기록학 연구에서 개인 아카이브는 상대적으로 연구가 되지 않은 분야이다. 특히 평범한 개인이 스스로를 위한 아카이브를 구성하는 방안을 찾아 보기 어렵다. 본 연구는 개인이 자신을 위한 아카이브를 구성하는 방안을 제시하고 이를 활용하는 방안으로 생애서사 구성을 제안하였다. 생애기억 아카이브의 구조와 메타데이터 설계를 위해 서사학 연구와 심리학의 기억연구 내용을 참고하였으며, 이를 아카이브의 계층성과 집합성 개념과 결합하였다. 또한 생애서사 구성을 위해 서사의 플롯 개념을 제안하여 스스로 자신의 생애서사를 구성할 수 있는 도구로 활용하도록 하였다. 이러한 생애서사 아카이브의 구성과 활용에 대한 연구는 향후 개인이 자신을 위한 아카이브를 마련하고자 할 때 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This essay explores Congreve's last play The way of the World in terms of English new identity of the gentry represented by Mirabell in political, social and historical context of the Bloodless Revolution. Particularly, this essay focuses on behavioral differences between Mirabell and Fainall as characters who manage a certain type of acceptable Englishness through their heir. The acceptable Englishness separates what the differences are between two rakes from the outside of normative principle. The Way of the World reflects Lockean republican ideology in personal and familial relationships. Mirabell as a heroic rake represents new expectations for Englishmen who rejects absolute sovereign contrasted by Fainall's foreign tyrannical ways of domesticity. The Foreignness of Fainall's in the play is displaced by corollary change in the new model of English identity exemplified by Mirabell. Through the play, Congreve tends to satirize repressive morality of Hobbesian extremism and emphasizes the Revolution settlement based on consent sand trust instead. Mirabell's normative will harmonizes individual desire for happiness with social demand. In a sense Congreve's The Way of the World is a play reaching typical Restoration ending of intrigue and conspiracy through two rakes's interaction. Accordingly, this essay tries to show what separates the heroic rake from tyrannical libertine through their way of love, money, compromise and negotiation, which is their way of life.

Small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) have been developed to intentionally repress a specific gene expression by directing RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), mimicking the endogenous gene silencer, microRNAs (miRNAs). Although siRNA is designed to be perfectly complementary to an intended target mRNA, it also suppresses hundreds of off-targets by the way that miRNAs recognize targets. Until now, there is no efficient way to avoid such off-target repression, although the mode of miRNA-like interaction has been proposed. Rationally based on the model called "transitional nucleation" which pre-requires base-pairs from position 2 to the pivot (position 6) with targets, we developed a simple chemical modification which completely eliminates miRNA-like off-target repression (0%), achieved by substituting a nucleotide in pivot with abasic spacers (dSpacer or C3 spacer), which potentially destabilize the transitional nucleation. Furthermore, by alleviating steric hindrance in the complex with Argonaute (Ago), abasic pivot substitution also preserves near-perfect on-target activity (∼80-100%). Abasic pivot substitution offers a general means of harnessing target specificity of siRNAs to experimental and clinical applications where misleading and deleterious phenotypes from off-target repression must be considered.

The discussion of this paper is concerned with the epistemology of urbanism and rurality, that is, the justification of certain knowledge claims about how to intervene in understanding of urban and rural way of life and their implications to space. It is not concerned with the search for "truth" as such, but rather with the construction and presentation of knowledge as truth that subsequently lead to interpretation in the form of scholarly arguments. Rural areas vary considerably, and we define it as of a socially constructed category and so does urban as a comparative construction. As with community, rurality has been defined in widely different ways so has urbanism. In identifying and interconnecting these two concepts, we incorporate diverse western epistemologies such as empiricism and pragmatism. In addition, we heed particular attention to the intellectual history of Silhak, a philosophical ideology of Korea, to identify the relationships and it's effect on social way of life encompassing the realm of rural and urban spaces. We found that Silhak is particularly useful in that it deals with substantive issues of the relationship between rurality and urbanism arising from the discordance between values and perceive conditions of the rural and urban way of lives. This paper argues that the epistemology of Silhak is particularly superior to those of western ideologies since it accentuates unity of spaces rather than differentiating urban and rural way of life. We concludes with demanding more studies in the field of urban and rural analyses incorporating more diverse concepts of Korean orthodox epistemology.

This study aims to obtain new design factors in terms of constructing rural apartment houses fit for the actual farm life. To carry out this study, field studies and personal interviews have been made on the living mode and using realities in the unit spaces of the rural apartment houses. The houses surveyed are the rural apartments in Chungbuk Province which were built by the public program to improve old farm houses. The results are as follows. The living modes .in the unit spaces of the rural apartments are very similar to those of the urban apartment houses. But compared with the urban indoor-living modes, the rural life is keeping more of the traditional sitting way-of-living. Accordingly, it is quite necessary to consider the nature of farm life and the sitting way-of-living in designing the rural apartment houses.

This study investigated the relationships among Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management in mid-life crisis respect to gender and age. The subjects of this study were 170 females and 182 males at the ages between 40 and 60 living in Seoul. Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management were assessed by SOC-questionnaire while mid-life crisis was assessed by Mid-Life Crisis Scale. The data were analyzed using frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviations, Cronbach's $\alpha$, two-way ANOVAS, and Pearson's correlations. Except compensation there was no significant difference in Selection and Optimization as strategies of life management as a function of gender and age. No signigicant difference was found in mid-life crisis as a function of gender and age. There were significant negative correlations among Selection, Optimization, and Compensation(SOC) as strategies of life management and mid-life crisis except the individuation.

A retractor is the major component of a seatbelt system that restraints passengers by locking the movement of webbing. Recently, in order to increase the effectiveness of seatbelt systems, motorized retractors that remove slack and correct passenger posture just before airbag expansion when collision is predicted are widely used. Key component of motorized retractors is the one-way clutch that engages and disengages the winding action of webbing according to the direction of motor revolution. Analytical investigation of action of the one-way clutch mechanism has been carried out to figure out conditions for one-way locking, and to study the effect of various kinematic and dynamic design variables of one-way clutch. Using combination of ADAMS and LifeMOD soft-wares, dynamic simulation of operation of motorized retractors including Hybrid-III dummy model has been carried out to evaluate the performance of the motorized retractors in various crash scenarios.

This study carried out hydraulic model test for water circulation system in Cheongna district as part of Incheon Free Economic Zone. Canal way project of Cheongna was planned to establish for environment-friendly water circulation system, improve quality of life and diversification of traffic through using boat as a water-friendly international business city. The navigation canal, There are two intake facility in central park and it can purify water 15,000$m^3$ per day. After purify, water move to 8 facility of water culture area which supplies water in canal way. This process called water circulation system in cheongna. Also, there are several flow induction machine in canal way except south-north way. Therefore, this study will verify about validity of water circulation system's safety through hydraulic model test.

본 연구의 목적은 중년의 삶의 의미와 회복력과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 조사하기 위함이다. 45-64세 중년 148명을 대상으로 2019년 5월부터 6월까지 자료를 수집하였으며, 연구도구는 삶의 의미, 자아존중감, 회복력이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과로, 일반적 특성과 관련한 회복력의 차이는 연령, 종교, 건강에서 유의미했다. 삶의 의미, 자아존중감, 회복력 간에는 모두 유의미한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 자아존중감은 삶의 의미와 회복력과의 관계에서 매개효과를 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로, 중년의 회복력이 강화되도록 하기 위해 삶의 이미는 물론 자아존중감이 증진되는 프로그램을 개발해야 한다. 이것은 그들이 중년기를 건강하게 보내고 삶의 질이 증진되도록 도움을 줄 것이다.

The study is motivated by methodological approach on how to apply the existing traditional placeness to the present age. Moreover, its purpose lies in establishment of character of place that not only embraces the existing meaning of place but also reflects on the new paradigm of space through culturenomics which embraces the core indexes of modern values such as economics, culture, and everything. Culture has a potential to create various values through its convergence with other fields, one of which is place. Place is essentially an original center of human existence. Culture is no more separated from daily life and people's way of life becomes a culture. In the a culture-oriented social system, design of place will be developed in a multi-dimensional way that accepts diversity and centers on relation. At our places experiencing placelessness through uniformity and modernization, this study has a significant meaning since it shows culturenomics may offer a solution to the direction of growth in the future.
