The construction inspection is conducted by the contractor or construction supervisor after a certain stage of work has been completed. As the consturction inspection task is dependant on construction schedule, however, it is difficult to plan inspection task systematically, resulting in increased supervision costs, delays in construction, and disputes. Therefore, this study aims to integrate inspection work with schedule management to systematize inspection procedures. Firstly, the inspection work is defined based on the construction supervision checklist. Then its relationship with the construction process, required time, and resources for inspection tasks are defined in construction schedule. Lastly, a process management program is used to assess the effects of applying the inspection work and examine changes in the overall construction period and process management. The proposed method in this study can support to plan construction inspection more systematically and to improve the effectiveness of construction quality management.

The Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) is commonly used to characterize the spatial quality of imaging systems. This work is the attempt to measure the MTF for KOMPSAT EOC using the non-parametric method as ground inputs. The spatial performance of the KOMPSAT EOC was analyzed by edge method while in flight using multi-temporal image data collected over test site in Seoul. The results from this work demonstrate the potential applicability of this method to estimate MTF for high spatial resolution satellite KOMPSAT-2 that is being developed to be launched in 2005.

The performance of graphene-based electronic devices is critically affected by the quality of the graphene-metal contact. The understanding of graphene-metal is therefore critical for the successful development of graphene-based electronic devices, especially field-effect-transistors. Here, we provide a review of the peculiar properties of graphene-metal contacts, including work function pinning, the charge transport mechanism, the impact of the process on the contract resistance, and other factors.

본 연구는 공공도서관의 MZ세대 사서들을 중심으로 일과 삶의 균형이 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수도권 공공도서관에 근무하는 1980년~2005년생 사서 183명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 일과 삶의 균형의 하위 요인인 일-가족 균형, 일-여가 균형, 일-성장 균형과 조직몰입, 이직의도를 조사하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 일-가족 균형, 일-성장 균형은 조직몰입에 유의한 정적(+) 영향을, 이직의도에 유의한 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 일-가족 균형, 일-성장 균형을 강화하는 정책과 함께 공공도서관의 야간 및 주말 근무에 대하여 정책적인 보상이 필요하다고 제안하였다. 또한, 조직몰입을 강화하기 위하여 수평적인 의사소통과 자율권 강화 등을 제안하였다.

In this work, we reviewed AC break-down voltage characteristics in $SF_6$ Gas with spacer under nonuniform field, using the electrode construction of model spacer and simple protrusion. We cleared that breakdown voltage and surface flashover strongly depend on the position of spacer's insert.

라이브 음악 또는 리메이크를 통해서 재발매된 음악을 원곡의 커버곡이라 부른다. 본 논문은 고속 커버곡 검색을 위한 특징 축약을 위해 2차원 퓨리에 변환을 이용하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이차원 퓨리에 변환은 조변화에 대해서 불변성을 가지고 있으므로, 커버곡 검색을 위한 특징 축약 방법으로 적합하다. 기존 퓨리에 변환 방법에서는 크기값 만을 활용하였으나, 본 논문에서는 인접한 크로마 블록은 같은 조변화를 가진다는 가정하에 위상 정보를 추가로 활용하는 방법을 제안하였다. 두 가지 커버곡 실험 데이터셋에서 성능 비교를 수행하였으며, 제안된 방법이 기존 방법에 비해서 우수한 커버곡 검색 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다.

This study was conducted by the slump test and the consistency test of the fiber mixed soil which is soil reinforced with fiber as a reinforced material to investigate and estimate the difficulty degree of work and the proper water content. So I would like to present the fundamental data that establishes the work standard of the fiber mixed soil. In conclusion, in this study the slump value of the fiber mixed soil increases over-all according to the increase of the water content although it has a little difference of the increase range and it is smaller than one of the soil. It is estimated that the aggregating and throwing work of the fiber mixed soil would be fine when it has the about 25 % water content and the wall and floor plastering work is the about 30 % ~ 35 % and the flowing and pouring work is the about 40 % water content as well as the mold compacting work is the about 20 %. There is no decreasing of the workability when the soil is reinforced by the fiber because the workability characteristics of the fiber mixed soil is similar to the one of the soil. Therefore, It is estimated that using the fiber as a reinforced material of soil would be appropriate for the construction.

Recently family policy and social policy have focused on the balance between the work and family of working parents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the status of the work-life balance of married working women. For this purpose the eight married working women who care for 1 or more pre-school child(ren) were interviewed. The questionnaire used was consisted of 4 themes : 1) child care, 2) working situation, 3) the work-life balance and 4) the need to improve related policies. Through the interviews and data analysis we found the following : 1) Accessibility to educarecenter was considered the most important factor for working moms when they choose an educarecenter. In order to improve accessibility of educarecenters we have to install more educarecenters with various level. 2) All respondents look maternity leave and they evaluated that other services were very weak in terms of quality, usefulness and accessibility. 3) Many childcare services aid in creating work and family balance, however they are not effective. Therefore future policies should focus on providing more options for working women for appropriate services according to childcare needs, working conditions and preferences.

심장 일을 계산하여 혈관질환을 진단하는 방법이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 혈관내의 두 지점에서 압력을 측정하여 점도 모델로부터 압력 펄스 및 심장 일을 구하는 수학적 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 심장 일을 측정하기 위해서 커프로부터 구한 혈압과 펄스파에 대한 의료 정보를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 혈관 내 두 측정점 사이의 펄스파를 이용하여 심장 일을 구하기 위한 수학적 모델의 개발이다. 심장 일은 Casson 및 Hershel-Bulkery 점도모델과 Windkessel 모델을 이용하여 구하였다. Casson 점도 모델과 Hershel-Bulkley 점도 모델을 이용하여 근위부에서의 컴플라이언스 값은 차이가 없으나 원위부에서 값은 큰 차이가 나타났다.
