HPLC를 이용한 양모제 유효성분의 동시분석법 (Analytical Methods on the Determination of Active Ingredients for Hair Nourisher Products)

  • 탈모 방지의 목적으로 사용되는 양모제는 현재 우리나라에서 의약외품이며 약사법으로 관리되고 있다. 최근 탈모에 대한 사회적 관심이 증가하면서 양모제에 대한 수요도 증가하고 있는 실정이지만 양모제는 생약추출물, 비타민류, 보존제 등 다양한 종류의 성분이 혼합되어 있어 분석이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 양모제의 주성분으로 많이 쓰이는 니코틴산아미드, 덱스판테놀, 살리실산, 초산토코페롤, 니코틴산벤질에 대한 동시분석법을 확립하고자 하였다. 시판 중인 양모제를 구입하여 $C_{18}$ 컬럼, 아세토니트릴과 인산염완충액을 용매로 사용하여 HPLC로 분석하였다. 검출은 자외부 흡광광도계를 이용하여 220, 270, 300 nm 파장에서 분석하였으며, $12.5{\sim}800\;{\mu}g/mL$ 농도범위에서 검량선을 작성하였다. 회수율은 액상기제의 경우 97.3 ~ 103.5 % (상대표준편차 0.9 ~ 2.8 %), 샴푸기제의 경우 101.9 ~ 115.9 % (상대표준편차 0.7 ~ 7.7 %)로 양호한 결과를 나타냈다. 시판중인 검체의 함량 시험결과 기준에 적합하였으며, 본 분석법을 이용하여 품질관리 및 추후 양모제 개발에 유용하게 활용함으로써 우수한 품질의 양모제 유통에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Design for Safety 개념이 반영된 건설안전관리정보모형을 개발함에 있어 본 연구는 도입의 필요성을 입증하고 안전관리시스템과 안전관리정보모형의 기본개념을 제안하는 선행적 성격을 가진다. Design for Safety 개념의 필요성은 재해 원인모형에 관한 이론고찰, 사망재해에 대한 사례조사를 통해 입증하였으며, 주체별 안전책임과 역할, 안전관리프로세스, 유해위험평가기법으로 구성된 안전관리시스템은 국내 $\cdot$ 외 관련연구를 종합하여 제안하였다. 또한 안전관리정보모형의 기본개념은 현행 안전정보 인프라에 대한 문제점과 안전관리시스템 구성요소의 특징에 따라 제시되었다.

  • Continuously variable damper can yield diverse damping forces for a single damping velocity. It is widely used in the semi-active suspension system since, with right control logics, it can enhance ride comfort compared to the passive damper while not degrading driving safety. A key to the successful design of the continuously variable damper is the knowledge of its complex and nonlinear characteristics. In this paper, research has been done for analyzing characteristics of the continuously variable damper. Various damper components have been investigated and their effects upon the force-velocity characteristics of the damper have been examined. The effects of the damper characteristics change upon ride comfort and driving safety have also been investigated by numerical simulations.

  • For an effective energy management in intelligent buildings it is necessary to gather information about position/absence of people and the level of population. In this paper the smart occupancy detection system using the active RFID is developed to satisfy such a demand based on the results of previous research. First of all the design considerations and functions of the system are introduced. In sequence the functions of the system is presented, and then the performance of the developed system is tested and verified through various field tests. The developed core technology can be also applied to other fields such as security, healthcare, smart home, etc.

  • As technologies are developed and systems are complicated, hazards embedded in the system are also increasing. proving safety and managing the safety is more scientific and organizational domain so that safety management system is pursuing to be active formation detecting the factors of hazard and managing them beyond passive-way. In the future, in order to establish and manage national safety management system, it is important to have effective system and manage it and also more important that all the people related to target system has to change their recognition and to play roles in it.

Analysis of School Safety Education Utilization with Educational Game Elements

  • In order to create and utilize experiential equipment that can be effectively used in school safety education, this paper uses the Korean Safety Education Association's CPR simulator to utilize the elements of educational games: goals, rules, competition, challenge, fantasy, safety, and fun. When the content that combines game elements with general educational equipment was utilized in school education sites, significant results were obtained on the effectiveness of education with active participation of students.

  • The tuned mass damper (TMD) system was first proposed as an efficient vibration control method for high-rise buildings, and multiple TMD (MTMD) system was then proposed for the purpose of improving the robust performance. Thereafter, the active TMD (ATMD) is proposed to improve the vibration control performance over the TMD and MTMD systems. However, this system may experience an system-instability problem in case of the actuator malfunction. In order to overcome such limitations of actuator malfunction causing the instability of the structural system, in this study, we investigate the feasibility of the multiple ATMD (MATMD) system that facilitates both advantages of the MTMD and ATMD. Numerical example demonstrates that, when the proposed system is designed to have the same capacity as the ATMD, it shows a similar control performance to the ATMD, but also has very good adaptive control performance against the emergency situations such as actuator failures.

  • 회전하는 기계에서 전달되는 조화적인 진동력이 수동 및 능동 진동 격리기를 통하여 중간 지지구조물에 어떻게 전달되는 것인가를 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 이론적인 모델은 모든 축에 대하여 수평과 수직방향의 힘과 모멘트를 고려하여 작성되었으며, 실험은 중간 구조물에 전달되는 회전방향 및 직선방향의 진동을 최소화하기 위하여 2단으로 구성된 중간 지지구조물에 부착된 진동 액츄에이터를 사용하였다. 진동원에 의하여 발생된 진동이 에러 센서에서 측정되었으며 제어원과 에러센서사이의 전달함수가 측정되었다. 1-100Hz사이의 주파수 범위에 있어서 기존의 수동격리기와 직렬로 설치된 능동격리기를 통하여 전달된 힘이 실제로 감소되었음을 실험결과를 통하여 확인하였다.

  • Lane departure avoidance system is one of the key technologies for the future active-safety passenger cars. The lane departure avoidance system is composed of two subsystems; lane sensing algorithm and active-steering controller. In this paper, the road image is obtained by vision sensor and the lane parameters are estimated using image processing and Kalman Filter technique. The active-steering controller is designed to prevent the lane departure. The developed active-steering controller can be realized by steer-by-wire actuator. The lane-sensing algorithm and active-steering controller are implemented into the steering HILS(Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) and their performance is evaluated with a human driver in the loop.

영구자석 동기모터 진동 및 과전류 저감을 위한 능동단락회로 제어 기법 (Active Short Circuit Control Method to Reduce Overcurrent and Oscillation Current in PMSM)

  • This study proposes the mitigation method for overcurrent and oscillation motor current in an active short-circuit operation. This operation is attracting attention as the safe state of electric vehicle traction inverters. However, the active short-circuit operation generates oscillation and overcurrent of motor currents during a transient state. The proposed method uses two different safe states in PMSM, such as active short circuit and freewheeling. The active short circuit is used for safe state in a steady state. To reduce the overshoot and oscillation, a freewheeling state is injected between active short-circuit operation by comparing the motor phase current with an analytically calculated steady-state motor current. Freewheeling state is only used in a transient state. The performance is demonstrated through simulations and experimental results. The peak current of the motor was reduced from 52 A to 40 A, and oscillation time was reduced.
