This study is progressing or suggests effective space planning for rural village area conventional markets that is planning business market modernization process. Rural village area conventional markets of small scale are inputting a lot of efforts and financial resources for activation. Also, I wish to quote activation plan for rural village area conventional markets that face in stagnation. Studied spatial form and conventional market activation factors by space use special quality of rural village area conventional markets for architectural planning plan presentation. Investigated spatial change for several years that appear in Geum-wang conventional market for this. As a result, could deduce plans of space improvement plan for conventional market space positively. Also, through this study, suggest activation plan of conventional market that display similar space type including Geum-wang conventional market. Therefore, environment improvement of conventional market's type and special quality based on space activation elements and need space environment improvement plan the architecture plan in early planning phase of business.

The research was carried out at the electronic Gw-mart located at Gangwon province. The secondary data and the various other reference materials were used for the research. This paper presents an activation plan for reliability centered maintenance (RCM) of rolling stock. The KTX is carrying out the maintenance in compliance with RCM. MKBSF, that is one of the reliability indices for KTX, is shown 183,483 km in 2009, whereas it is shown 68,986 km in 2004. It means that the reliability of KTX has been growing every year. It also is result of reliability management activities. KORAIL did not apply RCM until now about the conventional rolling stocks. But KORAIL decided that applies RCM system because of reliability management effect of KTX. In this study, we tried to know an activation plan for the reliability centered maintenance of the conventional rolling stocks.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an activation plan for community centers. The community centers, categorized into 3 types by the number of visitors, were comparatively analyzed by their programs, operation, and visitors' opinion. 6 community centers in Heungduk-gu, Cheongju-city, their 6 operators, and their 220 visitors were the sample. This study surveyed community centers on the spot about their space characteristics and programs, interviewed operators, and asked questionnaires to visitors. The data of the 3 categorized centers were analyzed by frequency, average, and percentage. The following is the result: 1) The number of visitors was dependent on the type of residence and age of the residents. The activated community centers were found in residence type apartment blocks, and with an age group in its 40s. 2) The space satisfaction was dependent on the year of construction; it was higher with newer buildings and wider sizes. 3) All the centers were affirmative on the communication of the participants of programs. In conclusion, the activation plan of the community center has to comprise a renovation of old buildings, public promotion, and the development of programs taking into consideration the age group of the residents.
