  • There has been much interested on the issues of designing and implementing the data acquisition and display system. This paper describes how to acquire and manage the data to be generated from sensor sources in a manufacturing process. The functionality of this data management system is composed of data acquisition, database management, processing and display of the available data. Also, this system has a adaptability to be carried throughout configuration management.

  • This paper proposes a new algorithm classifing same hues in order toe estimate the spectral reflectance of object from 3 band color image information. To estimate the spectral reflectance of object, the conventional estimation methods are required of 5 or 9 band digital color values. The 5 or 9 band image acquisition systems are required of 5 or 3 times same work for color image acquisition process. To solve the above problems, we propose a new method that can be estimated spectra reflectance estimation of object. The proposed method is to classify same hues corresponding a color stimulus, by using hue angle and chroma vector of a color stimulus. The classified same hues are used as the population corresponding a color stimulus. The range of same hue is estimated by the cumulative proportional ration according to the number of basis function.

수리부속비 비용추정식 개발과 활용방안 (Development and Application of the Spare-parts Cost Estimating Relationships)

  • Currently, a life cycle cost estimates(LCCE) is the most important factor in weapon system acquisition process. However, operation and maintenance(O&M) cost related studies are insufficient from the previous literature survey. O&M cost consists of various cost factors such a man power, maintenance and direct & indirect support costs. We have known that spare-parts cost is a key factor in the O&M cost. In this paper, we developed the spare-parts cost estimating relationships(CERs) of fixed-wing aircraft and armored vehicle weapon systems which include 4 historical cost drivers ; system acquisition cost, deterioration rate, localization rate, mission characteristic. Furthermore, we proposed the application methodologies that O&M cost estimating, total life cycle cost estimating and determination of the economic life using the spare-parts CERs.

  • Configuration management is a process that establishes and maintains consistency of a product with its requirements and configuration information throughout its life cycle. This paper deals with the improvement of configuration management for weapon system. We analyze configuration management system, organization, human resource, regulations, and automated system of USA. Then we apply the ideas to our proposal for the improvement of configuration management. The proposal for the improvement of configuration management consists of three parts. The first one is the improvement of configuration management for weapon system by R&D, the second one is the improvement of configuration management for weapon system by foreign acquisition, and the last one is the improvement of configuration management in the aspects of organization, human resource, regulations, and automated system. This paper will be contributed to the activation of configuration management system and the efficiency of acquisition project management.

하나의 웨이퍼 전체 영상을 이용한 웨이퍼 Pre-Alignment 시스템 (A Wafer Pre-Alignment System Using One Image of a Whole Wafer)

  • This paper presents a wafer pre-alignment system which is improved using the image of the entire wafer area. In the previous method, image acquisition for wafer takes about 80% of total pre-alignment time. The proposed system uses only one image of entire wafer area via a high-resolution CMOS camera, and so image acquisition accounts for nearly 1% of total process time. The larger FOV(field of view) to use the image of the entire wafer area worsen camera lens distortion. A camera calibration using high order polynomials is used for accurate lens distortion correction. And template matching is used to find a correct notch's position. The performance of the proposed system was demonstrated by experiments of wafer center alignment and notch alignment.

  • Fuzzy controls are widely used in industrial fields using experts knowledge base for its high degree of performance. Genetic Algorithm(GA) is one of the numerical method that has an advantage of optimization. In this paper, we present an acquisition method of fuzzy rules using genetic algorithm. Knowledge of the system is the key to generating the control rules. As these rules, a system can be more stable and it reaches the control goal the faster. To get the optimal fuzzy control rules and the membership functions, we use the GA instead of the experts knowledge base. Information of the system is coded the chromosome with suitable phenotype. Then, it is operated by genetic operator, and evaluated by evaluation function. Passing by the decoding process with the fittest chromosome, the genetic algorithm can tune the fuzzy rules and the membership functions automatically ...

  • In ground weapon systems, the design and analysis technology for water operation stability is a relatively unknown area compared to maritime weapon systems. Through this study, it was confirmed that our weapon system satisfies the criteria for stability on the water when considering the operational concept and operational performance. However, there is a limitation of the study that it did not perform verification tests on the actual system. Therefore, in the future research and weapon system acquisition process, a procedure to prove the stability through freeboard analysis using the actual system is required.

  • 모의기반획득 과정에서 물리적으로 분산되어 있는 기관들 간의 상호운용성을 향상 시키기 위해서는 데이터 교환 서식(DIF: Data Interchange Format)을 필요로 한다. 데이터 교환서식은 분산제품 기술서(DPD: Distributed Product Description)의 템플릿 역할을 하며, 분산제품 기술서의 각종 정보 및 M&S 자원을 입력 및 출력하게 함으로써 별도의 변환 과정 없이 정보를 바로 이용할 수 있게 하는 장점이 있다. 이러한 특징은 모의기반획득을 지원하는 통합협업환경이 상호운용성을 제공하기 위하여 반드시 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모의기반획득의 제반 절차 단계 중에서 설계 및 제조와 관련된 형상 데이터를 대상으로 데이터 교환서식 개발을 위한 프레임워크 및 단계별 산출물을 제안하고, 이를 바탕으로 데이터 교환서식 모델 설계에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 제안된 데이터 교환서식 모델을 기반으로 XML 기반의 데이터 교환서식 모델을 구현하고, 사례를 통하여 데이터 교환서식을 이용한 데이터 변환을 시연함으로써 제안된 데이터 교환서식의 성능을 검증하였다.

대학의 고객경영전략 수립을 위한 대학유형별 CRM 전략 요소의 차별성 분석 (Difference Test of CRM Strategic Factors by university type for building customer strategy of university)

  • 본 연구는 최근 대학경영에 있어서 '고객'이라는 개념의 인식과 고객지향적 경영전략의 중요성이 확대됨에 따라 대학산업에 적합한 전사적 CRM 전략을 본격적으로 논의하기위한 토대로써 대학의 유형별 CRM 전략 요소의 차이점을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 CRM 전략의 핵심 프레임워크인 CRM 프로세스(CRM Process)와 고객자산가치 운영요소(Customer Equity Drivers) 이론을 중심으로 대학경영에 적합한 CRM 전략요소 측정도구를 개발하고, 대학의 평가순위과 대학의 소재 지역에 따라 구분되는 12가지 대학유형간의 차이를 다변량 분산분석 (MANOVA)을 통해 검정하였다. 분석결과, CRM 프로세스 활동과 고객자산가치 요소들의 수준이 대학의 평가순위 그룹유형에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 있지만, 대학의 소재 지역 그룹유형에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 즉, 관계획득활동과 관계강화활동이 상위권 대학과 하위권 대학에서 유의하게 차이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었고, 고객자산가치 요소 중 상위권 대학의 브랜드가치와 관계가치는 중위권 대학 및 하위권 대학과 유의한 차이가 발견되었으며, 또한 상위권 대학의 제품/서비스 가치(구매가치)는 하위권 대학의 구매가치와, 그리고 중위권 대학의 브랜드 가치는 하위권 대학의 브랜드 가치와도 분명한 차이가 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

무기체계 개발에서 시스템 안전성을 고려한 시험평가 프로세스의 개선에 관한 연구 (On the Improvement of the Test and Evaluation Process in the Weapon Systems Development with Systems Safety Incorporated)

  • With the recent changes in the environment of weapon systems acquisition, the systems development is becoming more susceptible to a variety of risks. To cope with this situation, US DoD has been emphasizing the importance of constantly applying the test and evaluation (T&E) process throughout the whole life cycle of the weapon systems. In particular, the safety requirements are called for attention while dealing with system risks. To this end, the present paper is aimed at studying the T&E process which incorporates the systems safety in weapon systems development. Analyzing and modeling the relevant processes has made it possible to achieve the objective. As a case study, the model results were applied to the development of unmanned aerial vehicles.
