This plan is for a different type of welfare facilities devised by analyzing problems with existing welfare centers and focusing on connection with residents and link between culture and welfare and among generations. In terms of re-development plan of Youngsun-2-dong, Youngdo-gu, Busan and the neighborhood under this plan, Youngsun-dong, Youngdo-gu is one of the densely populated districts of the aged, with lower growth rate and poor housing and welfare facilities. However, the district has a blessed natural environment and historical site of cultural relics of the Neolithic Age as well as growth potential as a logistics center with broader network of roads linking with Bukhang Bridge when Namhang Bridge construction is complete, showing the aspiration for change toward hi-tech maritime city in the 21st century of Youngdo-gu. This plan is expected to promote unity between the old and children, protection from social marginalization, and re-socialization education and set the stage for participation and solidarity of residents in the community.

선박 신호를 이용한 퇴적을 인자 추정 가능성 고찰을 위해 천해에서 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과와 모델 결과의 비교를 통해 저주파 대역의 신호는 해저면 특성의 변화와 밀접한 관련이 있고 이러한 특성을 활용하면 해저면 인자 추정이 가능함을 확인하였다.

Yang, Youngsun's 1001 has been a monumental "Web-toon" work optimized in Web Environment. This paper has intended to explain semantics of 1001 (reconstructed works of the Arabian Nights) by mimesis theory of desires and scapegoat mechanism of Ren$\acute{e}$ Girard; Shahriah, the protagonist, had been hurt by Queen's affair, but in the depth of his mind, he had suffered the problem of injured self-esteem by his model, father. However, Shahriah's mind had been recovered slowly by story therapy of Sheherezade. Sheherezade's story therapy had made up by contrasting states, violence and sacrificial love. In the very end, Shariah had solved all the problems of the structural Negativities by accepting his fate.

Degenerative arthritis is characterized by progressive degenerative change, particularly change occurring to the joint due to the burden of body weight. Arthritis means inflammation occurring to the joint: it causes pain and limits exercise involving movement of the joint. Edema is not a disease but a condition which is accompanied by progression of a certain disease. Degenerative arthritis patients also have various diseases and mostly brings edema. Even though the cause is known to be abrasion of the joints, there are many cases in which walking difficulties are caused by pressure and pain due to edema. We found patients with walking difficulties caused by pain and increase of pressure in the joints walk better after treatment of both the pain and edema.
