The main aim of this investigation is to explore the relationships between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector. A total of 214 respondents were surveyed for the purpose of this investigation and selected randomly from different banks located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.). Job Burnout Inventory developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) was taken into consideration to assess emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and sense of personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction scale was used to measure the degree of satisfaction level of the employees. The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The most eye-catching findings of the investigation revealed that emotional exhaustion had the greater mean as compared to depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The inverse significant correlation has been observed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and job satisfaction while positive and significant relationship was observed between personal accomplishment and job satisfaction. Further, the result of the investigation from regression test indicates that the relationship existed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector in the Kingdom.
The purpose of this study was to compare the Korean and Chinese university students' materialism and clothing attitudes. Self-administered questionnaires developed by researcher were used and the research periods were from Feb. 20 to Mar. 19, 2003. 429 Korean and 405 Chinese students's data was used for analysis. Cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, t-test, and discriminant analysis were done. Korean students pursuited happiness more than utility and accomplishment, but Chinese students pursuited accomplishment more than happiness and practicality. The students were divided into the happiness pursuit, the utility pursuit, and the accomplishment pursuit. The group size of the utility pursuit and the happiness pursuit among Korean students and the utility pursuit and the accomplishment pursuit among Chinese students were larger. Korean students preferred fashionability, psychological dependence, sexual attraction of clothing more, but Chinese preferred conformity more. Utility and accomplishment of materialism, and fashionability and conformity of clothing were strong variables which discriminated Korean students from Chinese students, and total discriminating power was 77.1%.
This research verifies the effect on environmental attitude and knowledge accomplishment by t-test as producing and running programs regarding global warming which is raised as a representative environmental issue subject to 6th grade-elementary students. For this, environmental education programs about global warming for elementary students are developed and applied 15 times by reconstituting classes based on the contents regarding global warming from the text books revised as of 7th course of study. The result is as below. First, some part of contents from social study and science of 6th grade elementary curriculum of 7th course of study was able to be reconstituted to 15 education programs. Secondly, the programs about global warming improved students' environmental attitude Application of the programs about global warming showed significant difference(p<.05) on building environmental attitude as it proved those are effective on both area of recognition level and practice level. The method used on the test had .866's Cronbach alpha modulus value therefore, it obtained reliability. Thirdly, the programs regarding global warming improved students' knowledge accomplishment. As a result of test for knowledge accomplishment which was executed with same method for attitude test, the application of the programs about global warming showed significant difference(p<.05) on improving students' knowledge accomplishment on the global warming therefore, it resulted that the application of the program is effective on knowledge acquirement.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze on the result of learning accomplishment and attitude between two groups to certify the application possibility of the cooperative learning method in home economics education. This inquiry was investigated by two classes 95 students. of the first glade in high school a commercial girl’s high school located in Anyang city of Kyonggi province, and then classified in a cooperative learning group and a traditional learning group respectively, then the 6th lessons progressed, and the difference of results of the learning accomplishment and the learning attitude according to each group was analysed with the post tests of the learning accomplishment and the learning attitude of two groups. The results of this study are summarized as follows. (1) Three subordinate positions, which are knowledge, understanding and application field of learning accomplishment between the cooperative learning group and the traditional learning group. it highly and the traditional learning group it highly showed in comparison with the traditional learning group. (2) There are not any statistically significant difference in the attention- concentration field of learning attitude between the cooperative learning and the traditional learning groups, but the cooperative learning group in the learning method and the self learning field highly showed.

This study testifies the proposition that in the case of high emotional organizational commitment, through employees perform surface acting, they feel high personal accomplishment. Data was collected from 158 flight attendants of two airlines in Korea. From the hierarchical regression analysis, we could conclude such as follows. First, emotional organizational commitment has a positive effect on surface acting. It means that because employees with high emotional organizational commitment accept organizational goals as theirs, they are willing to perform surface acting. Second, surface acting has a positive effect on personal accomplishment. It means that surface acting has a "positive" side as well as negative one. Third, according to above results, organizations should try to take measures to increase the emotional organizational commitment of flight attendants.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of stress on child care teachers' with relation to job turnover, occupational turnover and the moderating role of personal accomplishment. The subjects were 153 child care teachers in Gyeonggi-Do. Data was analyzed through Pearson's correlation, multiple regressions using the SPSS12.0. This study showed that work overload and administrative problems in child care centers were significant predictors of a teachers' intention to change their job. Also, the stresses of human relations such as with children or co-workers were significant predictors of a child care teachers' intention to change occupation. Personal accomplishment was suggested to reduce the negative results of work overload and stress.
Purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the success model related to the hospital information system accomplishment. It is important to examine the success model of the hospital information system and to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction accomplishment. Methods. The method of this study is to 150 copies of the entire survey data were distributed and 135 copies were collected, showing a collection rate of 90%. In order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha was used to test reliability, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted to determine the convergence of various items. In order to grasp the convergence of various items, exploratory factor analysis was performed. The results of exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the correlations between variables that were proven to have a single dimensionality before calculating factor loadings and regression analysis by Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax method Results. The results of this study, first, the system quality of the hospital information system has a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, the information quality of hospital information system is statistically significant for user satisfaction, indicating that information quality improves user satisfaction. Third, service quality of hospital information system was statistically significant in user satisfaction. Finally, the higher the satisfaction of the users who use the hospital information system, the higher the accomplishment of the organization Conclusions. This study is based on the successful model of D & M information system. In addition, the hospital information system, the user satisfaction, and the organizational accomplishment in connection with it can be found significant.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of goal orientation, flow experience and self-accomplishment among students who received lifeguard education. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, had an impact on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and ego-involvement affected cognitive flow. Second, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, exercised an influence on their self-realization, display of ability and development of ability, which were the task-involvement of self-accomplishment. Besides, ego-involvement impacted on self-realization. Third, the cognitive flow and behavioral flow of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which were the sub-variables of flow experience, exerted an influence on self-realization, display of ability and development of display, which were the sub-variables of self-accomplishment. Fourth, the goal orientation of the college students receiving lifeguard education had a firsthand relationship to flow experience and self-accomplishment, and that had a secondhand causal relationship to self-accomplishment through flow experience as well.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of parent's accomplishment pressure and career guidance on children's career development. The subjects in this study were 59 six-graders in an elementary school. Added to this, this study was to understand the course of elementary school children's career development. For the study, research questions on influence of parent's accomplishment pressure and career guidance on children's career development were set up. The study showed three findings. First, there was significant correlations between parent's accomplishment pressure, and career guidance and children's career development. Parent's accomplishment pressure showed a positive correlation with career development and career guidance had a significant correlation with children's career development. The sub factors of career guidance, except for emotional support, were also significantly correlated with the sub factors of children's career development. Second, Parent's accomplishment pressure didn't show significant effect on fitness of career choice, sex-prejudice and pride, but showed significant effects on total career development, career directivity, career comprehension, self-comprehension and self- control. Third, parent's career guidance showed additional impact on children's career development. But emotional support, which is the sub-fact of career guidance, had no correlation with career development.

The study was to identify the factors affecting accomplishment of outcome-based education of nursing students. Study subjects were recruited 364 nursing students of junior and senior. We collected data using self-reported questionnaire of communication competence, critical thinking disposition, self-leadership, research competence and accomplishment of outcome-based education. accomplishment of outcome-based education showed statistical differences according to grade, understanding of outcome-based education, satisfaction of outcome-based education, and experience of clinical practicum. Accomplishment of outcome-based education was positively correlated with communication competence, critical thinking disposition, self-leadership and research competence. The influences of accomplishment of outcome-based education were satisfaction of outcome-based education (${\beta}=0.33$, p<0.001), self-leadership (${\beta}=0.21$, p<0.001), research competence (${\beta}=0.18$, p<0.001), critical thinking disposition (${\beta}=0.17$, p<0.003), communication competence (${\beta}=0.14$, p=0.006), and experience of clinical practicum (${\beta}=0.10$, p=0.023). These variables explained 38.1% of total valiance on the accomplishment of outcome-based education. It would need to develop and apply formal and non-formal educational courses for enhancing self-leadership, research competence, critical thinking disposition, and communication competence.
