활하중에 대한 복층터널 슬래브의 구조적 안전성에 관한 연구 (A study on the structural safety of middle slab in double deck tunnel under live loads)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대심도 복층터널 Test Bed 구조물에 대한 슬래브의 사전 구조안전성 평가를 통해 슬래브의 가설시와 공용하중 작용시에 발생 가능한 문제점과 개선점을 미리 분석하는 것이다. 대심도 복층터널의 설계 및 시공기술개발의 성과물을 Test Bed 구축을 과정을 통해 검증하고 확인할 수 있으며, 엔지니어 및 일반인들의 학습현장으로도 활용할 수 있어 지하공간 개발의 시기를 더욱 앞당길 수 있는 계기가 마련될 것이다. 특히, 원형의 대심도 복층터널 단면 내부에 구축되는 슬래브는 시공방법과 사용하는 시공장비에 따라 설계하중이 달라지며, 이번 Test Bed 구조체는 그 내부에 상부 슬래브 및 풍도슬래브를 전용 가설장비를 이용하여 설치하는 동안 가설장비하중과 상·하부 슬래브에 공용하중으로 가정된 KL-510의 3등급 트럭하중을 하중조합별 작용위치를 달리하며 상·하부 슬래브에 각각 재하하여 그 영향을 분석하였다.

전자파에 대한 지역사회 주민의 지식수준과 관련요인 (Community residents' knowledge level and related factor on electronic wave)

  • This study was conducted to examine community residents' knowledge level and related factor on electronic wave in order to provide basic data for development of education and publicity program. 2,000 people, who lived in five big cities and five small and medium cities, were selected ad subjects of this study. The data were collected from May 1, 200 I to August 31, 2001. The results of this study are as follows. According to the average knowledge level of harmful affect of electronic wave on health in general characteristics, female was higher(37.40 ± 5.24 points) than male; ‘forties’ was highest(37.77 ± 5.69 points); ‘married spouse’ was high(36.84 ± 5.59 points); ‘living in small-ta-medium city’ was high(36.84 ± 5.32 points). ‘university graduate’ was highest(37.41 ± 5.32 points) in education level, ‘middle class’ was high(36.61 ± 4.96 points) in economic status, ‘professional technician’ was higher(36.68 ± 6.55 points) than other occupations in occupational type. According to the knowledge level of harmful affect of electronic wave on health in health condition by self-judgment, ‘good health condition’ was highest(36.77 ± 4.99 points). In the case of the knowledge level of those who visited medical institutions for last one year, ‘never visited’ was highest(37.19 ± 5.02 points). In the kind of medical institutions, ‘those who visited general hospital’ was highest(36.58 ± 5.63 points). In the way of knowledge obtainments of electronic wave through education and publicity media, ‘school education’ was highest(37.55 ± 5.19 points). According to the score of awareness level of disease incidence related to electronic wave, allergy and erethism was highest(57.8 points on the basis of 100 points). It appeared in order of leukemia, skin disease or skin cancer, dementia, various cancers, cataract, and brain tumor. The variables which significantly influenced knowledge level of harm of electronic wave were knowledge obtainments of electronic wave, age, economic status, daily TV watching period, sex, period of daily cellular phone use, period of working with computer, and daily VTR watching period. The knowledge of community residents concerning harmful affect of electronic wave on health is needed because people's opportunity of exposing to electronic wave is increasing. Especially, it is the demands of the times to provide information on knowledge of each equipment which generate electronic wave. The government, the product manufacturing companies, related social organizations, and education institutions must make efforts to develop the education program which is needed to make people have right knowledge and attitude.

산업근로자의 구강건강평가 및 삶의 질과의 관련성 (Relationship between Quality of Life and Industrial Workers' Oral Health Evaluation)

  • This study was conducted among 831 industrial workers in Gumi City in Gyung-Sang-Buk Do for the purpose of acquiring knowledge to improve quality of life though industrial workers' oral health promotion. Oral examination and questionnaire surveying were used to evaluate workers' oral health state and subjective health state and analyze their effect on quality of life. 1. The number of workers in the study were 831 in all; there were more males who accounted for 74.6%. 43.7% of the subject were 29 years old, accounting for the largest age group. Their academic backgrounds are 53.6% workers who graduated from high schools or lower educational institutions, and 46.4% workers who graduated from college or higher educational institutions. 80.7% of the subjects replied that their economic state belonged to the middle class. Their job classification indicates that 70.2% were working in production and engineering fields and that the seniority of 55.3% workers was less than 55.3%. 2. The result of evaluating the effects of oral health state on individual well-being and quality of life using OHIP indicates that younger people, singles(p<0.01) than the married, those in worse economic situation and those with shorter seniority(p<0.01) had higher effect of oral health state on quality of life. In addition, those whose health or oral health was not good (p<0.01), those with liked tough texture of food and snacks(p<0.05), those with more frequency of drinking(p<0.01) and those with more smoking tended to have higher effect of oral health state on daily life or quality of life. Besides, OHIP confirmed that oral health state is a measurement tool that can evaluate its effect on individual well-being and quality of life. The suggestion for future studies is to develop Korean style OHIP that can be used conveniently and efficiently by expanding the subject area up to the whole country and validating the samples gained from random sampling.

중학생의 창의적 문제해결력과 협업 능력 함양을 위한 바느질실습 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (The Development and Application of Sewing Practice Program for Improvement of Middle School Students' Creative Problem Solving Ability and Collaborative Ability)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 바느질실습 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 중학생의 창의적 문제해결력 및 협업 능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구 대상은 중학교 1학년 학생들이고, 연구 설계는 사전-사후 통제 집단 설계를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 문제해결력의 하위 요소인 확산적 사고력과 설득력에서 실험 집단의 학생이 통제 집단의 학생에 비해 사후검사 점수가 유의하게 높게 향상을 보여, 이 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 부분적이나마 중학생의 창의적 문제해결력 함양에 미치는 효과를 입증하였다. 질적 분석 결과, 창의적 문제해결력은 '다양한 아이디어 생성', '창의적 아이디어의 재탄생', '자기주도적 학습', '능동적인 문제 해결', '즉각적인 피드백'의 학습 경험과 연관이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 실험 집단의 학생이 통제 집단의 학생에 비해 협업 능력에서 사후검사 점수가 유의하게 높게 나타나 이 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 중학생의 협업 능력 함양에 미치는 효과를 입증하였다. 질적 분석 결과 협업 능력은 '긍정적인 모둠 분위기 형성', '모둠원과의 지속적인 상호작용', '함께 활동하기'의 학습 경험과 연관이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 결과로 이 연구에서 개발한 프로그램이 연구의 목적을 달성하는 데 적합함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 학생 중심의 바느질실습 수업을 설계하여 수업의 효과를 양적 분석방법과 질적 분석방법을 혼합하여 심층적으로 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

초등교원의 교육적 경험이 교육과정 재구성인식 및 실행에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Educational Experience in Elementary School Teachers on the Recognition and Implementation of the Curriculum Reorganization)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 교원의 교육적 경험(교직 경력, 교사 학습공동체 참여 경험, 교육과정 연수참여 경험, 혁신학교 근무 경험)이 교육과정 및 교과서를 인식하고 실행하는 양상에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등교원을 대상으로 설문한 결과를 t-검증, 일원 분산분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교원의 교육적 경험에 따라 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 교육과정 재구성 인식 및 실행, 교과서 인식 및 의존 등의 각 변인 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 교육과정 재구성과 교과서 의존에 교원의 교육적 경험이 의미 있는 영향을 미치고 있었다. 초등학교에서의 교육과정 재구성은 그 자체가 목적이 아니다. 초등학생들의 의미 있는 성장과 발달을 위한 최선의 수업 방안을 찾아 실천하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 교과서 의존도를 낮추고 적극적으로 교육과정을 재구성하여 수업을 전개해야 하며, 교원들은 폭넓은 교육적 경험을 바탕으로 전문성을 함양해야 함을 시사한다.

교원 성과급 제도에 대한 초등교사와 초등보건교사의 인식과 개선방안 (A Study on the Perception and Improvement Plans of Performance Based Pay System of Elementary School Teachers and Elementary School Health Teachers)

  • Purpose: The purpose is to provide basic information for establishing improvements on performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers. Methods: For subjects, 200 teachers at public elementary schools and 200 health teachers at public elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do were conveniently sampled, and then surveyed through a questionnaire. The questionnaire was to recognize recognition of teachers working under the teacher's performance-based pay system, which was quoted in the questionnaire of Choi ji-hye (2005) and Lee mi-gyeong (2008). Inquiry for the recognition of teachers on evaluation of health teacher's performance-based pay system and improvements on the performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers were used after consultation with five incumbent health teachers and a review with the thesis director. Results: The performance-based pay's evaluation method of health teachers has the same method with general teachers in schools, so it is not fair to evaluate the performance of health teachers. The ways to improve the performance-based pay evaluation method of health teachers is as follows: first, the approval on improving 'the number of class hours' which is a detailed item of a teacher's performance evaluation criterion to 'the number of health lesson hours per week and the number of students visiting the school infirmary per week'; second, improving 'life guidance' into 'counseling results of medically-treated students, parents of students and personal hygiene guidance'; third, improving 'a teacher in charge' into 'awarding of points by being recognized as a health teacher in charge of all students and considering the economic situation of the region,; forth, improving 'difficulty of position' into 'the number of health-teacher's annual promotion task items and the treatment number of issuing and receiving of official documents', and improving the 'task difficulty' into 'importance and urgency of emergency patient management, risk level and urgency of infectious diseases and avoiding work in charge' appeared to be more than 90% respectively. Conclusion: The performance-based pay system of teachers being carried out every year should be executed by preparing fair evaluation criteria suitable for task properties and the role of health teachers with different evaluation criteria compared to general teachers.

텍스트 마이닝을 활용한 온라인 교육에 대한 소비자 인식 변화 분석: COVID-19 전후를 중심으로 (A Study on Consumer perception changes of online education before and after COVID-19 using text mining)

  • COVID-19 이후 국내는 물론, 전 세계적으로 온라인 교육은 절대적으로 필요하며 대체 불가한 교육 형태가 되었다. 온라인 교육이 급부상 하면서 교육 형태에 대해 사람들이 가지는 인식은 어떠한지, 만약 변화가 있다면 어떻게 변화했는지는 매우 궁금증을 자아내는 질문이다. 본 연구는 온라인 교육에 대한 소비자 인식의 변화 추이를 빅데이터를 활용하여 조사하였다. 이를 위해 코로나 이전(2019년 11월-12월), 코로나 촉발 이후(2020년 1월-2월), 온라인 개강직후(2020년 3월-4월), 온라인 교육을 일정 정도 경험한 이후(2020년 5월-6월)의 4개의 구간으로 구분하고, 텍스트 마이닝 즉, 키워드 빈도분석, 워드클라우드 분석, 네트워크 분석, 감성 분석을 수행하였다. 시기별로 온라인 교육 관련 키워드의 출현빈도는 코로나 이전에는 학점은행제, 평생교육, 블로그 등에서 코로나 이후 학교 개강이 시작되면서 온라인 개학, 비대면 교육, 실시간, 콘텐츠 제작, 유튜브 등으로 변화하였다. 감성분석 결과, 코로나 사태 이전에는 공지안내, 정보교류 등의 중립글이 대부분이었으나, 코로나 발생을 계기로 온라인 교육에 대한 사람들의 인식과 평가에 대한 긍정 및 부정의 의견이 논의되기 시작하였다. 또한 미래 온라인 교육시장의 확산과 전망 등 방향성에 대해서도 관심이 증대되었다. 온라인 교육은 발전가능성이 높은 만큼 앞으로 개선해야 할 부분들이 많겠으나, 교육 정책입안자, 현장에서 일하는 교육자들에게 온라인 교육 품질 개선 및 향후 나아갈 방향 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

배움·성장 평가를 위한 특수교육 기본교육과정 학업성취도 평가 실태 (The real state of the learning achievement assessment of the basic curriculum of the special education for referring learning and growing of children)

  • 본 연구는 개개인의 배움과 성장을 지향하는 개별화교육의 관점에서 특수교육 기본교육과정의 학업성취도 평가의 실태를 조사, 분석하고 그 결과에 근거하여 정책 지원 방안을 논의한 것이다. 연구대상은 기본교육과정을 적용하는 B광역시 특수학교 교사 129명이었으며, 측정은 특수교육 학업성취도 평가 도구와 관련된 문헌연구를 바탕으로 FGI 및 전문가 검토를 통해 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 실태분석 결과, 평가의 계획, 준거, 방법, 시기에 있어서 개개인의 배움과 성장을 평가하기 위해 특수교사들은 상세하고 면밀한 질적 접근을 하고 있었고, 교육과정의 연장선상에서 다양한 방식으로 평가결과를 안내하고 활용하고 있었다. 또한 측정도구 각 영역의 하위요소에 대한 인식은 교사의 성별, 연령별, 경력별, 학력별, 학교급별, 설립유형별로 차이를 보였다. 실태분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 교육과정 성취기준 작성 및 평가 체제의 자율성 확대, 학업성취도 평가 영역 및 체제의 개선, 교사의 배경변인별 특성에 부합하는 평가역량강화 지원체제 수립 등을 정책적 지원 방안으로 제언하였다.

우리나라 공공건물의 내용연수 추정: RCC를 중심으로 (An Estimation on Average Service Life of Public Buildings in South Korea: In Case of RCC)

  • ASL estimation of public building is based on how appropriate the maximum age of the asset is derived based on the age record of the asset in the statistical data owned by public institutions. This is because we get a 'constrained' ASL by that number. And it is especially true because other studies have assumed that the building is an Iowa curve R3. Also, in this study, the survival rate is 1% as the threshold value at which the survival curve and the predictable life curve almost coincide. Rather than a theoretical basis, in the national statistical survey, the value of residual assets was recognized from the net value of 10% of the acquisition value when the average service life has elapsed, and 1% when doubling the average service life has elapsed. It is based on the setting mentioned above. The biggest constraint in fitting statistical data to the Iowa curve is that the maximum ASL is selected at R3 150%, and the 'constrained' ASL is calculated by the proportional expression on the assumption that the Iowa curve is followed. In like manner constraints were considered. First, the R3 disposal curve for the RCC(reinforced cement concrete) building was prepared according to the discarding method in the 2000 work, and it was jointly worked on with the National Statistical Office to secure the maximum amount of vintage data, but the lacking of sample size must be acknowledged. Even after that, the National Statistical Office and the Bank of Korea have been working on estimating the Iowa curve for each asset class in the I-O table. Another limitation is that the asset classification uses the broad classification of buildings as a subcategory. Second, if there were such assets with a lifespan of 115 years that were acquired in 1905 and disposed of in 2020, these discarded data would be omitted from this ASL calculation. Third, it is difficult to estimate the correct Iowa curve based on the stub-curve even if there is disposal data because Korea has a relatively shorter construction history, accumulated economic wealth since the 1980's. In other words, "constrained" ASL is an under-estimation of its ASL. Considering the fact that Korea was an economically developing country in the past and during rapid economic development, environmental factors such as asset accumulation and economic ability should be considered. Korea has a short period of accumulation of economic wealth, and the history of 'proper' architectures faithful to building regulations and principles is short and as a result, buildings 'not built properly' and 'proper' architectures are mixed. In this study, ASL of RCC public building was estimated at 70 years.

임상간호 실습교육의 교수효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Teaching Effectiveness on Clinical Nursing Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of clinical instruction by students' ratings of teaching effectiveness in clinical nursing education. The subjects were comprised of graduating class 618 students from 24 nursing colleges in the nation. The instruments used in this study were "general characteristics & status of clinical nursing education" developed by the researcher and "Instrument to Measure Effectiveness of Clinical Instructors" by Reeve(1994). The 50 questions used in the questionaire were categorized into 13 components subject to factor analysis. The 13 components were interpersonal relationships, communication skills, role model, resource for students, favorable to students, encouraging to think for selves, teaching methods, evaluation, finding assignments for objectives, organization of subject matter, professional competence, knowledge of subject matter & working with agency personnel. The results of this study are as follows 1. Status of clinical nursing educaion : 1) Clinical nursing education were led by nursing professors(44.9%), a team of both nuring professor & head nurse(6.8%), instructors from specific hospital(15.1%), instuctos for a specific subject(14.6%), & head nurse(6.8%). For 3-year program students, 34.6% of the clinical nursing education were led by instructors from specific hospital & 51.4% of the education by nursing professors for Bachelor's program. 2) The contents for clinical education comprised of Conference being the most frequent of 34.5% ; a combination of Nursing skills, Orientation, Conference etc.22.0% : Nursing process 21.7% : Orientation 13.5% : Inspection(making rounds ) 6.4%, & Nursing skills of 2% being the least frequent. 3) Students' preference of clinical teachers from the highest to the lowest were instructors for a specific subject being the most desired (44.9%) followed by nursing professor, head nurse, a team of both nursing professor & head nurse, & instructors from specific hospital being the least desired. 4) Students felt that the qualification for clinical teachers should be at least a master's degree holder and 5 or more years of clinical experience. The reason they felt was because knowledge & experience are imperative for professional education. 2. Clinical teaching effectiveness : The total points for teaching effectiveness was 147.97(mean of 2.95±0.98) where the total score is considered to be an average rating. 3. Teaching effectiveness as status of clinical nursing education : 1) The score ratings for the clinical instructors from the highest to the lowest were as follows : instructors for a specific subject, instructors from specific hospitals, a team of both nursing professors & head nurses, nursing professors, head nurses, which resulted in significunt difference(F=4.53, P<0.001). 2) The rating scores based on the teaching program from the highest to the lowest were as follws ; nursing skills, nursing process, a combination of nursing skills, orientation, conference etc. , conferences, orientation, inspection, which resulted in significunt difference(F=10.97, P<0.001). 4. Based on 13 categorized components from the questionaires, questions related to communication skills scored the highest points of 3.20 where inquiries regarding resource for students scored the lowest points of 2.38. 5. Among the 13 categorial components from the questionaire, Interpersonal relationship, Communication skills, Resource for students, Encouraging to think for selves, Evaluation, Teaching method, Finding assignment for objectives, Organization of subject matter, Professional competence, & Working with agency personnel, instructors for a specific subject scored the highest points and head nurse scored the lowest, which resulted in significant difference. Favorable for students, instructors for a specific subject scored highest points and nursing professor scored the lowest, which resulted in significant deference (F=5.39, P<0.001). Role model & Professional competence, instructors for a specific subject scored the highest points and head nurse scored the lowest, with minimum variation(F=1.29, P>0.05 : F=1.64, P>0.05) 6. Based on 13 categorial components as a whole, the highest points scored among the 5 groups of clinical teachers was instructors for a specific subject and the lowest, by head nurse(F=1.94, P<0. 001). A team of both nursing professor & head nurse attained higher score in clinical education than their independent education.
