간호사가 지각하는 근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Nurses' Perceived Working Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Social Support on Intent to Stay)

  • 본 연구는 간호사가 인지하는 외적 환경 요인인 간호업무환경과 내적요인인 직무만족도와 사회적 지지의 관계를 확인하고 재직의도에 영향을 주는 요인과 지속적으로 근무할 수 있는 환경 여건을 형성하고, 효율적인 간호인력 관리 방안을 마련하기 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 각 병원의 간호부의 승인을 얻은 후 173명의 간호사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호근무환경은 평균 2.43점, 직무만족도는 평균 3.04점, 사회적 지지는 평균 3,44점, 재직 의도는 평균 4.3점이며, 재직 의도는 간호근무환경, 직무만족도, 사회적 지지와 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 재직의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무만족도이며 설명력은 9.3%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무만족을 높여 재직의도를 향상시키기 위해서는 양질의 간호근무환경을 확보하기 위해서 충분한 인력 및 물질적 자원에 관심을 기울여야 하며, 동료들 간에 정서적으로 신뢰감을 높일 수 있는 새롭고 다양한 방법을 모색하여 오랫동안 근무하도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

임상간호사의 건강정보이해능력 역량이 환자중심 간호에 미치는 영향 (The influence of health literacy competencies on patient-centered care among clinical nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the relationships between health literacy competencies and patient-centered care among clinical nurses. Methods: The participants of this study were 254 nurses working in two hospitals in the D region. The data were collected from July to August 2020. The health literacy competencies for registered nurses scale and individualized care scale were utilized. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used for data analysis. Results: The mean of health literacy competencies was 3.16±0.31 points on a four-point scale, and the average of patient-centered care was 3.69±0.50 points on a five-point scale. Regarding the nurses' general characteristics, patient-centered care showed significant differences according to age (F=4.68, p=.010), marital status (t=-2.38, p=.018), religion (F=3.03, p=.030), total clinical experience (F=2.94, p=.021) and prior health literacy knowledge (t=3.20, p=.002). As a result of a hierarchical multiple regression analysis, health literacy competencies (β=.63) were found to significantly influence patient-centered care. The explanatory power of the model was 41.0% (F=25.58, p<.001). Conclusion: The study suggests that nurse's health literacy competencies should be developed in order to improve patient-centered care. Nursing education should include an emphasis on integrating health literacy into the nursing school curriculum.

내부열교환기와 TXV를 적용한 자동차용 공조시스템의 성능에 관한 수치적 연구 (Simulation on the performance of an automobile climate control system with Internal heat exchanger and TXV)

  • 최근에 지구온난화 문제로 인하여 자동차 공조시스템은 GWP 지수가 높은 R134a 냉매를 대체할 수 있는 대체 냉매를 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 R1234yf 냉매를 사용하여 내부열교환기와 가면용량형 팽창밸브인 TXV를 적용한 자동차 공조시스템의 성능특성을 해석하였다. 상용 소프트웨어인 Amesim을 이용하여 주요 부품인 압축기, 응축기, 팽창장치, 증발기와 내부열교환기를 모델링을 하여 외기온도와 응축기 휜 피치 변화에 따른 냉동사이클 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 외기온도가 30℃에서 40℃로 증가함에 따라 시스템의 냉방용량은 3.1% 감소하고, 압축기 소비동력은 17.1% 증가하였다. 또한, 응축기의 휜 피치를 0.8 mm에서 1.4 mm로 증가시키면서, 사이클 성능특성을 해석하였다. 휜 피치가 1.0 mm 클 경우에 응축기의 방열량은 감소하였고, COP는 5.9% 까지 감소하였다. 응축기 휜 피치가 1.0 mm 보다 작은 0.8 mm에서는 시스템 성능에 큰 변화가 없어 휜 피치 1.0 mm에서 최적의 성능을 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다.

중소병원 간호사가 인식하는 행복감, 임상간호인성 및 직무만족도와의 관계에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence study on the relationship between happiness, clinical nursing personality and job satisfaction perceived by small and medium hospital nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 행복감, 임상간호인성 및 직무만족도와의 관계를 파악하고 직무만족도 영향요인을 확인하여 임상 현장에서 간호서비스의 질 향상과 간호사의 직무만족도 향상을 위한 프로그램의 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구의 대상자는 M시 소재 2곳의 병원에 근무하는 간호사로, 자료 수집은 2020년 4월 27에서 5월 11일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 program을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 직무만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과 행복감이 영향력을 나타내었으며, 설명력은 20.4%였다. 결론적으로 간호사의 행복감을 향상시키고 직무만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 구체적이고 체계적인 프로그램을 개발하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.

중소병원 간호사의 다제내성균 감염관리 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors that Affect the Confidence of Performance of Nurses at Small and Medium-sized Hospitals in the Control of Infections Caused by Multidrug-Resistant Organisms)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to assess the factors that affect the confidence of nurses at small and medium-sized hospitals in the control of infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms and to establish basic data for the interventional strategy to improve the nurses' execution of the control of infection caused by multidrug-resistant organisms. Methods: A total of 154 nurses working at four small and medium-sized hospitals situated in City C were selected as participants of this study. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 21.0 software. Results: Confidence in controlling infections caused by multdrug-resistant organisms had a positive correlation with the level of knowledge of this control and the health beliefs of the nurses. Factors that affect nurses' confidence in controlling infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms included perceived benefits (β=.431, p<.001) and knowledge (β=.354, p<.001) with an explanatory power of 36.4%. Conclusion: It was found that the nurses have higher confidence in executing their duties with higher perceived benefits of and knowledge about the control of infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms. As such, it is deemed necessary to establish strategies to elevate the advantages of and knowledge about infection prevention activities at the time of training/education on controlling infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms.

일본의 타운매니지먼트 운영실태 분석을 통한 민간주도형 도시관리수법 도입방안 연구 - 도쿄, 오사카, 후쿠오카의 타운매니지먼트 지구를 대상으로 - (A Study on Introduction of Privately-led Urban Management System - Based on Analysis of Operation Status of Town Management in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka -)

  • The purpose of this study is to introduce a town management system that utilizes private sectors and public space resources in urban management area. In this study, we are studying 7 town management districts in Japan which have been establishing diverse management systems that are propelled by the private sectors and private fund. We analyzed qualitative characteristics of 7 town management districts by surveying the operating status of organization, financial management and activities. Through the analysis, we clarified their characteristics that are related to establishing background. Also, we suggested conclusions of the study as follows: First of all, it is important to develop a town management method that takes into account the characteristics of the target district in order to overcome the limitation of applying uniform method and increase sustainability and efficiency of privately-led urban management. Second, marketing and promotion are critical strategies in town management since they are satisfying both private and public benefits. The high rate of reinvestment in marketing and promotions shows efforts to maintain the asset value of the private sector and continue to revitalize the city. Finally, in order to carry out urban management with private initiative, it is necessary to establish a working organization capable of realizing the operational direction of the steering committee to secure the executive power.

AHP를 이용한 군 취사식당 기능공간 분석 (Analyzing the Functional Spaces of Military Dining Facilities Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This research used Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the importance and priority of functional space and evaluation factors of each functional space of the military dining facility. Dining in the military is an important factor in restoring combat power and promoting morale. The military dining facility serves as a not only for meals, but also for watching TV, education and club activities. Workers working in dining facility spend most of their work hours in dining facility, perform tasks such as cooking, dishwashing, and leftover disposal, and take breaks. As such, the military dining facility is a space where various functions are performed, and space planning should take into account these various functions when planning the building of the dining facility. However, the criteria for defense and military facilities, which are the basis for planning the space of military dining facility, are calculated only by simply analyzing the standard floor plan to match the size of the person-to. Therefore, when there is space to be reduced in the total area, there are side effects such as leaving visible table space without consideration for priority or functional space, unseen office space, and adjusting the entire area through reduction of the lounge. Accordingly, based on the priority of the space that the staff of the military dining facility considers important, this research aims to analyze the characteristics of each functional space through classification according to its unique function. This can be an indicator that can be used as a basis for future revision of the building floor area standards of the defense and military facilities standards, and it can improve usability with an efficient space plan that takes into account the characteristics of the Korean military and the satisfaction of its workers. Furthermore, efficient use of the defense budget through rational building plans can contribute to budget reduction.

Double magnetic entropy change peaks and high refrigerant capacity in Gd1-xHoxNi compounds in the melt-spun form

  • $Gd_{1-x}Ho_xNi$ melt-spun ribbons were fabricated by a single-roller melt spinning method. All the compounds crystallize in an orthorhombic CrB-type structure. The Curie temperature ($T_C$) was tuned between 46 and 99 K by varying the concentration of Gd and Ho. A spin reorientation (SRO) transition is observed around 13 K. Different from $T_C$, the SRO transition temperature is almost invariable for all compounds. Two peaks of magnetic entropy change (${\Delta}S_M$) were found. One at the higher temperature range was originated from the paramagnet-ferromagnet phase transition and the other at the lower temperature range was caused by the SRO transition. The maximum of ${\Delta}S_M$ around $T_C$ is almost same. The other maximum of ${\Delta}S_M$ around SRO transition, however, had significantly positive relationship with x. It reached a maximum about $8.2J\;kg^{-1}\;K^{-1}$ for x = 0.8. Thus double large ${\Delta}S_M$ peaks were obtained in $Gd_{1-x}Ho_xNi$ melt-spun ribbons with the high Ho concentration. And the refrigerant capacity power reached a maximum of $622J\;kg^{-1}$ for x = 0.6. $Gd_{1-x}Ho_xNi$ ribbons could be good candidate for magnetic refrigerant working in the low temperature especially near the liquid nitrogen temperature range.

RF 마그네트론 스퍼터 방법으로 제조한 Al 도핑된 ZnO 박막의 구조 및 광학적 특성에 미치는 산소 분압비의 영향 (Effect of oxygen partial pressure on the optical and structural properties of Al doped ZnO thin films prepared by RF magnetron sputtering method)

  • 0.5 wt% Al doped ZnO thin films (AZO) were prepared on glass substrates using RF magnetron sputtering method. Thin films were grown at substrate temperature of $250^{\circ}C$, RF power of 75W, working pressure of 10 mTorr, by changing the $O_2/Ar$ pressure ratio from 0% to 16.7%. The effects of oxygen partial pressure during the deposition process on structural and optical properties of the films were investigated using XRD, SEM, AFM, EPMA and UV-visible spectroscopy. All the AZO thin films were grown as hexagonal wurtzite phase with the c-axis preferred out-of-plane orientation. The surface roughness and grain size of AZO films decreased with increasing oxygen ratio from 10.6 nm to 3.2 nm and 94.9 nm to 30.9 nm, respectively. On the other hand, the transmittance and band gap energy of the AZO films increased from 84.7% to 92.6% and 3.24 eV to 3.28 eV, respectively with increasing the $O_2/Ar$ pressure ratio.

F 농도 조절을 통한 AZO 박막의 광학적 전기적 특성 향상 (Improvement of Optical and Electrical Properties of AZO Thin Films by Controlling Fluorine Concentration)

  • Zinc oxide (ZnO) based transparent conducting oxides (TCO) thin films, are used in many applications such as solar cells, flat panel displays, and LEDs due to their wide bandgap nature and excellent electrical properties. In the present work, fluorine and aluminium-doped ZnO targets are prepared and thin films are deposited on soda-lime glass substrate using a RF magnetron sputtering unit. The aluminium concentration is fixed at 2 wt%, and the fluorine concentration is adjusted between 0 to 2.0 wt% with five different concentrations, namely, Al2ZnO98(AZO), F0.5AZO97.5(FAZO1), F1AZO97(FAZO2), F1.5AZO96.5(FAZO3), and F2AZO96(FAZO4). Thin films are deposited with an RF power of 40 W and working pressure of 5 m Torr at 270 ℃. The morphological analysis performed for the thin film reveals that surface roughness decreases in FAZO1 and FAZO2 samples when doped with a small amount of fluorine. Further, optical and electrical properties measured for FAZO1 sample show average optical transmissions of over 89 % in the visible region and 82.5 % in the infrared region, followed by low resistivity and sheet resistance of 3.59 × 10-4 Ωcm and 5.52 Ω/sq, respectively. In future, these thin films with excellent optoelectronic properties can be used for thin-film solar cell and other optoelectronics applications.
