유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 온툴로지 기반의 상황정보 모델은 추론을 통한 개념적 상황정보의 획득, 상황정보의 공유와 재사용의 이점을 제공하기 때문에 널리 사용되고 있다. 이 중에서 추론은 상황인지 어플리케이션이 센서로부터 직접 얻을 수 없는 개념적 상황정보를 이용할 수 있도록 해준다. 하지만 추론의 경우, 그 처리 시간이 대상이 되는 상황정보의 크기가 커질수록 증가하게 되며, 이때 야기되는 시간 지연은 상황인지 어플리케이션의 실제적인 동작을 방해한다. 본 논문에서는, 추론 속도를 향상시키기 위해 작업 메모리에서 처리되는 상황정보의 크기를 줄이는 상황정보 선인출 기법을 제안한다. 우리는 상황인지 어플리케이션의 질의와 관련이 있는 상황정보를 결정하기 위해 기존의 쿼리트리를 이용한 방법을 확장한다. 제안한 기법을 이용하여 선인출된 상황정보만 작업 메모리에 유지함으로써, 온툴로지 기반의 상황정보가 제공하는 이점을 유지하면서 추론에 의해 야기되는 시간 지연을 줄일 수 있다. 우리는 제안한 기법을 기존의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 미들웨어, Active Surroundings에 적용시키고 실험을 통해 성능 향상을 보였다.

This study was performed to suggest the health management of farmers compared with different farming types, such as rice plant, livestock, horticulture, orchard and others, for the farmer's health enhancement. For this study, 720 subjects were selected in 8 provinces through cluster method, and relevent caculations for the analysis of the subjects were made SAS program, and tested significance with x$^2$ and F value, those probability levels were 0.1%, 1% and 5%. Among the subjects, aged 40's were 38%, females 66%, elementary graduates (32%), and think of living conditions were average (67%). In the self-consciousness test for health, there was no significant difference of farmers with farming types. In the aspect of agricultural work situation, they took holidays according to the weather conditions or no pressed work to be done. And They took a break “when they feel tired during work”. For the recovery of fatigue, sleeping was chosen as the most favorite (68%) followed bathing (17%). but exercise was the lowest (7%). In the case of working conditions, 74% of them replied they work under average condition, and only 9% of them thought they were under pleasant surroundings. And 37% of them have had healthy food, for health practice and restorative for health. 20% of them have had breakfast irregularly. In addition to the regular meal intake, sufficient re자 and pleasant agricultural working conditions would be necessary for health, and the farmers themselves should recognize the importance and care of health. The project for enhancement of the farmers' health is needed and who should give guideline to have the responsibility for health.

This study analyzed and mutually compared the fishery manpower problems in Northeast Asia region including Korea, China, Japan by fishery industry structure, fishery education, fishery manpower and presented fishery cooperative schemes of Northeast Asia. In case of fishery manpower problems, China is still in a better situation whereas Korea and Japan have a hard time of a labor shortage. Korean companies have employed foreign crews to find a way out of the difficulties and the foreign crew rate is growing but the problem is that the reduction of Korean crew could deteriorate the safety of vessel-sailing, efficient operations, and fishery efficiency. Therefore crew management should be placed focus on improvement of working conditions and guarantee positions to foreign crew as assistants in fishery surroundings and systems. Fishery manpower problems are complementary to each nation in Northeast Asia. In consideration of this fact, fishery manpower management needs the mutual fishery manpower and information exchange and for the sake of it, the most urgent task is to build up the international fishery cooperative network through establishing fishery-related information systems of Northeast Asia.

The purpose of study is to suggest the data on what residential choice elements have to be considered to be important when the apartments are planed in middle size cities. This study analyzed the environmental characteristics of Cheong-Ju city and compared the priority of residential choice elements by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The results of analysis are as follows. 1) The rate of housing supply in Cheong-Ju city is low at $80.2\%$ and concentrated on small sized apartments. Furthermore, the educational and traffic facilities are very insufficient. 2) While residential choice in Cheong-Ju is heavily characterized by educational surroundings, it is less affected by economic aspects such as housing prices and the value of investments and accessibility to public transportations, distance to working places. 3) It is affected by residents' general characteristics like as sex, age, life cycle, education level, properties, home ownership, number of room and type of house they want. In conclusion, the middle size cities like Cheong-Ju need the large scale residential plans connected with educational considerations, focused on improvement in quality and outdoor space. In addition, it is recommended to make plans to satisfy the diverse needs of consumers.

센서의 계측에는 필연적으로 불화실성이 내포되어 있으며 이는 센서궤환장치의 신뢰성을 저하시키는 요인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 다중센서를 사용하여 신뢰성 높은 계측을 행하기 위한 기법을 연구하였다. 동적인 환경에서 작동하는 미지의 특성을 가진 센서들을 가정하였으며, 센서출력은 군집화와 추정된 신뢰도를 이용하여 융합하였다. 제안된 기법은 논리적으로 정의된 센서를 사용한 실험에서 기존의 확률적 기법들이 적용되기 어려운 상황에서도 피계측치에 대한 적응적 추정을 행할 수 있었다. 센서 로보트의 지능작업과 같이 구조화되어 있지 않은 환경에서 동작하는 자동화 장치를 위해 제안된 기법은 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the promotive directions of Quality Circle activity. Since 1975, variety of organizations in Korea have widely the implemented Quality Circle activities for their management systems. Today, Companies are facing the harsh realities of a competitive environment. This is no time for revolutionary change. Instead, Companies are instituting revolutionary change meant to have impact within a very short time frame. The Worker's Quality Circle activity is, essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. The industries have enthusiastically used Quality Circle activities and were influenced from them. The Quality Circle activities can be regarded as a kind of Knowledge Management where new knowledge is created and knowledge is shared in the economy. However, the academics were less interested in this subject, as a result, there were no systematic guidances for Quality Circle activities. Also, the government was less interested in these activities, as a result, there were no systematic policy making for Quality Circle activities. Thus, in this research, the promotive directions for Quality Circle activities were suggested which were based on the results of survey Questionnaires presented to promoters of the domestic companies. As a results of this research, to maximize the effect of TQM(Total Quality Management) in the nationwide, Quality Circle activity as a bottom-up management should be more expanded and revitalized.

Subsequently some events such as the firs Nationwide Factory Seamaul activity small Group Convention, which was supervised by the ministry of Trading and Industry and Factory Seamaulundong promotion Center, paved the way for proliferation of the group activity through all kinds of manufacturing. Although since November 1982 these two conventions has been united, many problems have been disclosed that are against the basic principles more or less. Worker's group activity is, essentially, a trouble shooting oriented voluntary small group within their working place to improve the surroundings creatively. In practice, however, many groups are so typical and so impetuous of the material effect that it is worried to be inclined to outform rather than contents. To prevent this point it is recommended that worker's group activity be promoted continuously and on the basis of the original principle of small group activity to obtain practical and rich results, and systematically to be more effective and active considering the managerial environment and the intellectual level of the consisting members.

Current improvements on the standard of living reduced working hours and increased leisure time. Therefore, people's ideas on life style changed and different demands on residential environment are being made. Residents of apartment want a community facility that enables constant exchange with other residents and supports living. Ideas on how to use physical space to strengthen a community is becoming an issue these days. Community facility plays a crucial role in giving a certain characteristic to the whole apartment and improving the image as a community. It also provides a physical environment and induces active participation of community life from apartment residents. The community facility in an important environment for children, which helps them develop in growth and in society as well. Community facility is a space where children fulfill their curiosity and amusement. Since children are greatly influenced by the physical surroundings, community facility for children should not remain as a space for fun but should change into a space for interaction. This study chose six apartments at Dongtan New Town, located in Hwaseong, Kyunggido. This study focuses on the characteristics of design for children's community facility and would like to make a proposal about future space planning for children's community facility.

In consideration of the social circumstances and traditions, the flexible model of the small group activities suitable to the corporate environment, will contribute to industrial development.
