In the 21st century, the development of cosmetics is led to pursue the high functionality of cosmetics with excellent effectiveness and safety. As Cosmetic Act took effect in 2000, functional cosmetics is provided in the law. As a result, the research and development of functional cosmetics has continually increased, and the number of patent applications in functional cosmetics has also rapidly increased as a plan for preoccupying in the functional cosmetics age. Now, the cosmetic industry has a great interest in developing anti-wrinkle cosmetics among functional cosmetics, because women's desire for having young resilient skin has increased since Korea entered an aging society thanks to the advanced medical technology. The patent application trends of anti-wrinkle cosmetics at home since 2000 particularly show the rapid increase in the applications in natural plant extracts. It may be because Korean consumers preference of vegetable cosmetics has resulted in the development of raw materials based on the traditional medicine. As for the existing preparation such as Retinoid or Ascorbic acid, the patent application itself will be an essential technical element in the future because patent applications are filed in the field of a preparation of cosmetics for stabilizing ingredients, reducing skin irritability or promoting absorbance, and in the field of cosmetic formulation technology. As there are many studies on the causes of skin wrinkles, it is expected that new raw materials of cosmetics can be developed due to new mechanisms, and that the number of patent applications in new technologies will increase due to a change in the thought of cosmetics accompanied by the integration of cosmetics with biotechnology using Genetic Engineering, including the practical application of the medicine previously used far treating skin diseases to an anti-wrinkle agent and the mass production of active ingredients of cosmetics.

This study was to investigate the perception and the usability of gardening program in a community for protection of school bullying at a middle school. The data collected from 640persons of middle school students, their parents, teachers, residents, NPO staffs for youth, active persons in urban agriculture and farming at 3communities during 2014.10.21.~2014.11.5. The degree on necessity of gardening program to protect school bullying were statistical significant different by age, garden experience, understanding and exchanging with youth and neighbors, keeping relationship or communication between school and family or residents. Most of parents, teachers prefer to increase the family counseling program by NPOs for protection of school bullying. On the contrary, concerns in urban agriculture and farming strengthened to cheer up gardening program for youth. In this study also, it was agreed that gardening program is useful for protection of school bullying and for stability of emotional safety for youth involving in middle school students. From these results, gardening program will be more contribution to communications and exchanges between school, student's family and their community persons as like neighbors, NPO staffs, concerns in urban agriculture and farming.
The present study reviewed the meanings of mediation and the roles of mediators, and examined the necessities of online mediation system, prerequisites for the settlement of the system, foreign cases of promoting online mediation and the current state of online mediation in Korea. It also identified problems in the mediation system in Korea and, based on the analysis of problems, discussed directions for the development of Korean mediation system in broad perspective. Directions for the development of Korean online mediation system suggested in this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, the government must make an unsparing investment in order to activate online mediation system in Korea. Secondly, from the aspect of online mediation procedure, it is necessary to introduce online mediation system in combination with online seal system or certification marks. Thirdly, the judicial circle must take an amicable attitude toward ADR system and, furthermore, it is necessary for the court to be active in introducing various ADR systems. Fourthly, it is necessary to establish an integrated mediation system for the efficiency of mediation and cost saving. Fifthly, mediators must be provided with systematic and exhaustive periodical retraining programs. Lastly, it is necessary to help people to recognize that mediation system is a better service than other forms of dispute resolution procedure and particularly to enhance users' confidence in online mediation through advertising its advantages and safety. Moreover, in order to make e-commerce-related online dispute resolution available to everybody, it is necessary to overcome language barriers by establishing perfect service systems including automatic translation system in the governmental dimension.
Purpose: Job satisfaction, spouse support, parenting stress, and the factors that influence parenting stress in female fire fighters with preschool-aged children were examined. Methods: Data were collected from 180 female fire fighters who worked at the fire station from June to July 2013 and had preschool-aged children. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: Average job satisfaction was 2.81, spouse support was 3.54, and parenting stress was 3.61. Parenting stress was negatively correlated with spouse support and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and spouse support were positively correlated. Factors influencing parenting stress included employment period (${\beta}$=0.093, p <.05), a husband who is not a fire fighter (${\beta}$=-8.971, p <.05), having three children (${\beta}$=27.395, p <.05), delegating childcare to relatives (${\beta}$=9.605, p <.05), income (${\beta}$=-0.920, p <.05), and spouse support (${\beta}$=-0.589, p <.05). Conclusion: To reduce parenting stress and increase job satisfaction, female fire fighters with preschool-aged children should be assigned to stable administrative work instead of stressful on-site work. Husbands who are fire fighters should take advantage of paternity leave, implemented by the Ministry of Public Safety and Security, to increase their active participation in parenting.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary students' views about lab-based science learning. For the purpose of this study, semi-structured interviews were conducted with thirty sixth grade students in 12 classes from two elementary schools located in Daegu City. The interview contents consisted of three major categories. The first category was related to attitude toward science lab, the second was related to lab-based science learning which had four sub-categories; recognizing lesson object, planning experiment, performing experiment, drawing conclusion in lab-based science learning in which the students had ordinary have views and expectations, and the last category was related to students' difficulties and something need to be improved in lab-based science learning. In-depth interviews were performed individually and the interviews were recorded. From the interviews, we found that students, in first category, do like lab-activities more than lectures or instruction-based activities in textbook. Students, in second category, wanted generally more discussion for their own activities rather than teacher's instruction and they wanted teacher' mediation conflicts within small groups and comments for students' experiment results. In the last, most of students had fears for some dangerous reagents and accidents. Based on the results, the study suggested that teacher need to give their students to autonomous discussion opportunities to design and interpret data through teacher' guided questions in inquiry steps, to produce some intimate atmosphere for active interaction in small groups, and to teach the safety education on some dangerous reagents.

Synthetic bone graft is contrasted with these three categories in that it has a different donor source. Autograft is most prominent as it is known as a gold standard of all grafting procedures. Its principles and practices are well established via accumulated informations and clinical experiences, which imposes no regulations or restrictions in its clinical use. On the other hand, other bone graft procedures are under tight control for the safety and effectiveness of each product. Food and Drug Administration of the United States has a system in which the information on the approvals and clearances of bone graft materials on their internet homepage. All the bone graft materials that are under the regulations of the United States are classified into the category of medical devices, which includes allogenic bone, xenogenic bone, and synthetic bone graft materials. Each bone graft material has its own indication and the FDA approvals and clearances of medical devices contain the item of "intended use" to specify the indications of each bone graft materials. US dentists, as users of the specific bone graft materials, are provided with adequate information on the approved materials they are to utilize. As an user of these materials, Korean dentists are less provided with the information on the bone graft materials they want to use. Medical providers of the bone graft materials have to be able to provide their users with the essential information such as the intended use of the regulatory approval. Dentists must also be active in gathering informations on the material of their interest, and the system must be built in which both of the medical providers and users of bone graft materials can be satisfied in providing and getting the information, respectively.

Analyzing dynamic performance between pantograph and contact wire depends on mechanical and electrical conditions such as contact force, currents, aerodynamics of pantograph and tension of overhead contact wire. For the characteristic of dynamic performance between pantograph and overhead contact wire, various evaluation systems are used to measuring of the interaction of the contact line and the pantograph. Among the various methods, the contact force and percentage of arcing are intended to prove the safety and the quality of the current collection system on the train. However, these methods are only capable of measuring on the train which are installed measurement systems. Therefore in this paper, a track-side monitoring system was implemented to measure electrical characteristics from active overhead contact wire systems in order to constantly estimate current collection performance of railway operation. In addition, a method to analyze loss of contact phenomena was proposed. According to simulation results, the proposed system was capable of measuring abnormal electrical behavior of pantograph and contact wires on the track-side. The advantage of the proposed system is possible to detect loss of contact or any other electrical abnormalities of all types of trains within sections from sub to sub without the need to install any on-board equipment on trains.
Recently, it is on the increase interest for Al alloy with new material for ship application to substitute for FRP ship. The reason is thatAl alloy ship has beneficial characteristics such as high sea speed, increase of loadage and easy to recycle compared with FRP ship. In this paper, mechanical and electrochemical properties are investigated by slow strain rate test experiment in various applied potential condition. These results will provide as reference data to design ship by deciding optimum protection potential regard to hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking. In general, Al and Al alloys are not corroded with forming film which has the corrosion resistance property in neutral solution. However, it was observed that formation and destruction of passive film by $Cl^-$ ion in sea water environment. At comparison of current density after 1200 sec in potentiostatic experiment, the current density in the potential range of -0.68 $\~$-1.5 V is shown low value. The low current density means protection potential range. Elongation in applied potential of 0 V was high. However, the corrosion protection application in this condition is impossible potential because the toughness is low value by decreasing strength by active dissolution reaction at parallel part of specimen. The film composed with $CaCO_3$ and $Mg(OH)_2$ has a corrosion resistance property. However, the uniform electrodeposition coating at below -1.6 V potential is not formed since the time to form the uniform electrodeposition coating is short. Therefore, it is concluded that mechanical property is poor because effect by hydrogen gas generation is larger than that of electrodeposition coating. It is concluded that the optimum protection potential range from comparison of_maxim urn tensile strength, elongation and time to fracture is -1.3$\~$0.7 V (SSCE).
A number of investigators have reported the formation of the radiolytic ultrafine particles produced by the interaction of ionizing radiation with water vapor. Previous studies have suggested that a very high localized concentration of the OH radical produced by the radiolysis of water can react with trace gas like organic vapors and produce lower vapor pressure compounds that can then nucleate. In order to determine water vapor dependence of the active, positively charged, first radon daughter(Po-218), an experiment was conducted using a well-controlled radon chamber. The activity size distribution of the radon daughter in the range of 0.5-100nm was measured using the parallel graded wire screens system. Measurements were taken for different relative humidity. The resultant activity size distributions were analyzed. The addition of water vapor to the radon carrier gases resulted in the formation of ultrafine particles by OH radicals formed by radon radiolysis. It may be due to the neutralization of charged Po-218 ion with water vapor through the radio lysis.

Damage and attack size of cyber terror is growing to the national size. Not only targeting at a certain companies or individuals but number of cyber terror targeting government bodies or unspecific people is increasing. This is because compared to traditional weapon, input cost is very cheap but ripple effect and shock are much stronger, affecting not only certain groups but also each individuals. 'Anti-terror measurement for protection of nation and public safety' passed last month is one of the renowned measurement passed regardless of objection from opposition party. The opposition party went against this through filibuster for 192 hours but this finally passed National Congress due to lack of oppositions. Korean government is taking post actions after passage of anti-terror measurement. Legislation of enforcement ordinance and regulations is due by 6th of next month. This regulation will be executed from June 4th after legislation. Whenever there is any security issues such as hacking of Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power and National Intelligence Service happens, lot of attention is made to those hackers. However, social recognition or management of those hackers need lot more improvement. Especially, as market of internet of things is increasing, there is an increased anxiety on information security. But as we only rely on security solutions, this problems are keep happening. Therefore, active investment on nurturing hackers who play the role of 'spear and shield' shall be made. Government should put more efforts to allow white hackers to show their abilities. We should have a policy for supporting high-quality programs such as BoB. To make information protection industry into future growth engine, it is necessary to nurture professionals for information protection and white hackers through special programs. Politicians should make related regulations as soon as possible to remove factors that prevent swift management of cyber attack due to lack of legislation. Government should pay lot more financial investment to nurturing professional manpower than now. Protecting life and asset of nation is responsibility and duty of our government. We all should recognize that controlling cyber attack is a part of national defense.
