  • 웹 서비스라는 환경을 이용하여, 템플릿을 생성 제공하고, 사용자가 쉽게 편집 할 수 있도록 제공하며, 편집한 파일과 동질의 인쇄물을 실시간으로 출력할 수 있는 웹 표준을 따르는 COM 포트 (Communication Port)를 이용한 POD(Print on Demand) 시스템의 프레임워크(framework)를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 프레임워크의 특징은 기본적인 인터넷 활용 능력을 갖춘 사용자들로 하여금, 기존의 전문 편집 프로그램과 비교하여 상대적으로 쉽게 배우고 활용 할 수 있으며, 사용자가 직접 제작한 파일을 화면 그대로의 품질로 실시간으로 인쇄할 수 있는 프로그램을 만들고, 접근성을 높이도록 하였다.

노인요양병원 진료부의 경로인지 효율성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Cognition of the Circulation Efficiency in Geriatric Hospital)

  • The aim of this study is to quantitatively deduce the circulation efficiency and space arrangements of the outpatient department in geriatric hospitals in terms of spatial structure and to find a methodology that could promote the improvement of accessibility and spatial cognition while using the facilities. All space units of the selected twelve geriatric hospitals were located on the first floor. The study adopted the psychological distance concept of space syntax to the unitized spaces, and presented a set of indices, such as TD, PN, RF, PNT and TRF. These indices were calculated according to the standard clinical use procedures. The study evaluated the effectiveness of circulation. The analysis of circulation was based on the four major geriatric illnesses that were selected in this study. The study established the standard clinical use procedure with consideration of the medical treatment, examinations and space units of outpatient departments. The results are as follows: 1) Based on the statistical data, four major geriatric illnesses are examined, and space requirement and standard procedures are established. Development indicators are applied in order to quantitatively deduce the efficiency of spatial cognition. 2) The percentage of the risk of cognitive decline(TRF) has an inversely proportional correlation to the circulation efficiency(PNT) at a certain point. TRF is more influenced by the clinical use procedure than the scale. 3) The arrangement of the waiting space and types of corridor greatly affect the percentage of the risk of cognitive decline. 4) Vulnerable facilities are selected on the basis of the evaluation, and two alternatives that could promote the circulation efficiency are presented. The result of the reanalysis showed that cognitive efficiency had much improved compared to the existing facilities.

도시 보행네트워크의 보행성 평가를 위한 공간구문론과 Logit 모형의 통합방안 (Integration of Space Syntax Theory and Logit Model for Walkability Evaluation in Urban Pedestrian Networks)

  • 보행과 차량이 공존하는 교통망에서 보행성 확보가 중요한 과제로 부각되고 있다. 차량과 보행의 상대적인 관계에서 보행성을 판단하는 것은 어려운 문제이다. 우선 보행네트워크의 보행성 평가 기준을 정립하는 체계가 구축되어야한다. 보행성은 보행네트워크에서 경험하는 접근성, 이동성, 편리성과 같은 정량지표로 산출된다. 본 연구는 보행성 평가를 위해 공간구문론과 Logit 경로선택모형을 통합을 제안한다. 공간구문론은 링크 통합도를 산정하여 보행가로 설계의 적정성을 판단한다. Logit 모형은 보행수요의 안전성, 이동성, 접근성을 확률적으로 계산한다. 통합모형은 통행자가 경험하는 통합도, 이동편리성, 접근가능성, 안전성과 같은 평가요소를 확률적으로 정량화하여 현실을 적절하게 반영하는 장점을 제공한다. 본 연구는 Logit 모형의 해법으로 Dial 알고리즘을 활용하였다. 이를 위해 보행네트워크의 물리거리와 공간구문론의 시각거리를 일치시키기 위해 네트워크 확장을 통하여 대기시간을 반영하는 방안을 강구하였다. 이에 따라 통합모형에서 도출되는 보행성 평가지표를 검토하고, 모의 네트워크로 모형의 활용성을 측정한다.

상박위(上膊圍)에 의(依)한 성장기(成長期) 아동(兒童)에 영양상태(營養狀態)의 판정(判定)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Nutritional Assessment of Early Childhood Using Mid-Upper-Arm Circumference)

  • Growth retardation and a variable degree of body disproportion are recognized features of malnutrition, and mild and moderate protein-calorie malnutrition(PCM). Among the various body measurements suggested to assess the prevalence of all grades of PCM as judged by growth retardation and by body disproportion, the 'mid-upper-arm circumference'-abbreviated to 'arm-circumference' has been suggested as a potential useful simple field index for the assessment of PCM showing that the measurement would give composite information simultaneously on three important effects on PCM-deficit in the muscle protein reservoirs, availability of calorie stores in the form of subcutaneous fat, and growth failure. And this is selected because of its easy accessibility, and less involvement with clinical edema. This study is conducted to make a comparison between the percentage of Korean weight for age standards and the percentage of mid-upper-arm circumference for age standards of 175 preschool children aged $3{\sim}72$ months who are selected among the low-income residents in Seoul. In this study, a comparison is made between the results obtained by expressing the observed weight of the child as a percentage of Korean standard, referred to as 'weight-for-age' and the observed arm-circumference expressed as a percentage of the age-specific arm standard of Jelliffe, referred to as 'arm-for-age'. All the measurements were taken following the techniques described by Jelliffe. The left mid upper arm was measured using a glass-fibre tape and the Fairbanks Morse beam balance was used for weighing. 80% level of weight for age Korean standard and 85% level of arm for are Jelliffe standard were used as an upper borderline limit for PCM. Comparing the 80% weight-for-age and the 85% arm-for-age standard as an upper limit for PCM, for children aged $3{\sim}72$ months, results in 84.6% agreement with the sensitivity of 86.4% and its specificity of 83.5%. If arm circumference alone had been measured and judgement made on this basis, then only 5.1% of the children would have been 'wrongly' classified. And there is a moderately close correlation between arm circumference and weight for age as the data in Table 4 shows. The problem therefore lies in the standard for arm circumference in normal children and in determining what is the lower limit of normal. Once this is clearly difined, one can rely more confidently on arm circumference measurements alone for the nutritional assessment of early childhood.

디지털 전시 공간에서 발생하는 관람자의 참여 경험이 반영된 디지털 전시의 분석 (Analysis of Digital Exhibitions Reflecting Participation Experience of Visitors in Digital Exhibition Space)

  • 본 논문은 디지털 전시를 효과적으로 분석하기 위해서 디지털 전시에 적합한 분류와 분석 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 디지털 전시 분류와 분석에 대한 선행 연구를 통해 새로운 기준의 필요성을 제시하여, 새롭게 등장하는 디지털 전시의 개념과 형식의 변화에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 분석 기준을 정립한다. 디지털 전시는 상호작용적인 스토리텔링을 활용한 전시 기획과 형식에 의해서 자연 발생하는 관객 참여에 대한 요소를 고려해야 한다. 기존 디지털 전시 공간에 대한 분류와 분석은 키워드 중심의 개념적 분류를 하고 있다. 이는 전시와 작품을 분류하는 과정에서 전통적인 방법론이 적용되었기 때문이다. 하지만 디지털 전시에서 전시공간, 작품, 관람객 간의 상호작용적 관계는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 디지털 전시에서 작품과 관객 간에 이루어지는 수행적인 분류가 필요하다. 그래서 관객이 느낀 것을 토대로 전시 분류에 직간접적으로 참여하는 방식이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 전시의 분류와 구성에 대한 해석을 위해서 벤야민의 주장에 따라 관객과의 상호작용성과 밀접한 관객의 감각체험 분류와 현재화를 참조하고, 채트먼의 서사구조에 기반을 둔 미술 전시 내러티브 구조에 따라 디지털 전시에 대한 분석 기준을 제시한다. 이러한 분류 방법론이 전시정보를 관람객에게 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 방식으로 제공하고, 나아가서는 디지털 전시의 확장성과 접근성을 확보하는 선행 연구가 될 것이다.

한국표준형 원전 증기발생기 Stay 용접부 자동검사시스템 및 현장 검증 (Field Application of Ultrasonic Inspection System for Stay Welds at Steam Generator of KSNP)

  • The stay cylinder weld at the steam generator of Korean Standard Nuclear Power Plants is safety class I component and is subjected to be inspected by the volumetric examination such as ultrasonic method. As accessibility of this area is limited due to the narrow space and high radiation, the existing manual inspection method involves various difficulties. Moreover operators may be exposed to internal contamination by contaminated dust during the surface buffing process to improve the inspection reliability of this area. Recently the new automatic inspection system for stay cylinder welds has been developed. The inspection system basically consists of a driving assembly, data acquisition device and signal processing units. The driving assembly is classified by 1) the scanner for inspecting and buffing the weld, 2) pillars for guiding the scanner and 3) the base frame for loading and supporting pillars. The scanner has 4 sensor modules to inspect in 4 refracted angles and 4 incident directions. These components can be inserted into the skirt of the stay cylinder through the manway hole and assembled easily by one-touch in the skirt. Data acquisition device and signal processing units developed in previous works are also newly upgraded for better processing of data analysis and evaluation. The system has been successfully demonstrated not only in the mock-up but also in the field. In this paper, newly developed inspection system for the stay cylinder weld of the steam generator is introduced and their field applications are discussed.

유휴농지 농업적 활용 평가지표 설정 및 현장적용 (Establishing Evaluation Indicator for Agricultural Utilization of Idle Farmlands and Field Application)

  • Self-sufficiency rate of food in South Korea is almost at the lowest level among OECD countries, and the decrease tend of farmland is expected to be continued. In this situation, the government has been revised the target self-sufficiency rate of food, and carried forward various policies in order to achieve it. One of those policies is the restoration business of idle farmland which is planned to carry forward after 2015. This study set up indicators evaluating effective use of idle farmland, and tried to apply in the field before carrying forward restoration business. The result of this study may be summarized as follows. First of all, it reset an evaluation indicator that was based on the evaluation indicator developed in order to set application directions of idle farmland. Next, it selected 30 idle farmlands with reset evaluation indicator among 11,635 which were inspected nationwide in 2012. Before applying indicator, it measured the condition of recycling such as accessibility of farmland, condition of irrigation and drainage system, land state, and surroundings by field investigation. Then, it calculated composite score in each target area through applying indicators, and verified the indicator by comparing calculated result with the one which was decided from field investigation. Finally, it carried out field investigation, correct and upgrade some problems of the standard of score calculation that was found during applying previously set evaluation indicator to target area, and established the final standard of calculation for evaluation indicator.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the operational status and current management of Sub-Health Centers in Limpio, Paraguay. Second, understanding the use of Sub-Health Centers and Perceptions of Sub-Health Centers in Limpio, Paraguay. Third, Providing policy implications for strengthening the Health Delivery System in Paraguay. Methods: The survey of the current status of sub-health centers in Limpio was conducted with observation and interview. Utilization of Sub-Health centers was analyzed in the 2018 Paraguay Community Health Survey. A face to face interview was conducted to complete a questionnaire and 831 samples were collected for the study. Results: In order to perform the normal function of the sub-health center, it will be necessary to allocate manpower that meets the standard. A common problem with sub-health centers in Limpio is that they have an environment vulnerable to rain. Currently, there are no health promotion and communicable disease management programs in sub-health center. Satisfaction of users about treatment, equipment, medicines and cleanleness of rooms. Implications: First, it is necessary to allocate human resources and organize spaces according to the standard. Second, there was a problem caused by moisture, and continuous maintenance and repair are required. Third, water and sewage related facilities must be safely improved to prevent contamination of groundwater. Forth, it is necessary to implement a program that fits the role of the sub-health center. Fifth, it is necessary to form a health delivery system considering the accessibility of residents. Finally, it is necessary to discuss the location of sub-health center considering travel time of Limpio residents.

철도 화물취급역 입환생략모델(E&S) 도입 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective and Speedy container handing system(E&S) Effectiveness in railroad)

  • The railroad freight transport has great merits that can transport mass and specific items(dangerous goods), but it takes a long time because of low accessibility to the logistics facility and the complex process of loading freight in middle station. This paper analyzed volumes and characters of each railroad freight item, and was carried out the effect of applying E&S system to Gyeongbu line containers to find the method of reducing transport time and effective container transportation. As a result of Cost-Effectiveness analysis, the block train(B/T) is reducing transport time more about 1~2 hours. The road congestion cost is saving about 2.2 billion won. And due to skipping work of organizing train, personnel and equipment expenses savings expected about 9 billion won. It is expected that the E&S system enhances the container transport service and has an effect positive influence on making a efficient method of transport. But It is necessary to estimate pre-feasibility of applying E&S system that the standard of estimating cost and benefit is required further examination.

Social Media Mining Toolkit (SMMT)

  • There has been a dramatic increase in the popularity of utilizing social media data for research purposes within the biomedical community. In PubMed alone, there have been nearly 2,500 publication entries since 2014 that deal with analyzing social media data from Twitter and Reddit. However, the vast majority of those works do not share their code or data for replicating their studies. With minimal exceptions, the few that do, place the burden on the researcher to figure out how to fetch the data, how to best format their data, and how to create automatic and manual annotations on the acquired data. In order to address this pressing issue, we introduce the Social Media Mining Toolkit (SMMT), a suite of tools aimed to encapsulate the cumbersome details of acquiring, preprocessing, annotating and standardizing social media data. The purpose of our toolkit is for researchers to focus on answering research questions, and not the technical aspects of using social media data. By using a standard toolkit, researchers will be able to acquire, use, and release data in a consistent way that is transparent for everybody using the toolkit, hence, simplifying research reproducibility and accessibility in the social media domain.
