying subject libraries into prior research stereotyping the libraries. Third, mutual relations between each place were studied through J-Graph by elements. Lastly, rank changes according to centrality of space and users were quantitatively studied with space syntax. 4 notable changes were found in these analyses. (1)Vertical, horizontal and circulate structure of public libraries were homogenized. Since 2001, however, they have become diversified as all-in-one or detachable. (2)The space structure of library before 2001 was shallow tree shape while in 2001, period of transition, was the tree shape mixed with ring shape. As time goes on, it has become shallow tree shape again but connected by ring shape in part of reading and common space and in digital reference room. (3)Digital reference room was center of the space around 2001 and it ranked top for integration. After 2007, however, it has become setting off-center. (4)About the purpose of using public libraries, using it as space for administrators ranked top followed by space for visitors and common space before. For now, common space ranks top and space for visitors and administrators. 5 subject public libraries were selected respectively before and after 2001.

융복합 디자인씽킹 교육이 예비보건행정가의 사회적 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향: 사내기업가정신 통합교과 교육방안 (The Effects of Convergence Design Thinking on Preliminary Health Administrators' Social Problem Solving Competency: Intrapreneurship Integrated Curriculum)

  • 사내기업가정신 통합교과 교육에 학습자 중심의 융복합 디자인씽킹 교수법을 적용하고 사회적 문제해결능력 향상효과를 평가함으로써 예비보건행정가의 사회적 문제해결능력 향상 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 대구광역시 일개 대학의 보건행정과 2학년 학생 45명을 대상으로 2016년 3월부터 2016년 6월까지 총 15주간 융복합 디자인씽킹을 적용한 후 사전-사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 결과로써 예비보건행정가들의 사회적 문제해결능력 향상 효과는 부정적 문제지향과 충동-부주의적 반응양식, 회피적 반응양식에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 여학생과 근로경험이 없는 경우, 충동-부주의적 반응양식에 각각 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 통합교과 교육에 융복합 디자인씽킹 교수법이 사회적 문제해결능력향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 사회적 문제해결능력 향상을 위한 통합교과 프로그램 개발과 이 연구와 같은 창의적 교수법의 적용을 권장한다.

IECS: an Integrated E-Community System for Management, Decision and Service

  • The paper presents an Integrated E-Community System (IECS) for management, decision and service, designed for the e-government project of Haishu District of Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The project need is to promote the integration of management information and service information of communities, providing a unified platform on which different departments of the district government can share and exchange community information, government officers can analyze information and make decisions, and the outside users can access and request services. To meet the project need, the IECS consists of five parts: 1) The Central DataBase (CDB) that stores all information related with management, decision and service of communities: 2) Information Extracting Subsystem (IES) that provides functions of extracting data from data sources, transforming and loading them into the CDB for system administrators; 3) Information Management Subsystem (IMS) that provides functions of querying and sharing of information for government users, and functions of information maintenance, rights and log management for system administrators: 4) Intelligent Analysis Subsystem (IAS) that provides functions of extracting analysis related data from the CDB and loading them into the DW, and functions of multi-dimensional analysis and decision-making based on the DW and OLAP for government users; 5) Information Service Website (ISW) that provides functions of promulgating and collecting of information for government users and system administrators, and functions of browsing, querying and requesting of service information for outside users. The IECS supports management, decision and service of a government based on a unified data platform--the CDB, and ensures data security by providing different workplaces and rights for different users. In the real application, the system works well.

국공립 박물관 전시 행정담당자의 의식 연구 (A Study on the Consciousness of Exhibition Administrator of National Museums)

  • An exhibition administrator, one who works in the exhibition space of museums and exhibition halls, has carried on various tasks in order to improve the exhibition standard and viewer's satisfaction. Although exhibition administrators have a variety of direct perceptions regarding an exhibition in the actual on-site space, a study on their consciousness was absent. Thus, this study was to comprehend the awareness of how the consciousness of exhibition administrators, who directly understand the various matters regarding the exhibition on-site, was structured and to investigate the difference between the consciousness of exhibition viewers and designers. For the study, Q-Methodology, which can scientifically manage the consciousness such as awareness and the acquired attitudes through individual experiences from a specific group, was applied. The classification of 33 Q-methodology research questions was carried out with 18 exhibition administrators, who are working at either national or public museums and exhibition halls in Korea, and the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) using the QUANL PC program was performed. The results of the analysis provided the following 4 types: 'viewer attraction and exhibition method oriented', 'exhibition standard oriented', 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented'. Each type showed significant characteristics. Additionally, n showed that 'exhibition standard oriented' was the common type after comparing the type of consciousness among the 3 groups of people, such as an exhibition administrator, an exhibition designer, and a viewer. It indicated that the types of 'public relations oriented' and 'the public and government's interest oriented' from the consciousness category for the exhibition administrator were the most independent type, not being found in any of the other groups. And the Significant correlation between the exhibition viewers and designers was identified after examining the Pearson's correlation among the 3 groups.

리더십 유형이 구성원의 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 종합병원 의무기록실을 대상으로 (Leadership Style of Medical Record Directors at General Hospitals and it's Effect on the Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • 1) Background: The hospitals of modem society, like any other business entities, have to constantly strive to secure their survival from aggressive changes and competition outside. In this unstable environment, effective leadership is one of the most effective strategies for securing organization's growth as well as stability. This study investigated types of leadership (transformational or transactional) that is dominant in medical record departments and compared it's effects on organizational commitment and job satisfaction of their organizational members by types. 2) Method: A questionnaire was developed and mailed to all medical record administrators working at general hospitals throughout the country except department directors (N=450). Of these, 150 useable questionnaires were returned and analyzed by t-test, multiple regression analysis using SPSS. 3) Results: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction were a little bit higher than moderate level, and that of leadership perceived by medical record administrators was also in moderate level throughout types. Significant characteristics (positively) related to organizational commitment and job satisfaction by univariate analysis were marital status (married), position (middle management) and both type of leadership. However transformational leadership was the only significant factor in leadership styles after considering all the factors related to organizational commitment and job satisfaction together by multivariate analysis. 4) Conclusion: The average organizational commitment and job satisfaction of medical record administrators was just in moderate level. Efforts should be made to increase them by improving leadership capacity of medical record directors, primarily by using transformational leadership approach.

웹 기반 학습평가 자동화 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web-based Automatic Study Evaluation System)

  • 인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 학습자들은 정적 형태의 웹 페이지로부터 양방향통신과 멀티미디어를 가미한 웹 어플리케이션과 웹 미디어를 사용한 학습교보재를 선호하고 있으며, 학습효과가 점차 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 변화 요인을 점검하여 학습의 진행에 효율적으로 참여할 수 있는 학습체계와 이에 따르는 자동화 평가시스템을 제시한다. 일반 평가 시스템은 정규적인 형태의 방법을 이용하므로서 학습자의 관심 또 다른 교수자 등 운영 및 관리자의 교육 목표에 의해서 운영되므로 컴퓨터를 활용한 교수방법이 적절치 못한 일이 발생할 수 있다. 웹을 이용한 프로젝트 교육 시스템은 사용자, 관리자 및 운영자 사이의 상호 참여를 통하여 수행하게 될 직무를 이해하고 지식 및 적용 능력의 점증적인 발전을 도모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 자동화 평가 시스템을 제작하여 교수자와 웹 운영 관리자가 교육의 주관자 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화시켜 인터넷/인트라넷상에서 실행되는 프로젝트 교육의 평가 방법과 이에 따르는 설계와 구현 방법에 관해 논한다.
