현재 교육시장의 추세는 4차 산업혁명과 ICT의 발전으로 다양한 기술이 교육 시스템에 접목된 에듀테크 기술로 발전하고 있다. 특히 가상공간에서 실제와 같은 몰입감 있는 학습효과가 가능한 에듀테크 시스템 시장이 확대되고 있다. 하지만 국내 한의학 교육은 침술을 훈련하고 평가하기 위한 교육시뮬레이터 및 시스템의 부재로 객관적이지 못한 교육이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 "침술 훈련 시스템을 위한 경혈점 콘텐츠 및 인체모형 설계"의 후속연구로 경혈점 교육 효과의 증대를 위한 침술컨트롤러 및 인체모형을 제안한다. 제안하는 침술컨트롤러와 인체모형을 통해 경혈점 데이터 정합도 측정 및 콘텐츠 모션인식률에 대한 침술부위의 정확성을 제시한다. 또한 컨트롤러의 환경신뢰성 평가를 위한 온습도 및 온도변화 시험 결과를 제시한다.

마이크로컨트롤러 AVR를 이용하여 미세전류 경혈치료기를 개발하였다. 이 치료기는 정현파, 삼각파, 구형파, DC를 출력할 수 있다. 정현파, 삼각파 등의 주파수 범위는 1 - 320 Hz이고 DC의 출력 범위는 $40-200\;{\mu}A$이며 출력시간은 1 - 30 분으로 조절가능하다.

In this paper, we study about a acupuncture point and a non-acupuncture point resistance characteristics for acupuncture research. For this study, we devised resistance variation measurement system. This system is consist of 4-channel skin resistance measuring parts, filters, 12bit A/D convertor, 8051 micro-controller, and personal computer The developed system insert a low current to skin and obtains voltages from standard resistor that is convected to measurement circuit in series. The obtained voltage is converted to 12bit digital signal. Therefore the converted signal is changed to skin resistance by calculation in the personal computer. As the results of experiment, the resistance of acupuncture point and non-acupuncture point are different from each other. The acupuncture point has very fast current flows than the other non- acupuncture point.

In this paper, we developed a multichannel acupuncture point balance measurement system that measures skin resistances at various acupuncture points to evaluate the balancing state of the meridian. The system consists of 16 channel resistance-voltage converter, signal processing part for signal amplification and filtering, A/D conversion part, micro-controller part, and data processing part. Compared to the previously developed 1 channel or 4 channel systems, it is found that the 16 channel system can measure the skin resistances of 16 acupuncture points, simultaneously, providing various clinical information such as balance and variation of the resistance value.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to regulate the medical meaning about Kwan [self-denial] which is used by Jeongkyeok [reinforcing the weak body part] and Seungkyeok [consolidating the weak body part while inducing cathartic action of comparatively stronger body part] of Saam Acupuncture in common. Methods : This study generalized the method of understanding 'The Five Viscera Interaction' in Oriental Medicine from the perspective of literature and considering human organs in the medical context. Results and Conclusions : 1. There existed 'The Five Viscera Interaction' theory regulating the correlation between the five viscera headed by "Nankyeong" in the traditional Oriental medicine. The five viscera interaction theory was used as the standard of judging the symptom and the prognosis of a disease in the history of Oriental medicine and further used even as the method of preventing and treating diseases. 2. The treatment included in "Biyebaekyobang", a medical book in the period of Goryeo, can be rated as the most developmental form of medical theory which applied 'the five viscera interaction theory' to clinical treatment. The author of "Biyebaekyobang" managed to break away from the schematism of the five viscera interaction through the method of treating two internal organs using one organ treatment and applying the individually different relations between organs. "Biyebaekyobang" shows close similarities to Saam Acupuncture. 3. The organs handled in Saam Acupuncture has a significance in that it put forward the part which had not been aggressively dealt with in medical history up until then.
