본 연구에서는 기존에 국내·국외에서 수행된 주요 웹사이트의 사용성 평가와 관련된 연구에 적용된 기준을 비교${\cdot}$분석하여, 우리나라 디지털도서관의 웹사이트 평가에 적용 가능한 일반적인 웹사이트 사용성 평가기준을 도출함으로써 향후 이용자 서비스의 품질향상을 통한 효율적인 웹서비스를 제공할 수 있기 위한 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 디지털도서관 웹사이트를 대상으로 한 사용성 평가기준은 서로 다른 수많은 특성과 목적을 가지고 운영되는 웹사이트에 일률적으로 적용되어질 수는 없다. 적용대상에 따라 평가 기준이 달라지거나 최소한 각 평각기준의 비중이 달라져야 할 것이다. 디지털도서관 웹사이트의 경우 대학도서관, 공공도서관, 전문도서관, 학교도서관 등 해당 분야별로 특성에 따른 웹사이트가 구축되어진다. 본 연구에서 제시한 디지털도서관 웹사이트 사용성 평가기준(안)은 일반적으로 준수해야 할 항목에서의 기준이라 할 수 있다.

In order to ensure a certain level of the quality of design, standardized evaluation indicators are being used as an objective criterion. Even though the evaluation indicators are quantifiable, limitations such as inefficiency and inconsistency caused by manual task in the evaluation process still have been found. BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology that is commonly adopted in architectural design process provides an environment which enables us to figure out a building model to be interpreted quantitatively with the basis of the building information model. It supports quantitative, consistent, accurate and quick evaluations so as to improve quality of design even in the initial design phase. This paper aims to establish BIM-enabled quantitative indicators and an evaluation framework to analyze building circulation even in early phase of design. The indicators are composed of 4 types (relative distance, accessibility, simplicity, pedestrian friendliness) and 7 sub-types. The evaluation framework is the process to derive Parameterized Path Value (PPV) as weighting on each indicator. For demonstrating the scalability of the suggested evaluation indicators and the framework, the authors implemented an evaluation tool and a case study has been carried out by using an actual building remodel project.

This study, systematically evaluated the services provided by consumer organization site in order to improve the possessing problems or deficient aspects and present a desirable direction for instituting the planning of a new consumer group site. An evaluation of the level with respect to contents of consumer organization site showed that communication had the lowest grade while design had the highest. There were some technical errors related to accessibility of the site. An examination of the quality of consultation showed that success rate was low and the contents of the consultation were inadequate. However, compared with service quality of the consumer organization site estimated in the year of 2000, the current service showed significant improvements in terms of the overall quantity of information.

This research aims to verify individual and organizational factors that will affect knowledge sharing, especially in research & development organizations with a premise that knowledge sharing is one of the most important factors of successful knowledge management. Many factors which are supposed to affect knowledge sharing arc empirically investigated in this research : individual factors ((1)self esteem (2)expected contribution), organizational factors ((3)top management's will, (4)accessibility of knowledge management system (5)validity of evaluation & reward knowledge sharing, (6)trust, (7)open communication). As a result, it is found that 'expected contribution' among individual factors and 'open communication' and 'validity of evaluation & reward' among organizational factors are highly correlated with knowledge sharing. These findings suggest that enhancement of perceived expected contribution among employees and building cultures of open communication and effective evaluation & reward system for knowledge sharing will contribute to activation of knowledge sharing in the research and development organizations.

본 연구에서는 공공체육시설의 이용실태와 희망시설에 대한 수요자 특성을 설문을 통하여 분석하고, 현재 공급된 공공체육시설의 공간적 불균형 정도를 중력 포텐셜 모형을 활용하여 측정하며, 향후 수요자 요구에 부합하는 시설의 신규 입지 시 접근성의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 효율적 입지 선정 시 고려될 수 있는 평가기준을 제시하였다. 공공체육시설 수요특성을 설문조사한 결과 현재 이용실태와는 달리 배드민턴, 헬스, 수영 등의 종목을 희망하며, 이러한 활동을 위한 실내체육관의 확충을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 공공체육시설의 불균형도를 중력 포텐셜 모형을 통하여 분석한 결과 지역별로 큰 편차를 보이고 있었으며, 특히 2025년 인구추정치를 고려하여 분석하였을 때 지역별 공공체육시설로의 접근성은 2015년에 비해 약 60%수준으로 감소하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 시민들이 요구하는 실내체육시설의 입지를 대안별로 가정하여 파주시 전체의 접근성을 비교한 결과, 현재 시설공급이 부족하고 향후 인구증가가 예상되는 문산생활권에 입지하는 것이 전체적인 효율성 측면에서 가장 양호한 대안으로 평가되었다.

본 연구는 주거용 부동산의 투자의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석을 위해, 주거용 부동산 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP와 퍼지이론을 활용한 설문분석을 통해 투자자의 관점에 따른 요인의 중요도 차이 및 우선순위를 비교 및 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체적으로 임대료, 수익성, 교통 접근성, 상권 및 인프라, 금융규제 등이 중요하며, 전문가그룹별로는 금융·여신 그룹은 수익성. 임대료, 교통 접근성, 공급물량과 세제 혜택을, 건설·개발 그룹은 교통 접근성, 임대료, 직주 접근성, 수익성과 상권 및 인프라를, 감정·평가 그룹은 임대료, 수익성, 교통접근성, 금융규제와 공급물량을 가장 중요한 투자의사결정 요인으로 도출하여 업무와 연관성이 있는 선호특성을 가지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 부동산 투자특성에 있어 가격특성과 경제특성, 즉 재무적 관점에 가장 중점을 두고 있으며, 부동산특성 내 입지특성으로 교통 접근성과 상권 및 인프라 등 편의성을 중요하게 여고 있으며, 적극적인 부동산 투자확대를 위해서 시장의 금융규제 완화를 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 항목별 전문가그룹의 다양한 관점을 고려하여 주거용 부동산을 개발하는 사업자의 사업 타당성 분석과 수요자가 되는 일반 투자자들의 합리적인 의사결정에 도움이 되고자 한다.

The urban waterfront well created, could provide mental stability and comfort and also foster personality. In addition it could provide the calmness and rest of mind. Especially, recently the urban waterfronts are restored here and there and are created whenever developing a new town The purpose of this study is to develop a method of calculating the weight of each evaluation criterion for deciding the priority of restoration among for deciding the priority of restoration among the urban waterfronts. The method includes the analytic hierarchy process that can calculate the reasonable weight of each evaluation criterion, because the importance (weights) of evaluation criteria appears to be different among the evaluators; the results of this study can be summarized as that this method can be useful for calculating the weights of evaluation criteria, and also that the superiority of ecological resources is the most important factor (highest weight) in selecting the best waterfront, followed by accessibility, tourism vacation, and proximity to parks. And then the lowest factor in importance is the scale of reservoir.

본 연구는 구술자료 아카이브 정보시스템 설계를 위하여 구술기록물의 생산, 수집절차, 접근의 용이성, 저작권 등에 대하여 논의하였으며, 웹 구술사료 아카이브 설계 구축을 위한 기본 방안과 평가를 위한 가이드라인을 개발함으로써 웹 구술사료 아카이브 구축을 위해 활용 가능한 기준을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평가 프레임워크를 기반으로 국내외 웹 구술사료 아카이브 5개 기관을 선정하여 연구자가 제시한 평가용 가이드라인을 적용하여 사례분석을 하였다. 여기에서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 국내의 웹 구술사료 아카이브 정보시스템 구축을 위한 개선점을 논의하였다.

This study intends to analyze the general printed encyclopedia published and circulated in Korea. The main purpose it is to offer extensive information helping users or librarians to select superior encyclopedia. 4 printed encyclopedia published and circulated in Korea since 1993 are selected for this purpose And they are analyzed on the basis of 6 evaluation standards (purpose & scope, authority, accessibility, clarity & readability, format and special features & cost). Especially, 4 printed encyclopedia among the best American encyclopedia having long history were also co-analyzed to certificate the validity of the evaluative standards.
