본 논문은 KT-1 수출용 항공기(XKT-1,이하 XKT-1이라 함) 조종실배열 요소에 대한 정성적 ,정량적 반영 사항을 기술한 것으로,KT-1 동급항공기 조종실의 전형적 배열, 최신 항공기 현황과 더불어 조종실배열의 향후 추세에 관하여 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 여러 국가들의 요구사항 및 추세에 맞는 XKT-1 조종실배열의 특징과 설계결과를 나타내었다. XKT-1의 조종실배열은 잠재 고객이 선호하는 계기 및 시현기 등이 Human Engineering에 의거 최적의 배열이 되었으며 무엇보다 경쟁기종 대비 전방시야가 우수한 것으로 판명되었다.

The purpose of the study on the tailoring of environmental requirements for KT-1 Export Version(XKT-1T) aircraft is not only based on meeting the compliance of the environmental reliability, customer satisfaction, but also for the expansion of its export. This paper proposes the environmental requirements tailoring processes and High/Low temperature conditions, test procedures, and the results of test profiles for the aircraft. Amongst many existing environmental requirements, the temperature requirements are considered as the most basic and the most important environmental requirements. The High/Low temperature tests are considered and tailored to the high and low temperature methods of MIL-STD-810.

본 논문은 MIL-STD-810 시험법 501(고온 시험법)과 시험법 502(저온 시험법)를 기반으로 XKT-1(수출형 KT-1) 항공기 고객의 운용 환경과 요구사항에 적합하도록 시험조건과 시험절차를 최적화하여 열 환경시험 프로파일을 제시하였다. 또한, 이렇게 최적화된 고온 및 저온시험 프로파일을 환경시험 종합평가 계획서에 반영하여 국방과학연구소의 기후환경 챔버에서 시험수행 하였다. 본 고온 및 저온 환경시험 프로파일로 XKT-1(수출형 KT-1) 항공기의 고온 및 저온 환경시험수행 결과, 고객 환경 요구사항을 만족하고 혹독한 열 환경에서 신뢰성 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 본 논문에서 제안된 고온 및 저온 환경시험절차와 프로파일은 더 혹독한 환경시험 조건의 수출형 항공기 환경시험에도 응용할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is leading to reduce the setup time and cost of the ground telemetry system for FA-50 program. And using the accumulated experience during T-50 and TA-50 development period, remove the risk of development and construct the optimal ground telemetry system for FA-50. For this study, collect the ground telemetry data of the T-50/TA-50, analyze the data and problems and then suggest the optimal telemetry ground system for FA-50.
