  • 본 연구의 목적은 소매업태 용어 통일화에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 이를 통해 소매 비즈니스 영역의 용어에 대한 혼란을 방지하고자 하였다. 또한 국내 소매업태의 적절하도록 용어정의에 대한 정리를 하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국유통과학회 산하 유통학정의위원회 책임 하에 이루어졌다. 용어들은 백화점, 슈퍼마켓, 전문점, 편의점, 드럭스토어, 무점포 소매, 할인점, 쇼핑센터, 상점가, 시장과 함께 정의하였다.

한반도 지형이 대상수렴운의 생성에 미치는 영향에 관한 WRF 민감도 실험 (WRF Sensitivity Experiments on the Formation of the Convergent Cloud Band in Relation to the Orographic Effect of the Korean Peninsula)

  • This study was conducted to perform various sensitivity experiments using WRF (Weather Research and Forecasting) model in order to determine the effects of terrains of the Korean Peninsula and the land-sea thermal contrast on the formation and development of the convergent cloud band for the cases of 1 February 2012. The sensitivity experiments consist of the following five ones: CNTL experiment (control experiment), and TMBT experiment, BDMT experiment and ALL experiment that set the terrain altitude of Taeback Mountains and Northern mountain complex as zero, respectively, and the altitude of the above-mentioned two mountains as zero, and LANDSEA experiment that set to change the Korean Peninsula into sea in order to find out the land-sea thermal contrast effect. These experiment results showed that a cold air current stemming from the Siberian high pressure met the group of northern mountains with high topography altitude and was separated into two air currents. These two separated air currents met each other again on the Middle and Northern East Sea, downstream of the group of northern mountains and converged finally, creating the convergent cloud band. And these experiments suggested that the convergent cloud band located on the Middle and Northern East Sea, and the cloud band lying on the southern East sea to the coastal waters of the Japanese Island facing the East Sea, were generated and developed by different dynamical mechanisms. Also it was found that the topography of Taeback Mountains created a warm air advection region due to temperature rise by adiabatic compression near the coastal waters of Yeongdong Region, downstream of the mountains. In conclusion, these experiment results clearly showed that the most essential factor having an effect on the generation and development of the convergent cloud band was the topography effect of the northern mountain complex, and that the land-sea thermal contrast effect was insignificant.

중년 여성의 건강과 생활양식에 대한 주관성 연구 (Subjectivity on Health and Lifestyle among Middle-aged Women -Q Methodological Approach-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중년 여성의 건강과 생활양식에 대한 주관성을 파악하고 유형별 특성을 기술하며, 건강과 생활양식과의 관련성을 파악하는 것으로, Q방법론을 적용하였다. 서울시에 거주하는 40세~60세 중년 여성 30명에게 건강에 관한 진술문 29개와, 생활양식에 관한 진술문 27개를 분류하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 PC Quanl program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 중년 여성의 건강과 생활양식은 각각 네 가지의 유형으로 구분되었으며, 건강과 생활양식과의 특성 및 관련성이 확인되었다. 건강 유형은 '건강 염려형', '일상생활 관리형', '언행 불일치형'과 '조기 관리형'이다. 생활양식 유형은 '직업 중심형', '자기규범 가치형', '현재 만족형'과 '종교 중심형'이다. 본 연구는 중년 여성과 가족 및 나아가 국민의 건강과 생활양식을 향상시키는데 기초자료를 제공하였으며, 개별화된 간호중재 방안을 마련하기 위한 이론적 기틀을 제공하였다.

감꼭지나방 (나비목: 감꼭지나방과)의 발육생태 (Developmental Ecology of Persimmon Fruit Moth, Stathmopoda masinissa Meyrick (Lepidoptera: Stathmopodidae))

  • 충북 영동의 감나무 가로수에서 감꼭지나방(Stathmopodamasinissa)을 태집하여 온도 $25\pm$$1^{\circ}C$, 광주기 16L:8D,상대습도 85%의 실내조건에서 이들의 발육생태를 조사하였다. 각 충태 별 발육일수는 알기간 7.4일, 유충기간 34.8일, 번데기기간이 15.5일이었다. 1령에서 5령의 영기간 은 각각 3.5일, 4.2일, 5.2일, 6.5일, 15.4일이었으며, 유충의 두폭은 각각 0.20, 0.40, 0.65, 0.87, 1.07mm이었다. 용화율과 우화율은 각각 68.0%, 59.9%이었다. 성충 수명은 수컷이 6.2일, 암컷이 10.1일이며, 암컷 한마리당 평균 산란수는 24.4개였다.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the positive effect of health promoting strategy program on health of the elderly who use senior citizens' center. A total of 53 elderly people from 6 senior citizens' centers participated in this study from May. 1. to August. 31. 1996. Questionnaires which health age, activity of daily living. health promoting behavior, measurement in muscle tolerance, flexibility were used for interviewing them. The results of the study analyzed using a SPSS/WIN were as follows; 1) Their mean age was 75.7. In the family type, there was a $67.9\%$, living with sons and daughters, $32.1\%$ living with alone or couple. They have spent about 5 - 6 hours in senior citizens' centers. Mostly they have had a chat with them and played the Hwatoo. 2) There were significantly decrease of health age, mean value 0.59 to 0.49 and significantly increase activity of daily living, mean value 13.85 to 15.8. 3) There were slightly increase of health promoting behavior, flexibility and muscle tolerance, but without statistical significance.

능동 및 수동 운동과 기능적 전기자극에 의한 대뇌 피질의 활성화 (The Cortical Activation by Functional Electrical Stimulation, Active and Passive Movement)

  • We investigated the activation of the cerebral cortex during active movement, passive movement, and functional electrical stimulation (FES), which was provided on wrist extensor muscles. A functional magnetic resonance imaging study was performed on 5 healthy volunteers. Tasks were the extension of right wrist by active movement, passive movement, and FES at the rate of .5 Hz. The regions of interest were measured in primary motor cortex (M1), primary somatosensory cortex (SI), secondary somatosensory cortex (SII), and supplementary motor area (SMA). We found that the contralateral SI and SII were significantly activated by all of three tasks. The additional activation was shown in the areas of ipsilateral S1 (n=2), and contralateral (n=1) or ipsilateral (n=2) SII, and bilateral SMA (n=3) by FES. Ipsilateral M1 (n=1), and contralateral (n=1) or ipsilateral SII (n=1), and contralateral SMA (n=1) were activated by active movement. Also, Contralateral SMA (n=3) was activated by passive movement. The number of activated pixels on SM1 by FES ($12{\pm}4$ pixels) was smaller than that by active movement ($18{\pm}4$ pixels) and nearly the same as that by passive movement ($13{\pm}4$ pixels). Findings reveal that active movement, passive movement, and FES had a direct effect on cerebral cortex. It suggests that above modalities may have the potential to facilitate brain plasticity, if applied with the refined-specific therapeutic intervention for brain-injured patients.

척추측만과 족부의 상관관계 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Scoliosis and Foot)

  • The object of this thesis is to study the correlation between scoliosis and foot in a theoretical and empirical method. My research process was investigated for 34 students on the forward bending test, foot printer test, feedoscope test, X-ray test and so on. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. There was statistical significance on the correlation between foot length and spine length. 2. Scoliosis angle is the smallest on the pes plannus group and the biggest on the pes cavus group without statistical significance. 3. Left lumbar curve is the smallest, and right thoracic spine curve is the biggest on the left foot pattern group with statistical significance. 4. On the foot weightbearing groups, there was statistical significance both of between left and right foot groups. 5. There was no statistical significance on the t-test analysis between left foot area and right foot area according to scoliosis typology.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of hallux valgus on the ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor peak torque, on the total work, on the average power, and on the Peak torque of plantarflexor to dorsiflexor ratio values. Isokinetic ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor strength was evaluated in 30 women(control: 15, hallux valgus: 15) by Cybex NORM System. Test data was gathered in the right ankle at a speed of 60/sec, 90/sec, 120/sec in the control group and the hallux valgus group. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 10.0 for windows software. Mean and standard deviations were measured and calculated for the General characterristic of subjects. A paired t-test was used to examine the differnces in the means for the ankle plantarflexor and dorsiflexor between two groups. Pearson coefficient correlation was used to examine the correlation of the hallux valgus and the peak torque. Analysis of variance indicated that isokinetic values of the control group were greater than the hallux valgus group(p<.05, p<.01).

  • This review highlights the ontogenesis and the differentiation of motor neuron in spinal cord, and introduce the survival motor neuron(SMN) which is associated with growth and survival of motor neurons. The differentiation of floor plate cells and motor neurons in the vertebrate neural tube appears to be induced by signals from the notochord. This signal is Sonic hedgehog(Shh). The early development of motor neurons involves the inductive action of Shh. The SMN gene is essential for embryonic viability. SMN mRNA is also expressed in virtually all cell types in spinal cord, including large motor neurons. The SMN protein is involved in RNA processing and during early embryonic development is necessary fer cell survival. Two SMN genes are present in 5q 13 in humans: the telomeric gene(SMNt), which is the SMA-determining gene, and the centromeric analog gene(SMNc). The majority of transcripts from the SMNt gene are full length but, major transcripts of the SMNc gene have a high degrees of alternative splicing and tend to have little or no exon 7. The SMN is involved in the RNA processing(the biogenesis of snRNPs and pre-mRNA splicing), the anti-apoptotic effects, and regulating gene expression.

흰쥐의 전뇌허혈 후 재관류 시 운동치료에 의한 신경영양성인자 발현 (The Effect of Therapeutic Exercise on Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor After Global Brain Ischemia in Rats)

  • This study was performed to investigate the effect of therapeutic exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor manifestation after global brain ischemia in rats. Nine rats with global ischemia were divided at random into two group. In the control group, three rats remained in cage. But, in the end, two rats were alive. In the therapeutic exercise group, six rats remained. The five rats of this group was swam for 30 minutes everyday for a week. The brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression was identified from immunohistochemistry. The results of this study were as follows : 1. In the control group, a little expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor was observed at cortex and hippocampus layer, but cell body and axon was observed obscurely. 2. In the experimental group, a much expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor was observed at cortex and hippocampus layer, and cell body and axon was observed clearly. In the neurological examination(beam-walking test). experimental group was obtained higher 1.4 points than control group. BDNF expression was increased by swimming for 30 minutes everyday for a week. Therefore, therapeutic exercise contribute to brain plasticity after brain ischemia.
