Castleman`s disease, giant lymph node hyperplasia, is a rare benign disease. The lesion usually consists of a single node, unassociated with any abnormality of the adjacent lymph nodes or other organs. In the first accounts of giant lymph node hyperplasia of Castleman, the lesion was described as solitary and localized to the mediastinum, which is still the most frequent site of involvement. The disease occurs in all age groups and there is no particular sex preference. It is symptomless and is usually detected on chest films as an incidental finding. On a single involvement, it does not recur after excision, whether total or partial, and the main indication of operation is to rule out more serious tumors. Recently multicentric form appears to be a variant of classic giant lymph node hyperplasia and is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Histologically, two distinct types have been reported; hyaline-vascular and plasma cell. The hyaline-vascular type of lesion is much more common than the plasma cell type. We report two cases of the hyaline-vascular type of Castleman`s disease.

Recent progress in the integration of the ferroelectric random access memories (FRAM) has attracted much interest. Strontium bismuth tantalate(SBT) is one of the most attractive materials for use in nonvolatile-memory applications due to low-voltage operations, low leakage current, and its excellent fatigue-free property. High-density FRAMs operated at a low voltage below 1.5V are applicable to mobile devices operated by battery. SBT films thinner than 0.1 #m can be operated at a low voltage, because the coercive voltage (Vc) decreases as the film thickness is reduced. In addition, the thickness of the SBT film will have to be reduced so it can fit between adjacent storage nodes in a pedestal type capacitor in future FRAMs.
In this paper, we study the problem of load balancing routing in clustered-based wireless mesh network in order to enhance the overall network throughput. We first address the problems of cluster allocation in wireless mesh network to achieve load-balancing state. Due to the complexity of the problem, we proposed a simplified algorithm using gradient load-balancing model. This method searches for a localized optimal solution of cluster allocation instead of solving the optimal solution for overall network. To support for load-balancing algorithm and reduce complexity of topology control, we also introduce limited broadcasting between two clusters. This mechanism maintain shortest path between two nodes in adjacent clusters while minimizing the topology broadcasting complexity. The simulation experiments demonstrate that our proposed model achieve performance improvement in terms of network throughput in comparison with other clustering methods.
In this paper, a Wireless USB (WUSB) protocol is adopted for development of ASMD (Adaptive Source Multi Device) N-screen wireless services. WUSB is the USB technology merged with WiMedia PHY and Distributed-MAC (D-MAC). However, the current WUSB protocol can't provide seamless N-screen streaming services to moving WUSB devices in home network environment. Therefore, to provide the ASMD N-screen services through WUSB based on D-MAC protocol, a channel management scheme is proposed to support seamless mobility between adjacent ASMD groups for wireless IPTV N-screen services. In simulation results, proposed ASMD channel management (ACM) scheme is compared with conventional WUSB channel management scheme in view points of throughput, average path interference and energy consumption according to various numbers of nodes and elapsed simulation times. Through simulation results, it is explained that proposed ASMD channel management (ACM) scheme should be adopted in the WUSB protocol to realize ASMD N-screen wireless services.
Malignant lymphoma of the sinus is very rare but potentially radiocurable neoplasm. The disease is tend to be localized to the sinus and spread to adjacent local structures on initial presentation, and change to generalized lymphoma is uncommon. Most of sinus lymphoma is diffuse histiocytic type. Radiotherapy to the primary and neck nodes is the treatment of choice, and a survival rate of $50-70\%$ can be expected.

Mammary cancer is the most common malignant neoplasm in the bitch. It constitute 40 percent of all tumors in female dogs, which is three times higher than incidence of mammary tumors in humans[2]. Cytological differentiation between benign and malignant canine mammary tumors is difficult, however, an irregular chromatin pattern was reported to be a significant criterion for malignancy[1]. It can be estimated that approximately 30 percent of the surgically removed mammary tumors are malignant[4]. Malignant mammary tumors often have some degree of infiltrative/destructive growth into adjacent tissues and/or invasion of vessels. Malignant mammary tumors often metastasize into local lymph nodes and lungs, and less frequently into other organs[3]. Based on histological and cytological criteria, this case was diagnosed as tubulopapillary carcinoma of the mammary gland. (omitted)

This paper presents an obstacle detection algorithm based on the consecutive and the cooperative range sensor scanning schemes. For a known environment, a mobile robot scans the surroundings using a range sensor that can rotate 3600°. The environment is rebuilt using nodes of two adjacent walls. The robot configuration is then estimated and an obstacle is detected by comparing characteristic points of the sensor readings. In order to extract edges from noisy and inaccurate sensor readings, a filtering algorithm is developed. For multiple robot localization, a cooperative scanning method with sensor range limit is developed. Both are verified with simulation and experiments.
This paper presents Galerkin- and Upwind-finite element analyses solution in the travelling magnetic filed problem. The travelling magnetic field problem is subject to convective- diffusion equation. Therefore, the solution derived from Galerkin-FEM with linear interpolation function may oscillate between the adjacent nodes. A simple model with Derichlet, Noumann and periodic boundary condition respectively, have been analyzed to investigate stabilities of solutions. It is concluded that the solution of Galerkin-FEM may oscillate according to boundary condition and element type, but that of Upwind-FEM is stable regardless boundary condition.
An and hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes forming a temporary network without the centralized administration. Due to the limited transmission range of wireless work interface, multiple networks "hops" maybe needed for one node to exchange data with adjacent node. In recent years, a variety of new routing protocol about ad hoc network was developed. This paper presents a new routing protocol based on the Dynamic Source Routing which is not suitable for the high mobility ad hoc network. The Enhanced DR adapts quickly to routing changes when node movement is frequent. When a trunk route is broken, this protocol will utilize the alternative route saved in the route to discovery quickly the new route. It improves the performance of the existing DSR algorithm, so that the negative impacts from weakness of DSR are reduced.

A new type geometric and mathematical network reduction model is introduced. Large-scale network is analyzed with analytic approach. The graph has many nodes, branches and loops. Circuit equation are obtained from these elements and connection rule. In this paper, the analytic relation between voltage source has a mutual different graphic property. Node-reduction procedure is achieved with this circuit property. Consequently voltage source value is included into the adjacent node-analyzing equation. A resultant model equations are reduced as much as voltage source number. Matrix rank is (n-1-k), where n, k is node and voltage source number. The reduction procedure is described and verified with geometric principle and circuit theory. Matrix type circuit equation can be composed with this technique. The last results shall be calculated by using computer.
