This study presents a real neutral floor surface temperature in floor panel heating system(Ondol). The Ondol heating system can keep the constant temperature. However, the actual temperature when a person sits on a floor can be different from the surface temparature of a floor it self. The contents of this study are as follows : 1) measuring the spatial distributions of thermal conditions 2) the thermal sensation vote of residents is taken in order to investigate the relation between thermal condition and human thermal sensation in sedentary condition 3) estimating the neutral floor surface temperatures by measuring floor surface temperatures.

In this paper, we propose to present a storytelling education plan for the development of realistic content. The need is emerging in the content industry for realistic content along with technological convergence as development of media technology. This phenomenon is being accelerated by COVID-19. In 2019, the government set up strategies to secure future growth engines, announced "three major innovation strategies" in the content industry, and emphasized "fostering leading realistic content." Realistic content is a content that users can experience directly. It is first-person storytelling that should be dealt with as important as the development of technology in the production of realistic content. In this paper, the results of storytelling classes conducted at the actual educational site are analyzed, and the difference from the first-person perspective commonly used in traditional literary works is described. Through this, we present effective teaching methods that can be used to develop realistic content.

I would like to design a customized furniture for one-person households that have emerged as mainstream in modern society. In particular, I focused on the tendency of generations to improve the quality of life, and wanted to design the aesthetic furniture close to art furniture. To this end, I look at art furniture in domestic and overseas furniture. and present the concept of combined custom design based on current trends. The combined custom design differs from the existing one by creating separate designs for each part and fusing them to enable more diverse and aggressive molding. This is in harmony with the active tendency of one-person households who shows a lot of interest in the quality of life. Especially, it is suitable for small quantity production of various kinds, so it can be produced in the existing craft workshop system, and the two tables can confirm the possibility of the morphological concept according to actual combined custom design.

Protection of vulnerable people in our country today, "the National Basic Livelihood Security Act," is primarily responsible. But current law income and wealth, and by a person responsible for supporting consider only the absolute protection of the poor, and because it is insufficient for the protection of vulnerable people. Specifically, current law does not mean the relative poverty of vulnerable people is limited to the protection of economic demand. It also incorporates the payment of salaries paid individual because the people most vulnerable to social protection is insufficient demand. Dependent regulation is too strict and a person responsible for supporting do not receive legal protection by forming a dead zone is a major cause. In this study, the development direction for the protection of vulnerable people suggests. The first, "National Basic Livelihood Security Act" award in determining the minimum cost of living is relatively proposed to introduce the concept of poverty. Second, payment of the consolidation benefit and the individual benefit to adopt a intermix approach, the social needs of vulnerable people to adapt to that proposed. Third, a person responsible for supporting dependent criteria and whether according to the actual supporting to be judged.

Since the World Health Organization proposed guidelines for creating an age-friendly city in 2007, Efforts have been underway to create an age-friendly city to prepare for an aging society around the world. At this point in time, This study shows the local governments that are currently certified as an age-friendly city and the local governments that prepare for certification, improving the welfare level of single-person households for the elderly. For this purpose, Based on the theoretical discussion of elderly-friendly cities and single-person households, the policy implications are reflecting the eight major areas of the development of an aged-friendly city residential, economic, health, leisure and social participation, and for senior citizens in a single household presented policy reflections on four levels. Finally, The Limitations of the Unsurvey on the Actual Conditions of the Elderly in Single Households and future research directions were presented through the survey.

An important and somewhat under-emphasized issue in assessing the risk potentially associated with exposure to ETS is the reliability and objectivity of the methods used to measure the actual level of exposure. Objectivity of the science is crucial in this context since this topic tends to elicit strong social, emotional and political responses among the general public and the scientific community alike. This mini-review compares the strengths and limitations of various methods used in determining ETS exposure in scientific investigations. Methods reviewed include: questionnaire, area monitoring, bio-monitoring, and personal monitoring. In particular, results of several recent studies (conducted in the United States, Europe, and the Far East) using personal monitors in combination with questionnaire and bio-monitoring, which contribute to a more reliable, objective and realistic estimates of a person's actual exposure to 575, are discussed.

A person's body resistance in the waterpark, public bath and similar places is lower than any other places due to effect of water. So low voltage may create a shock hazard for the human body in case of leakage or fault currents from lighting unit etc. We researched the related regulations these are internal standards, NEC, IEC and investigated the actual conditions for the prevention of electrical shock due to lighting units in the waterpark, public bath and similar places. So we could present actual facilities's problems and solutions

This study is intended to compare an actual wedding dress being made completely through 3D software, and compare it with an actual dress of a real model by using collective tools for comparative analysis. The method of the study was conducted via a literature review along with the production of the dresses. In the production, two wedding dresses for the small wedding ceremony were designed. Each of the design was made into both 3D and an actual garment. The results are as follows. First, the 3D whole body scanner reflects the measure of the exact human body size, however there were some difficulties in matching what the customer wanted, because the difference of the skin color and the hair style. Second, the pattern of the dress is much more easily altered than it was in the real production. Third, the silhouette of the virtual and the actual person with the dress was nearly the same. Fourth, textile tool was much more convenient because of the use of real-time rendering on the virtual dresses. Lastly, the lace and biz decoration were flat, and the luster was duller than in reality. Prospectively, the consumer will decide their own design of variety through the use of the avatar without wearing the actual dresses, and they would demand what the another one desired, different from the presented ones by making the corrections by themselves. Through this process, the consumer would be actively participating in the design, a step which would finally lead to the two way designing rather than the one way design of present times.

Currently the time when we are living the large majority is harmonizing with digital medium together. From the calligraphy which is traditional in the example is reconstituted with digital and with the element which is one design is being born again. This about one being time is not a fun in rediscovery and as the design where the traditional form which seems hardly is modern is mixed in digital medium and is going. In this paper when digitalizing the expressive technique of calligraphy from the work which is analog time knows the important element of the actual conditions which appear and the report person does. The ink which appears from joke from actual work or calligraphy technique analyzes the actual condition spreading and this digitalization at the time of height boil time.

In these days we can often see examples of suicide. Nowaday suicide becomes a serious social problem in Korean society. The number of suicides increased continuously from 3,157 in 1990 to 10,688 in 2006. The suicide rate per 100,000 person increased progressively from 9.1 in 1991 to 26.1 in 2005 and hit the highest level in 2005. In 2006, The suicide rate decreased after the lapse of 6 years. However, It is still high actual condition with 23.0.
