A Study on Fabrication of ZnO Surface Acoustic Wave Filter for Communication Devices (통신기기용 ZnO 탄성표면파 필터의 제작에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, to minimize the above effect Zinc Oxide(ZnO) thin films on Si(100) substrate were deposited by RF magnetron sputter with changing sputtering conditions such as Ar/$O_2$ gas ratios, RF power, substrate temperature, chamber prsssure and target-substrate distance. To analyze a crystallographic properties of the films, ${\Theta}/2{\Theta}$ mode X-ray diffraction, rocking curve and Alpha-step were performed. SAW filters were fabricated to evaluate the feasibility of ZnO thin film as a piezoelectrical materials and the processes of ZnO SAW filters using etch and lift-off were compared.

Convergence Analysis of the Filtered-x LMS Adaptive Algorithm for Active Noise Control System

  • Application of the Filtered-X LMS adaptive filter to active noise control requires to estimate the transfer characteristics between the output and the error signal of the adaptive canceler. In this paper, we derive an adaptive control algorithm and analyze its convergence behavior when the acoustic noise is assumed to consist of multiple sinusoids. The results of the convergence analysis of the Filtered-X LMS algorithm indicate that the effects of parameter estimation inaccuracy on the convergence behavior of the algorithm are characterize by two distinct components : Phase estimation error and estimated magnitude. In particular, the convergence of the Filtered-X LMS algorithm is shown to be strongly affected by the accuracy of the phase response estimate. Simulation results of the algorithm are presented which support the theoretical convergence analysis.

  • 본 논문에서는 색상 코드와 음향 신호를 이용한 근거리 통신 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법의 송신은 데이터 부호화 알고리즘을 이용한 색상 코드 송신 방법과 주파수 대역을 설정 후 변조를 통한 음향 신호 송신 방법을 이용한다. 수신은 색상 코드가 검출되었을 경우 색상 값을 분석하고 복호화 알고리즘을 통해 데이터를 출력하며, 검출되지 않았을 경우 Band-Pass Filter를 이용하여 수신된 음향 신호 분석을 통해 데이터를 출력한다. 단어 정확도 실험 결과 기존의 색상 코드는 80.06%, 음향 신호는 74.75%의 정확도를 보였으나 본 연구에서 제안한 방법의 경우 84.95%의 정확도를 보였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 Wiener 필터링 이론에 의하여 소음원의 입력신호에 대한 최적 한 예측을 할 수 있는 최적예측기(optimal predictor)로써 부가적인 음을 발생시키고 입력신호 및 출력신호 간의 차인 오차를 최소화시키도록 하는 적응신호처리방법에 대 해 설명하고 이러한 적응 신호처리 방법을 이용한 능동 소음 제어 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 아울러 제어계의 환경 변화에 따른 파라메타의 변화에 적응적으로 응답이 가능해 야 하는 적응 소음 제어계에서, 음향궤환과 함께 필히 고려해야하는 부가적인 전달함 수-모델과 스피커를 포함하는 보조경로 및 오차미이크로폰을 포함하는 오차경로의 전 달함수의 영향을 고려한 능동소음제어에 대해 연구하였다.

  • Yoseong sound is one of the Piri's representative techniques including unique timbre of Korean traditional musical instrument. This paper presents the acoustic characteristics of Yoseong sound by analyzing the sound of Piri and suggests audio filters that make Yoseong sound from ordinary sound of the Piri.

  • In this paper, the implementation of MAI(multiple access interference)-cancelled SSMA(spread spectrum multiple access) system using orthogonal carriers was presented. Employing the pseudo periodic spreading codes and orthogonal carriers frequency offset, proposed system have the features no MAI during a certain local time-duration. Spreading signals designed by pseudo periodic method and repetition, have zero correlation duration(ZCD) by orthogonal frequency shift method. The SSMA modem has been designed and implemented using surface-acoustic-wave(SAW) device as the matched filter of receiver. The effects of frequency offset on stability have been evaluated using computer simulation.

  • This paper describes the design of a 2-phase stepping motor driver using CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device). The driver IC such as L297 (SGS-Thomson Microelectronics), which is mostly used has some problems in PWM control because of the switching noise of power MOSFETs. It causes current ripple and acoustic noise. To improve theses characteristics, we proposed a new current control method that the output PWM frequency is almost constant using a digital filter. Also we proposed constant current method for 1-2 phase(half step) excitation. The proposed method is implemented with CPLD(Xilinx, XC9572-PC44). Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • The smart foam that is first proposed by Fuller(2) is not applicable to active noise control in a duct having flow. Thus. this paper presents the ring-type smart foam as an alternative. The ring-type smart foam consists of polyurethane acoustic foam of lining shape and PVDF film embedded along the mid-surface of the foam lining. A feedforward adaptive filtered-x LMS controller is used to minimize the signal from the error microphone. To enlarge quiet sound region. two error microphones are used to update system modeling filter (SIMO method). Sound intensity control using the ring-type smart foam is also discussed

  • 본 논문에서는 응급구조의 신고 상황에서의 수보자의 보다 정확하고 신속한 대응를 위하여 수화자의 음향환경을 분석하여 주변상황에 대한 정보를 알고자 심화 신경망 기반의 음성 부재구간 검출 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 음성 신호에서의 23차의 Mel-filter bank를 추출하고 이를 심화 신경망 기법을 이용하여 음성 부재구간을 검출한다. 객관적인 성능 평가를 위해 제안된 기법은 실제 응급구조 상황에서 평가되었으며, 기존의 음성검출기를 이용한 음성 부재구간 검출 성능에 비하여 향상된 성능을 보였다.

  • Due to the increasing variety and capacity of information and communication media, systems of microwave band communication have branched out extensively. Surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices fabricated FeSiB thin films on quartz substrate were deposited by RF magnetron sputter and by photolithographic processes. This device is with a center frequency 146MHz and the insertion loss as low as -43dB was obtained.
