The purpose of this study were to discuss on the importance of community youth development programs and review the enhancement of competence in youth The research methods used the extensive review of related literatures. Based on the major results, the implications and suggestions were as follows. First, community youth activity will need to provide the opportunities of enhancing the competencies and a full complement of positive connections to youth programs. Second, communities promote to engage youth as partners with adults in the process of positive youth development. Third, youth development organizations operate to support the programs to prevent risky-behaviors or treat specific problems in terms of community youth contexts. Finally, collaboration and network are necessarily required among youth, adults, family, school, organizations within the community. Changes to work and workplace are so significant that policies refer to 'the knowledge society' at the same time 'information society'. Future workers will need to have the skills of information and communications management and control.

In this study, the researcher analyzed the mediating effect of the parental career support the moderating effect of grit in the structural path of the youth activity competence, career decision self-efficacy, and parental career support in the influence of the active capability of the adolescents in career decision self-efficacy. Data analysis was conducted through a questionnaire survey on a total of 515 people. First, youth activity competency was found to have a positive effect on parental career support. Second, parental career support was found to have a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Third, youth activity competency was found to have a positive effect on career decision self-efficacy. Fourth, parental career support was found to have a significant mediating effect in the influence of the youth activity competence in career decision self-efficacy. Fifth, as a result of multi-group analysis on the youth grit low/high group, it was verified that a significant influence relationship was established for the grit low/high group in all pathways.

This study describes a multicultural literacy program that can nurture multicultural people who can live in a multicultural society. A total of 10 20-hour programs were conducted for 22 youths in Busan. Through this, the current perception and acceptance of multiculturalism among young people in Busan was investigated, and a curriculum suitable for multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural competency enhancement was constructed. In accordance with the goal of strengthening the multicultural competency required for multicultural activists through education, learners can exchange opinions through the activity sheet, so that learners can know the difference between themselves and others. Students could learn about each other's culture and values through cultural exchange with others, and through teachers with diverse cultures, they could learn various perspectives and cultures about culture and values. Through the results of the multicultural literacy program, I would like to suggest three methods of multicultural literacy education to strengthen multicultural competence in a multicultural society. Therefore, efforts should be made to develop various multicultural education courses to strengthen the multicultural capabilities of Koreans.

This study was carried out to present the conceptual framework of a model as a basic study for the development of the stress control horticultural therapy model of middle school students utilizing the school garden based on the basic psychological need theory. By grasping the general characteristics and needs of middle school students, we set the purpose of the program as stress control, and by utilizing the school garden as an activity, horticultural intervention was proposed to meet the basic psychological needs that affect stress control. And also through analyzing the relevant literature, we presented a conceptual framework for the concepts and definitions, elements, processes, and operations of this model.
