An Basic Study on the Lateral Pressure to the Form for Rammed Earth Method (흙다짐공법에서 거푸집측압에 대한 기초적연구)

  • The lateral pressure that functions on the form of the rammed earth method occupies an important part in the construction of the form. The following research constructed testing forms of $800mm{\times}1200mm$, that have the wall thickness of 200mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm to measure the lateral pressures according to the wall thicknesses. Research showed that compared to the concrete construction lateral pressures, the form results measured 2.3-8.9 times higher, and rather than thickness of the form, the distance between the rammer and mold and assuring time had direct relation to the lateral pressure of the form.

  • 현재 국내 외에서 GIS용 광 CT가 활발히 연구 개발되고 있다. 이러한 광 CT는 전류와 온도의 변화에 따른 오차가 발생하는데 온도특성을 고려하여 온도변화에 따른 출력신호의 오차를 감소시키고 전류를 더욱 정밀하고 안정적으로 측정 가능하도록 온도보상 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 온도보상 시스템 연구를 위한 광 CT의 온도보상 특성에 대한 연구 계획을 기술하였다.

  • 본 연구는 페러데이 효과(Faraday Effect)를 이용한 GIS용 광 CT의 개발을 위하여 출력신호의 정밀성과 안정성 향상을 위한 신호분석 시스템에 대해 검토하였다. 기존 광 CT의 Verdet 상수 의존도와 온도에 따른 특성 및 노이즈에 대한 정밀성을 개선하기 위해 신호처리 시스템 이용하여 신호를 균일화시키고 온도 보상 프로그래밍을 이용하여 온도 특성에 따른 오차를 저감시키고자 한다. 또한 신호 계측부와 신호 처리부를 분리하여 신호 처리부를 프로그래밍 시켜 실시간으로 광 CT 특성을 모니터링 할 수 있는 시스템을 연구 검토하였다.

  • In order to carnation productivity improvement, ozonizer and negative ionizer has been designed and manufactured. The ozone is generated by DC positive streamer discharge and the negative ion is generated by DC negative discharge. When the ozone and negative ion are supplied growth room and farm to carnation cultivation, the carnation productivity is improved.

  • 현재 국내 외에서 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)용 광 CT(optical current transformer)가 활발히 연구 개발되고 있다. 이러한 광 CT는 전력선에 발생하는 자기장에 의해 레이저 빛의 파장 각도가 변하는 현상인 Faraday Effect를 기련 원리로 한 전류측정용 기기이다. 본 논문에서는 GIS용 광 CT 개발을 목적으로 한 기초적 연구로써 자기장이 발생하는 전력선에 장착되는 센서부가 도선을 중심으로 해서 어떻게 위치하느냐에 따른 광 CT의 출력신호를 측정하여 연구하였다.

  • Urolithiasis (UL) is a common disease of canine. Analysis of urinary stone is an essential step in the examination and initial treatment of the patient with UL. The dead maned wolf (Chrysocyon brachyurus), male, was introduced to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Chungbuk National University. The maned wolf was imported from USA to Cheong-ju zoo. Postmortem sign of maned wolf was hemorrhage of bladder with a many stones. No bacteria was shown with bacterial culture of urine. But in feces, Clostridium perfringens were overgrown. Bladder stone from maned wolf was composed of calcium oxalate. Calcium oxalate was formed with excess calcium from diet mainly meat base.

  • The changes of susceptibility of Bacillus subtilis SNU816 to bacteriophage SP816 were investigated. When B. sutilis SNU816 cells were infected by the phage during vegetative growth, rapid lysis was observed. But when they were infected after late logarismic phase, they were resistant to phage infection. Since asporogenic culture of this strain was invariably lysed regardless of time of infection, the arrest of phage multiplication seemed to be caused by sporulation. In reality, the arrest of phage multiplication occurred at early stage of sporulation. Electron microscopy revealed that the arrest of phage multiplication occurred just prior to or during septum formation (stage II sporulation).

  • 최근 비트코인(Bitcoin)과 이더리움(Etherium)과 같은 퍼블릭 블록체인(Public Blockchain) 사용자의 급격한 증가로 인하여 블록체인 지갑 사용자가 늘어나고 있다. 또한, 암호화폐 거래소의 거래량이 증가와 이로 인한 지갑의 잔액 조회와 코인 이체를 위한 트랜잭션이 빈번하게 이루어 지고 있다. 한편, 최신의 잔액 조회와 빠른 이체를 위하여 마이닝 풀(Mining Pool)에서 사용되는 노드(Node)를 사용하는 것 같이 트래픽이 일부 노드에 집중되는 현상이 발생하여 시스템의 성능이 저하되는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 아파치 카프카(Apache Kafka)를 이용하여 트래픽 분산처리를 통한 효율적인 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 시스템의 구조 설계 및 상세 모듈 설계를 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 기존 블록체인 시스템과의 연계가 가능하며, 기존 시스템의 변경 없이 구축할 수 있다. 또한, 주키퍼(ZooKeeper)의 분산처리를 통해 고성능과 가용성 및 안정성을 확보할 수 있다.

  • Recently, the new genus Parkiana (Lecithoceridae) and its two new species, Parkiana matutinalis and Parkiana andasibensis, were described by the authors from Andasibe, Madagascar. Although the morphological descriptions and figures fully characterized the new genus with two new species in that paper, the journal issue in which the description appeared was published online-only, and the ZooBank LSID, required for validation of new names in electronic-only publications, was not included. Therefore, the present note serves to validate the names of the new genus and species, Parkiana, Parkiana matutinalis and Parkiana andasibensis, by fulfilling Code conditions for nomenclatural availability.

  • A synthetic method for bis-carbonylation of bromo(bromomethyl)benzenes was described. Alkyl carboalkoxyphenylacetates were easily prepared by the carbonylation of benzylic and arylic bromide moieties in bromo(bromomethyl)benzenes with alcohols in the presence of $K_2CO_3,\;CH_3I$, and a catalytic amount of cobalt carbonyl under the atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide at room temperature in good to excellent yields. The base played a decisive role in the selectivity of product and $K_2CO_3$ was the best one among bases used.
