Purpose : This study examined the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined high intensity interval training (HIIT) on the aerobic exercise capacity of college soccer players. Methods : The subjects of this study were 30 college soccer players. They were divided into a high intensity interval training group combining transcranial direct current stimulation (Group I) and a high intensity interval training group (Group II). Each group had 15 subjects randomly assigned. After receiving general soccer training, each group additionally received high intensity interval training combined with transcranial direct current stimulation and high intensity interval training for 30 minutes 5 times a week for 8 weeks. Their VO₂max and 20 meter shuttle run test, Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test were analyzed before the intervention. After 8 weeks of intervention, the above items were re-measured and an intergroup analysis was performed. Results : As a result of comparative analysis of VO₂max intake between groups, 20 meter shuttle run test and Yo-Yo intermittent recovery test, a statistically significant difference was found. The high intensity interval training group (Group I) combined with transcranial direct current stimulation showed a significant difference in aerobic exercise capacity compared to the high intensity interval training group (Group II). Conclusion : These results showed that high intensity interval training group combined with transcranial direct current stimulation was more effective for aerobic exercise. Based on this study, this study proposes an effective program for patients as well as elite athletes. In the future, it is necessary to develop an effective transcranial direct current stimulation program and to study how to apply it for various patients.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to suggest a way of weaning infant from the mother using an oriental medicine. Methods: Investigating the method of weaning infant from the mother using an oriental medicine, SikRyoChanYo. Results & Conclusions: There are two ways of weaning baby off from the mother using an oriental medicine. One way is a method of weaning ingredients analysis by oriental medicine. Another way is using an oriental medicinal. Weaning method using an oriental medicine can especially improve infant's health although we need more studies to prove this conclusion.

The amylolytic yeasts were isolated from natural sources. Among them, a strain FRI YO-32 was selected as one of the genetically potential microorganisms and was identified as a strain of Hansenula anomala var anomala. Genetic markers were introduced into the isolated haploid strains of the strain FRI YO-32 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by conventional mutagenic procedures with EMS or MNNG.

This study was conducted to identify the taxonomic differences in the characteristics of Rhodeus ocellatus and Acheilognathus yamatsutae during their early life history via an interspecific hybridization experiment. Results showed that the hatching rates of the cross-bred eggs were 60% for cross OY (R. ocellatus ♀×A. yamatsutae ♂) and 70% for cross YO (A. yamatsutae ♀×R. ocellatus ♂). The dorsal fin rays of YO were similar to those of R. ocellatus. The hybridization test of A. yamatsutae and R. ocellatus living in the same water stream revealed that no interspecies reproductive isolation occurred. OY and YO showed similar maternal and paternal characteristic. The juvenile of OY did not resemble both paternal and maternal fin rays, indicating a difference. The hatching larvae of the hybrids showed the morphological characteristics of their parents but varied in terms of the shapes of their parts.

This study describes the acceptance of Hae-Dong-Yu-Yo(海東遺謠), which is a book the 19th century to 20th century, into the genre of poetry. In chapter 2, I searched for lists, constructions and arrangement of poems in Hae-Dong-Yu-Yo(海東遺謠). The book has not only 39 poems (gasa) in Korean, but also more than 20 poems (hansi) in Chinese. I also found two new poems by the editor of the book. This shows that the receiver fully accepts the poetry and that he has equal consideration for Korean songs as well as hansi ones. In chapter 3, I focused on the red and blue points inside letters. When we read only the red and blue points within the poetry, I realized that Hae-Dong-Yu-Yo(海東遺謠) created these for poetry's literary value, not for music or songs. This reveals how the editor of Hae-Dong-Yu-Yo(海東遺謠) received the older famous poems as his own. This shows us the degree of acceptance of Korean classical poetry and songs, and therefore leads us to believe that this can be of use to present learners as well.

This study makes SoGanEum(疎肝飮), which is included in YoYak(要略) [JangBuPyoBonHeoSil MaekYakChongBang (臟腑標本虛實脈藥摠方)], its object. It elucidates the origin of this prescription from Chinese medical texts, and examines the characteristics shown in the process of reception through Joseon's exemplary medical texts.
