Wang Bing reorganized "The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon Essential Questions" by adding 7 more volumes to the original 9 volumes and made it 24 volumes. And also rearranged the order in "preservation of health", "yinyang and five phases", "visceral manifestation", "treatment", "pulsation", "the channels", "diseases", "acupuncture ", "movement of the qi", "medical virtue", "wanton theory" etc. Though this, Wang Bing hoped the "The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon Essential Questions" to be reborn into a systematic and methodical medical book. Taoism, which is one of the characteristics of Wang Bing's medical conception, is revealed in both the contents of the book and the rearrangement of the book's order. Another feature is that he explains most of the diseases by the channel theory. His insists the script be interpretated in a new way that fits the situation and not to be bound to the words it self. And this also shows one of his conception of medicine.

The "Tai Su(太素)" which was published by Yang Shang Shan(楊上善) during the Tang(唐) dynasty does not follow complicating hand down procedures allowing it to be preserved in a relatively satisfactory state, and the book is evaluated as a major article in the study of the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic(黃帝內經)" in the modern age. The book of "Tai Su explanation of channel diseases(太素 經脈病解)" offers the detailed description of disease symptoms found in the book of "Miraculous Pivot channels(靈樞 經脈)", and Yang Shang Shan(楊上善) provided relatively complete explanations from the perspective of the wane and wax of shadow and sunshine powers(陰陽消長). The present writing was projected to acknowledge the relationship between the books of "Tai Su explanation of channel diseases(太素 經脈病解)" and "Miraculous Pivot channels(靈樞 經脈)" and substantially attempted to understand the original text of the "Tai Su(太素)" by adopting the perspectives of Yang Shang Shan(楊上善) in explaining the disease symptoms as he attempted in the book of "Miraculous Pivot channels(靈樞 經脈)". Total 50 disease symptoms were explained in the book of "Tai Su explanation of channel diseases(太素 經脈病解)", and 33 of them are common to the symptoms described in the book of "Miraculous Pivot channels(靈樞 經脈)" by taking up about 66% of the book. The monthly attachment(月別配屬) of three shadow and three sunshine power(三陰三陽), which is described in the book of "Tai Su explanation of channel diseases(太素 經脈病解)" provides an important clue in understanding the exterior and interior(表裏) relationship, and the crucial perspective lies on the mutual intensity change of shadow and sunshine powers. Therefore, the monthly attachment of three shadow and three sunshine power provided by the present article helps to understand the meaning of the three shadow and three sunshine power along with the time attachment(時間配屬) described in the other chapter of the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic(黃帝內經)". In the method of explaining pathogenesis, the explanation was made by understanding the perspective of mutual intensity change of shadow and sunshine powers, and exterior and interior relationship along with the channel Path(經脈流注) have been used simultaneously. In the comment of the main article, Yang Shang Shan(楊上善) stated the channels of hands and feet(手足經脈) as the scope of the three shadow and three sunshine power, but the symptoms and signs are mainly focused on the channels of feet as in the book of "Miraculous Pivot channels(靈樞 經脈)".

To analyze royal nad Chinese envoy procession, and sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty, the author studied historic book-Youngjeob Dogam Sajechong Euigwae of Choson Dynasty(1609 year) in which Chinese envoy procession for sacrificial rite in Choson Dynasty were described. The results obtained from this study were as follows. 1. Sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy for Choson Dynasty were Yellow paper burning and performing a sacrificial rite of chinese envoy. 2. Order of Chinese envoy procession for Yellow paper burng and performint a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy, was civil and military officers, flag procession, drum, palanquin of incense, palanquin of guneral oration, palaquin of material for guneral expenses, palanquin of rich viands and sumptuous fare and Chinese envoy. 3. Things offered in sacrifice of Yellow paper burning were fried cake made of wheat flour, honey and oil, fried gutinous rice cake, patterned savory cake, fruits, meat fish and others broil, slices of boiled beef, soup, stew, noodles, 3cups of alcohol, rice cake and water. 4. Things offered in sacrifice of performing a sacrificial rite of Chinese envoy were a cattle, a hog, a sheep, 3 cups of alcohol and etc.

The incentive and reasons to publish FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Design, Build and Operate Projects(DBO Form) are manifold. It is partly a response to the increasing need for sophisticated project delivery methods in both the public and private sectors and the already widespread use of the FIDIC Yellow Book with operation and maintenance obligations and partly a response to the challenge to decrease maintenance cost to a minimum by means of a new procurement route. As a result, FIDIC has developed a new model form to meet this market place requirement. On the other hand, FIDIC did not simply adapt the Yellow Book but has developed a new form from it, whilst preserving the style of the already known FIDIC Forms and maintaining the wording where it was not necessary to change it for the purposes of a DBO Form. Moreover DBO Form fills up supposed gaps in other FIDIC Forms and ameliorates the claim management and dispute management framework. FIDIC DBO approach may be shortly summarized as follows. First, DBO Form provides for single project responsibility. Second, DBO Form has the clear objective of ensuring the use of a most reliable and efficient technology at the lowest life-cycle cost. Third, DBO Form is intended to operate as an effective quality increase in the design and construction of projects. Fourth, DBO Form is intended to provide significant benefits with regard to system integration and reduction of risks. Fifth, DBO Form accelerates and enhances completion schedule compliance. Sixth, DBO takes care of all three supporting pillars of sustainability(including economical, environmental and social elements). DBO Form is obviously a good starting point for negotiations and the preparation of calls for tenders, thus saving the parties time and money. However, existing cultural and legal differences, particular local conditions and the particular needs of some branches of the industry may require the form to be adapted according to the particular needs of a project. And Civil law practitioners are strongly recommended to verify carefully the underlying legal concepts and background of each clause of the General Conditions in order to avoid unnecessary and sometimes unnatural changes and amendments being made. Note that when preparing the Particular Conditions ensure that terminology is consistent and that existing inherent concepts should not be ignored.

해외건설공사와 관련된 리스크에 대해서는 많은 연구들이 있었으나, 계약조건의 내용을 토대로 한 리스크 인자도출이나 분석은 없었다. 건설공사에서의 권리와 의무가 계약내용에 따라 발생한다는 가장 기본적인 사실을 고려할 때 계약적 권리와 의무를 규정하고 있는 계약조건의 내용에 따른 리스크의 인식과 대응은 해외건설공사의 성공적인 수행에 필수적인 요소이며 따라서 계약조건을 기반으로 한 리스크 인자도출은 중요하고도 핵심적인 가치를 가질 수 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구를 통해 계약시 유념하여야 할 핵심 계약적 리스크 인자들을 발굴함으로써 해외건설공사 입찰이나 계약시 많은 실무적인 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

"zhenjiusunanyaozhi(鍼灸素難要旨)" is composed of three volumes and published in 1529 by Gao Wu(高武). Gao Wu(高武) is skillful in astronomy, the art of war and the law as well as a medical practitioner in Ming Dynasty. The books he wrote "zhenjiujuying(鍼灸聚英)", "zhizhi(直指)", "douzhenzhengzong(痘疹正宗)", "shexuezhinan(射學指南)", "zhenjiujieyao(鍼灸節要)". "zhenjiusunanyaozhi鍼灸素難要旨" is written by classifying the origin of acupuncture and moxibustion. In other words, it is edited by classifying the contents related to acupuncture and moxibustion out of the ancient Chinese medical book "yellow emperor's canon of medicine and yellow emperor eighty-one difficult" in which are composed of 3 volumes as follows, Volume 1 says the main diseases on "the nine acupuncture needles figure" (九針圖), "the reinforcing and reducing the meridian" (補瀉), "the needle depth" (針刺深淺), "the five shu points - metal, wood, water, fire, earth" (正,滎,輸,經,合) based on 18 chapters in terms of acupuncture in "yellow emperor eighty-one Difficult "難經"", in which it quotes the annotation of "the difficulty by the original meaning "難經本義"" written by Hua Shou(滑壽) in Yuan Dynasty. Volume 2 is composed of 2 parts. Part 1 says the method of treatment on 36 Chapters, the method of acupuncture use in the Linshu "靈樞" and the Suwen "素問" such as "the rule of acupuncture use" (用針方宜), "the nine-pin method" (九針式) and "the nine-pin to only use the time appropriate to consider nature of Heaven, Earth and person" (九針應天地人時以起用) etc., Part 2 says "the five difficult acupuncture(五亂刺)", "the rise and fall of energy and blood(氣血盛衰)". "the pain tolerance(耐痛)" and ect., in which are in terms of method of treatment collected the original texts of 59 chapters on acupuncture to each disease and of 8 chapters on moxibustion in the Linshu "靈樞" and the Suwen "素問". Volume 3 includes 10 chapters in which consist of "the stabbing to disease in 12 meridians (十二經病刺)", "the eight extra meridian disease (寄經八脈病)", "the twelve meridians(十二經脈)", "the fifteen collaterals (十五絡脈), the twelve meridian muscles (十二經筋)", "the acupoint (孔穴)" and etc. This is the book edited comprehensively by classifying the contents on the theory of acupuncture and moxibustion and the circulations of meridians in "yellow emperor's canon of medicine and yellow emperor eighty-one difficult" and there is no case story in particular except his comments in person. This study is for the purpose of helping researching and developing acupuncture and moxibustion and applying their clinical training.

"The Essence of the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" is an annotated book on the "Synopsis of the Golden Chamber" written by You-Yi(尤怡) of the Qing Dynasty (1729). Chapter 3 of this annotated book contains explanations of BaiheDisease(百合病). You-Yi(尤怡) maintained that the cause of Baihe-Disease(百合病) is a deficient-type fever(虛熱) induced by lung-fluid deficiency(肺陰不足). Generally, a higher fever led to a worse prognosis, and this disease was mainly treated by supplement methods(補法). In his pharmacological explanations, You-Yi(尤怡) often used the analogical inference of the five evolutive phases(五行歸類), and he frequently quoted "The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine(黃帝內經)" and "The Medical Secret of an Official(外臺秘要)" to explain the texts.

경제협력개발기구${\cdot}$원자력기관 (OECD${\cdot}$NEA)은 5월 14일 $\lceil$원자력 발전과 연료사이클-2025년까지의 전망$\rfloor$이란 제목의 보고서(Yellow Book)를 발표했다. 이 보고서는 세계 각 지역의 우라늄, 토륨, 중수, 농축, 연료가공, 사용후 핵연료저장, 재처리등의 핵연료사이클 서비스의 수급전망으로 단기(현재$\~$1990년), 중기(1990$\~$2000년), 장기(2000\~2025년)의 3기간으로 나누어서 분석하고 있어 원자력 장기계획을 검토할 때 대단히 유익한 자료가 되고 있다.

한국가스안전공사는 진단 기반기술 국산화와 진단 역량 강화를 위해 자체적인 피해영향평가 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 유사 프로그램인 DNV PHAST나 TNO EFFECTS와 달리, API-581 기준을 근간한 ETA 분석을 통해 최종 피해영역 산출 기법을 구현하였으며, HTML5 기반 차세대 웹 기술을 기반으로 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 구축하였다. 또한, 혼합물질 분석이 가능하도록 3차 상태방정식(Peng-Robinson, SRK, RK)과 퓨게시티를 활용한 상평형 모듈이 구현되었고, 공기보다 무거운 가스에 대한 확산 분석을 위해 SLAB Dispersion 알고리즘을 적용하였다. CCPS와 TNO Yellow Book에서 소개된 피해영향평가 알고리즘을 채용하여 누출분석 모듈, Fireball, Pool Fire, Jet Fire, Flash Fire, Vapor Cloud Explosion 영향 평가 모듈을 개발하였다. 그 외 EIGA 기준, PAC 기준 농도, Bevi Reference Book 등에서 제시된 기준 값들을 활용하여 안전거리 산출 조건을 마련하였다. 현재 전체 계산 모듈의 알고리즘 구현은 완료되었으며, 기본적인 사용자인터페이스 구축까지 완료되었다. 향후, 사용자 인터페이스 보완과 더불어, 모듈 각각에 대한 개별적인 검증과 동일한 사고 시나리오에 대한 유사 프로그램 구동 결과를 비교하여 전체 시스템의 정확도를 보완할 예정이다.
