Experimental Study on the Dynamic Balancing Method of an Unbalanced Rigid Rotor -Using Seven Run Method- (불평형 회전체의 동적평형 방법에 대한 실험적 연구 -Seven Run Method를 이용하여-)

  • In this study, the unbalanced rigid rotor mounted on two pedestals is balanced u. ng the dynamic balancing procedure, and the compensating masses are estimated by the seven run method. Also, the reductions of vibration level are examined, before and after balancing procedures. In the experimental results, it is shown that the vibration amplitudes measured at the two pedestals are proportional to the unbalanced mass. The seven run method which requires measurement of vibration amplitudes only and not vibration phase angle is proved markedly useful in consideration of the dynamic balancing procedure.

  • At the end of 2019, there was the major outbreak of "COVID-19" in China. In this outbreak prevention and control campaign, the property management enterprises(PME) performed actively, playing a vital role in China. This paper puts forward that the property management enterprises(PME) should be included as subjects of national urban and rural community governance from the perspective of the public product attribute of property management. Based on the properties of public goods in property management, this paper redefines the functions and positioning of PME with public affairs management, establishes the qualification of PME to participate in one of the main bodies of community public governance. And it forms a new model of community governance with community residents committees, owner' committee and PME as the main body. This research provides implications for national urban and rural community governance models by applying existing theories and practical examples.

  • The primary succession of the pebble area in gye-bang chon, an upper stream bank of north han river, was investigated by belt transect method from July to October 1990. The stsges of bare area, herbaceous pioneer, perenial herb, woody plants and pine stand were recognized from stream bank to inland. The change of the coverage in herbaceous plants increased with developing sueccessional sere but decreaser with increment of woody plants. The species sequence cyrves vs. relative coverage were geometric in pioneer stage and graduaiiy changed to lognormal y\type as the development of forest. The species diversity was highest during then woody plants stage, probably it would to be the edge effect. The soil properties were not noticeable difference between stream side and inland side. It seems that the vegetational developement was not enough to affect soil accumulation.

  • To the best of our knowledge, for the first time, we applied impedance spectroscopy to analysis on OLED degradation mechanism by monitoring impedance change during constant voltage aging, and modeling OLED with lumped circuit elements. Change in each element value was used to explain charge accumulation and field redistribution in each organic layer.

  • We present an ultra-slim LCD module for 40-inch FHD TV. By employing edge-lit backlight system, module thickness of 10mm is achieved. To satisfy the luminance spec of 450 nits in FHD resolution, it is critical to adopt high efficient LED and optical components.

  • 인터넷 환경의 변화와 관련 제반 기술의 발달로 인하여, 이전과는 달리 콘텐츠의 제작, 활용에 있어서 높은 사용자 참여도를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 변화는 여가 활동의 증가와 엔터테인먼트를 추구하는 인터넷 사용자의 목적과 맞물려 UCC(User Created Contents)가 중요한 요소로 부각되게 되었다. 이미 온라인과 오프라인상에서 사용자가 UCC를 제작할 수 있는 장비들과 다양한 도구들이 보편화 되어있다. 그러나 UCC와 관련된 프로그램 및 장비들의 기능과 플랫폼이 복잡해짐에 따라 사용자가 콘텐츠 제작에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 콘텐츠의 제작과 활용 측면에서 기능과 서비스를 자연스럽게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 통합적인 환경 제안과 발전 방향을 모색하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 삼는다. 본 연구의 방법으로는 콘텐츠를 제작하는 사용자를 대상으로 한 환경 조사 그리고 포커스 그룹 정성 조사를 통하여 현재 UCC제작 환경의 문제점을 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 사용자의 니즈를 충족시키면서도 사용자 중심적인 통합적 UCC 제작 도구와 개발을 위한 가이드 라인을 제시한다.

  • Wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) has been recognized as a high energy consuming plant. Usually many WWTPs has been operated in the excessive operation conditions in order to maintain stable wastewater treatment. The energy required at WWTPs consists of various subparts such as pumping, aeration, and office maintenance. For management of energy comes from process operation, it can be useful to operators to provide some information about energy variations according to the adjustment of operational variables. In this study, multiple regression analysis was used to establish an energy estimation model. The independent variables for estimation energy were selected among operational variables. The $R^2$ value in the regression analysis appeared 0.68, and performance of the electric power prediction model had less than ${\pm}5%$ error.

  • This study represents an assessment of the phase-Doppler technique to the measurements of dense droplet laden jet. High-pressure injection fuel sprays have been investigated to evaluate the use of the Phase-Doppler anemometry (PDA) technique. The critical issue is the stability of the phase-Doppler anemometry technique for dense droplet laden jet such as Diesel fuel spray in order to insure the results from the drop size and velocity measurements are repeatable, consistent, and physically realistic because the validation rate of experimental data is very low due to the thick optical density. The effect of shift frequency is minor, however, the photomultiplier tube (PMT) voltage setting is very sensitive to the data acquisition and noise in dense droplet laden jet. The optimum PMT voltage and shift frequency should be chosen so that the data such as volume flux and drop diameter do not change rapidly.
