이 연구는 대학도서관 이용자 특성과 연계한 전자책 대출기록 분석하여, 대학도서관 전자책서비스의 낮은 이용에 대한 원인을 분석하고 전자책서비스 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이의 분석방법으로 기초분석은 빈도분석과 기술통계를 사용하였으며, 성별과 전공분야별로 평가항목 간에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 분석하기 위해 t-test, ANOVA, 교차분석($X^2$) 및 상관관계를 사용하였다.

컴퓨터가 자연 언어를 이해하기 위해 가장 필요로 하는 것은 단어에 대한 정보다. 단어는 문장 안에서 나름대로의 정보를 지니고 사용된다. 사람들이 실제 생활에서 사용하는 문장을 대량으로 모아 둔 것을 말뭉치(Corpus)라 한다. 그러므로, 단어가 인간 언어 생활에서 사용되면서 지니는 정보를 찾기 위해서는 말뭉치를 들여다보는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문장이 갖고 있는 정보 중 많은 것을 표현할 수 있는 언어, VAR를 설계한다. 그리고 말뭉치를 VAR로 표현해서 관리하면서 언어학자 및 전산학자가 좋은 지식 기반(Knowledge Base)를 만들 수 있는 기초를 제공한다.

This study came up with a comparison analysis between the average results of Whole National Cooperatives and Kyonggi cooperatives from 2000 to 2005. 15 Kyonggi Agricultural Cooperatives which are nearly the same in the aspects of size and local conditions, - Songpo, Shindo, Ilsan, Jido, Migum, Dongduchon, Bucheon, Ojeong, Naksaeng, Seongnam, Suwon, Kunja, Banweol, Ansan, Suji- are selected as comparable ones while the cooperatives of Kwangmyung, Kungpo, Anyang, Euiwang represent as Kwachon neighborhood cooperatives. The analysis result proposes some desirable ideas to activate the business of local cooperatives as follows. First, the top limit of allotting profits seem to require having the lower adjustment which takes into account the interest rates. Second, the system allotting the profits in proportion to the record of the use should be improved. Third, In order to activate the business of semi-members, allotting profit system in proportion to the record of the use should be established.

Poverty directly affects health and well-being, The poor population has a higher rate of chronics illness. higher infant morbidity and motality rates. shorter life expectancy. more complex health problems. and greater physical limitations resulting from chronic disease. In order to activate primary health care for the poverty in urban area the following measures should be taken : 1. Health center must be expended or establish subhealth center. 2. Health center must monitor neighbour's workplace's health management for their working population. 3. Health centers must do active home visiting nursing care for the urban-poor. 4. Health center must carry out flexible problem-centered practice according to the area. 5. For the urban-poor's health care must have organization of the health center & practice according to community's characteristics. 6. Public health care must be closely connected with welfare. 7. For the health care of the urban-poor must demand active community participation. 8. Health center is closely connected with Community hospital. 9. Active management of public health resource system is demanded.

Critical incident can be happened at any time, any places without any pre-notification. For minimizing the loss of the life safety, financial and so on caused by the risk, most of company needs a system what can activate the critical incident management plan to prevent, plan for and respond to events that become critical incident. But a lot of company still don't have such a detailed system in our country and almost company has no effective training way for to boot. This paper shows the way to activate the risk management system to work efficiently the plan. The training way, proposed by this paper, is a incident command simulator based on virtual reality and scenario generation software.

Translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP) activates basophils to release histamine and causes chronic inflammation. It was also reported that TCTP significantly reduced in brain of Alzheimer's Disease and Down Syndrome as compared to normal person, suggesting that TCTP might be involved in cognitive function. We wondered whether TCTP could act as a general inducer in neurotransmitters release in brain. We, therefore, investigated the role of TCTP in PC12 cell line which expressed neuronal properties. We found that TCTP could activate JNK, and the activity was inhibited by pretreatment of dicoumarol, a JNK inhibitor. However, TCTP could not activate ERK that has known to be involved in neurotransmitter release. These suggest TCTP did not participate in neurotransmitter release from PC12 cells, and TCTP might not be a general inducer in neurotransmitter release.

This paper presents a study on the analysis for activation time and threshold value of heat detection sensor using HRR(Heat Release Rate). And it is represented to quantity of heat to activate heat detection sensor. The experiment is conducted to measure activation time and HRR of fire detection sensor burning alcohol and n-heptane. In order to burn the alcohol and n-heptane using $43.5cm(L){\times}43.5cm(W){\times}5cm(D)$ and $33cm(L){\times}33cm(L){\times}5cm(D)$ steel pan and the quantity of alcohol and n-heptane are 2.5 L and 650 g, respectively. The results show that peak HRR are in case of alcohol 66.13 kW and in case of n-heptane 151.64 kW, respectively. Total heat releases of heat detection sensor are in case of alcohol approximately 20.7 MJ and in case of n-heptane approximately 18 MJ, respectively.

This paper study the way of increasing the credit loan for the Venture Companies. They are very important in national economics. But they are short of financial and mortgage although they have many kinds of superb ideas and technologies. Korean government has tried to financially support them. But the support has had its own limit. Banks and other financial institutions have not been in a positive position to loan money out to venture companies because their businesses are highly risky. The credit evaluation system of medium and small business are need to improve in order to increase the Venture Companies. loan. So, it is necessary to find new measures to activate credit loans to them.

Currently, as Korea enters into a fast aging society, the problem of dementia population is increasing. In this paper, we intend to contribute to the improvement of welfare for the elderly by developing virtual reality technology and related interface technology to effectively perform hand movements known as effective methods for preventing and treating dementia. As the content of the research and development of this paper, it is designed to be easy for the elderly to use and stimulate brain function by applying VR technology using sensors, and to activate mental and physical activities for the elderly who are marginalized in terms of cultural welfare. We intend to develop by classifying the types of games and contents that can induce them. As a result of this thesis, we developed contents using virtual reality to improve cognitive abilities for elderly people with poor cognitive ability to activate the brains of users' cognition, memory, and attention to prevent and treat dementia I want to contribute.

The purpose of this study is to understand the phenomenon of agricultural management transfer and to present a plan to activate Korean management transfer through institutional consideration. To this end, the domestic and overseas agricultural management transfer system was identified, and an appropriate institutional plan for the country was sought. There are six ways to activate the management transfer system proposed in this study. First, establishment of an agricultural management transfer agency, second, training and utilization of management transfer experts, third, establishment of an agricultural succession certification support institution, fourth, operation of specialized training courses for management transfer, fifth, (local government) linked operation of a farming support center, sixth, agricultural management transfer legislation and securing of budgets. The above agricultural management transfer system is expected to contribute to the advancement of management transfer activation.
