A film is fabricated by depositing several sliced organic ultra thin films on a slide glass. Both UV-absorbance and the capacitance of a multi - layered organic ultra thin film with (N-docosyl pyridinium)-TCNQ(1:2) complex have a desired value on the condition of well alignment in depositing several layers. Forethermore the conductivity of this film measured by the direction of either horizontal or vertical axis. respectively, is results in a quite different value.

Studies and measurements of open circuit voltage in a metal/insulator/metal structure where metal are electrodes, when the insulator molecules have dipole moments all oriented parallel to each other have been reported here. The measured voltage has been shown to be directed related to the dipole moment of the molecules in the films. The insulator ultra thin films was deposited on them by the Langmuir-Blodgett technique to obtain the structure referred to as z type and Hetero structure of LB films.

This paper deals with the standard logic symbols with which the engineer will design the control strategy and loop for the utility boiler of the next generation thermal power plant For this purpose, we review the existing international standards for logic symbols. which include ISO, ANSI, and older SAMA. From this review, it is possible to design the standard logic symbol that will be used in the following design phase. The designed standard logic symbols are supposed to provide the logic design with independence from the specific hardware that will be employed in the phase of construction.

The power plants have a loading dock and unloading device for the diverse kinds of fuel such as the bituminous coal and natural gas imported by the sea from all over the world. To unload the coal in the ship not only in the environment-friendly manner but also in the cost-effective way, the new type of heavy equipment loaded with additional features as well as excavator and the remote controller to maneuver this equipment are developed. This heavy equipment, which can be used to unload the coal in the ship in conjunction with CSU (Continuous Ship Unloader), and the remote controller are endorsed by the related code and laws. With the remote controller, the field workers can operate the unloading equipment at the remote place far from the equipment as well as in the cabin for themselves without tile remote controller.

새로 조성된 간척지 갯벌이 건조 수축하면 지반 침하와 더불어 토양 내로의 마이크로파의 침투 깊이가 증가한다 따라서 인공위성 DInSAR를 이용하여 지반 침하량을 구하고자 할 때, 건조 시 동시에 발생하는 마이크로파의 개펄 침투 현상을 규명하여 보정해 주어야 한다. 이를 위하여 다편광 산란계(Polarimetric Scatterometer)를 구성하여 건조 개펄에 대한 실내실험을 실시하였다. PolScat의 구성은 5.0-5.6GHz 대역의 dual-polarization square horn antenna를 사용하였으며 Agilent 8753ES 벡터 네트워크 분석기를 사용하였다. 길이 2m, 폭 2m, 높이 20cm의 개펄 샘플을 약 6주 동안 실내에서 건조시켜 위상을 측정한 결과 지반 침하와 함께 약 4mm의 마이크로파 투과현상이 발견되었다. 따라서 인공위성 DInSAR 지반침하량 계산에 있어서 반드시 토양 수분에 따른 마이크로파의 토양 침투 깊이를 보정해 주어야 함이 밝혀졌다.

이 연구에서는 Radarsat-1 SAR 영상과 조위자료, 증발자료 및 다편광 산란계를 이용한 개펄 건조 실내실험 등을 통하여 해수면 위로 노출된 자연갯벌이 증발과 구조적 변화를 일으킬 때 레이더 후방산란계수의 변화를 분석하였다. 개펄 건조 실내실험 결과, 후방산란계수가 증발시간에 따라 단순한 증가나 감소를 보이지 않았으며 갯벌의 구조와 배수, 증발, 건조 등에 의해 보다 복잡한 M자 형태(증가-감소-증가-감소)의 변화를 나타내었다. 이러한 M형의 변화는 증발시간에 따른 Radarsat-1 SAR 15개 영상의 후방산란계수 변화 양상에서도 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다.

이 연구에서는 다중시기 Landsat 영상을 이용하여 강원도 일대 임상의 변화를 살펴보고 상록수의 영급을 구분하는 알고리즘을 개발하여 적용하였다. 1980년대에서 현재까지 축적된 Landsat-5와 Landsat-7영상 중에서, 대부분 지역에 활잡목 및 활엽수가 낙엽이 지고 눈이 아직 쌓이지 않을 시기인 11월에 촬영된 영상만을 이용하였다. 각 영상에서 양지바른 상록수, 활엽수, 그늘진 지역, 도시 및 바다 등을 클래스로 지정하여 감돌분류를 하였다. 분류 결과에서 양지바른 상록수만 추출하여 5개의 영상을 이진 분류체계로 조합한 후 임상의 시기적 변화 양상을 관찰한 결과, 강원대 연습림의 조림 기록 및 현황도와 상당히 일치함을 확인하였으며, Path 115, Row 34에 해당하는 강원도 일대로 연구지역을 확대하였다. 향후 Kompsat-2를 비롯한 고해상도 11월 영상이 지속적으로 촬영된다면, 이 연구에서 개발된 이진 분류체계 방법을 통하여 산림변화의 모니터링을 보다 용이하고 효율적으로 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

GB-SAR (Ground-Based Synthetic Aperture Radar) 시스템은 지상에서 안테나의 정밀한 일축 제어를 통해 합성 구경(synthetic aperture) 효과를 얻어 높은 해상도의 영상을 얻는 레이더 스캐너(Radar Scanner) 의 일종이다. GB-SAR는 장기간에 걸쳐 안정 적으로 마이크로파 영상 및 위상을 얻을 수 있기 때문에，SAR간섭기법(interferometry)을 통하여 비교적 안정된 산란체의 시간에 따른 변위를 cm 혹은 mm 정밀도로 정량적으로 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 긴밀도(coherence)를 통해 산란체의 안정성을 정성적으로 추출해 낼 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 GB-SAR 시스템의 개발을 소개하고 여러 가지 영상 획득 모드를 통하여 얻어진 SAR 영상， DInSAR, Cross-Track InSAR, ${\triangle}k-InSAR$, PSInSAR, 및 SAR Polarimetry 등 GB-SAR 시스템의 다양한 응용 가능성을 간략하게 보였다.

최근 인공위성 SAR를 이용한 기술은 해풍，파랑，해류 등과 같은 해양에서 발생되는 다양한 현상을 관측하고 연구하는데 펼수적인 기술로 대두되고 있다. CMOD4, CMOD-IFR2 모델은 해상풍의 크기를 구할 수 있으며，wave-SAR 변환 기법과 inter-look cross-spectra 기법은 파랑의 크기，방향과 같은 물리적 값을 추출할 수 있다. 또한 Doppler shift 기법을 적용하여 해류속도를 구할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 위의 기법들을 종합적으로 적용하여 SOP (SAR Ocean Processor) 프로세서를 개발하였다. 이 프로세서를 한반도 연안 지역에 적용하여 RADARSAT-1 영상자료로부터 해풍，파랑，해류의 물리적 정보를 추출하였으며，이를 현장 관련 자료와 비교하여 신뢰할만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
