In developing, microscopic scale electrical and electronic devices, molecular level Insulators and functional electric conductors are fundamental. The properties of the electrical-insulating thin film materials are very much dependent on defects and electron transfer rate. There are number of companies which try to reduce defects and control electrical conductivity. Functional electrical conductors are more demanding subject in electrical fields. Reorganization energy around the sites that generate the electrons and holes are very important for the electron transfer in the organic thin layers.

This paper presents a preliminary analysis result on SAR-related journal papers published since 1960s. Abstracts of more than 2700 peer-reviewed English journal papers were collected and classified into various categories according to their systems, techniques, and application fields. Statistics on each category were provided so that one can understand historical and on-going development in SAR systems, techniques, and a variety of application fields such as land, ocean, cryosphere and atmosphere. This statistical data would be an essential guideline to establish a future SAR system application and satellite manoeuvring policy.

This paper suggests a model for the economic evaluation and the selection of alternatives using teletraffic. Economic evaluation is analyzed by the comparison of revenue loss which happens without trunk extension and additional revenue which results from trunk extension. Simulation technique is used as a methodology to apply economic evaluation to telephone system. The study results will provide a support in a optimal decision about investment strategies.

발전소를 운영함에 있어 보일러 제어시스템에는 수 많은 제어루프가 있으며, 이들 중에서 급수제어는 발전소 보일러제어 시점에서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문은 필리핀 일리한 복합발전소의 시운전 당시부터 고질적인 급수제어 불안정에 대해 원인과 분석을 통하여 근본적인 원인을 찾아내고 해결하였으며, 복잡한 제어로직을 해독하고 개선하여 원활한 제어특성을 갖도록 하여 발전소 운전에 안정성과 신뢰성을 확보한 내용을 기술하였다.
