In general the concentration of uranium in natural water such as fresh water and sea water is in the range of 0.01∼5 ppb, therefore trace analytical technique is required. The aim of present work is to compare a direct and preconcentration methods by evaporation and to investigate rapid and accurate trace analysis of uranium in groundwater using Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA) which are sensitive and nondestructive method. Identification of analytical procedure was carried out using uranium standard solution of the range of 0.5∼100 ppb. In the given concentration, the deviation of calibration curve was less than 2%, and the standard deviation of measured values at each concentration was the range of 2∼12%. The difference of U content with sampling time for the same sample site was about 10.3%. Using this established method, the concentrations of uranium in samples collected at the 17 spring of Choongchung areas were found to be in the range of 1∼80 ppb.

With computer simulation we can preview whole working and lengthen the planning time, shorten the needless time. Simulation is made up of Scan, Drawing, Line clean up, Rendering, Parity, and Printing. Scan and Drawing can male new idea. And during the Line clean up we can make vector image and modify the image. And then rendering the image and inquiring the length and weight of yarn. Last process is printing an then making a package soft ware by means of prototype. Through these process, many producers and student can easily access to tapestry and reduce the needless time and endeavor.

Introduction. Inadequate methods for acquiring user education could affect the level of library user education possessed by postgraduate students, and ultimately influence the purposes of their usage of e-resources provided in their university libraries. Despite the global acceptance that e-resources are contributing to postgraduate student’s research work, however, it has been documented that there is low use of e-resources in university libraries in Nigeria among postgraduate students. This drift could have negative consequences on their overall development. Therefore, this study determined how influential library user education is on the use of e-resources by postgraduate students in Nigerian university libraries.Methods. A survey research design and multi-stage sampling technique was adopted to select 2,726 from 54,578 postgraduate students from four faculties in 16 federal conventional universities in Nigeria. The data set was collected using a questionnaire and an interview schedule for e-resources librarians/system librarians and was analysed using percentage and Pearson’s product moment correlation.Results. The majority of the students were at the Master’s level (57.5%). The gender shows a ratio of 59.0% male and 41.0% female. Most Nigerian students enrol for postgraduate programmes in their thirties ‘30-39’ years. The use of e-resources by the postgraduates was low (weighted average of 2.45). The relationship between level of library user education and postgraduate students’ use of e-resources was positive, slightly strong, and significant (r = 318; df = 2284; p< .05).Conclusion. User education has positively inclined postgraduate students to the use of e-resources in their libraries. Therefore, libraries should employ all methods for acquiring user education for postgraduate students.

Objectives: This study was obtained to identify current education status of the community dental hygiene practice. Methods: It was designed cross section and self-reported on-line questionnaire(Survey monkey). It was performed probability sampling by targeting 82 dental hygiene schools(each one faculty member) in charge of community dental hygiene curriculum and 254 community health centers's community dental hygienists whom was working at oral health section. The response rate was 60% and 53%, respectively. The questionnaire consisted of time, duration, practice group, evaluation method, and practice contents including 63 learning objectives of dental hygiene. Results: Nearly half of these schools conduct such community field work practice in the spring semester of the junior year. This practice was mainly progressed based on average 4 students as one team per each one school for 7-8 hours a day during the period of more than 5 weeks(p<0.05). However, in case of both school and community health center, almost half of feedback after practice was not achieved and there was a difference in needs for practice education between schools and community health center. Conclusions: We should be considered that a sufficient consultation for the practice environment and its contents between schools and community health centers. It was considered that development of a standardized practice manual reflecting such requirement.
The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of nurses's clinical career and communication within organization on teamwork competency. A cross sectional descriptive survey design was used. Convenience sampling method of 141 nurses who work at a university hospital located in S city was used. The structured questionnaire was administered from July $20^{th}$, 2015, to July, $31^{th}$, 2015. The average working periods of research subjects was 8.84 years. The regression model with communication within organization and clinical career against teamwork competency was statistically significant. And this model could explain 37.7% of teamwork competency(Adj $R^2=.377$). Especially, vertical communication and clinical career, horizontal communication were identified as the influencing factors on nurses' teamwork competency.

In this paper, a new structure for the AEC(Acoustic Echo Canceller) is proposed in which echo signal components that can be created in mobile communications is effectively eliminated. Block Data Flow Architecture is a parallel architecture that achieves high performance, high efficiency, high throughput, and almost linear speed up. The proposed architecture employs AEC and is implemented using the TMS320C6711 for real-time applications. The proposed AEC shows improved performance by eliminating echoes at 55ms delay path. Since the proposed AEC can also be implemented in Firmware, it is believed to effectively work on various types of echoes if it is applied on CDMA mobile devices. The TMS320C6711 shows much better performance comparing to previous DSPs. For experimental verifications, filtering operation using adaptive algorithm is performed on TMS320C6711 board and error signals resulted from computations are monitored on PC, and then the performance of the implemented AEC is verified through ERLE computation. According the results of simulation, good characteristic of 100dB are shown after 500 sampling data.
Most antineoplastic agents are nonselective in their mechanism of action, affecting noncancerous as well as cancerous cells, and resulting in acute effects such as irritation of mucous membranes and chronic effects such as genotoxicity, teratogenicity, and carcinogenicity. Healthcare workers occupationally exposed to antineoplastic agents are at risk. The present study aimed to develop and apply methods to monitor occupational exposure to antineoplastic agents, using cyclophosphamide (CP) as the model compound. To monitor environmental and biological exposure, potentially contaminated surfaces were wiped and 24 hour urine samples were collected from workers. Liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry was performed, with a limit of detection of 0.05 ng/ml. Measurable amounts of CP were detected on 92% of the sampled surfaces, with a geometric mean of 175.22 $ng/m^2$. Despite the environmental contamination of the model compound, CP was below the detection limit in all urine samples. If workplace contamination cannot be completely avoided, it is importance to reduce exposure to the lowest possible levels. To this aim, efforts to minimize occupational exposure along with biological and environmental monitoring are required. The standardized sampling techniques, and specific and sensitive analytical methods reported in this study may be helpful in assessing occupational exposure and devising strategies to reduce exposure.

The number of motor vehicles in Korea has increased to about 4 million, and the exhaust gases of these vehicles have become a more threatening factor to public health. Traffic policemen are one of the highest health risk groups since they work on roadsides where they are exposed to high levels of air pollutants. The health effects on them due to air pollution were determined by measuring personal carbon monoxide(CO) exposure and carboxyhemoglobin(COHb) level in blood. Thirty-one traffic policemen in Seoul volunteered to be subjects of the study. In October 1992, personal CO exposure was measured by a CO passive sampler. The subjects wore the CO passive sampler for 8 hours while on duty. The exposed samples were analyzed by gas chromatography. Blood samples from each subject were collected just after the exposure sampling, and were analyzed within 3 hours of blood collection by a CO-oximeter. The activities of the subjects were recorded by the subject in 30 minute intervals using an activity log sheet containing location and time spent. Personal CO exposure were ranged between 0.1 and 14.5ppm, eith an average of 5.9ppm. Carboxyhemoglobin levels ranged from 1.1% to 6.9%, with an average of 3.6%. policemen on duty outdoors had significantly higher CO exposures and COHb levels than policemen on duty indoors(p<0.01). Personal CO exposure and COHb were positively correlated, although the coefficient was not significant. The relationship between CO level and COHb level was confounded by smoking status. Among smokers, COHb level was significantly higher as CO exposure and hours worked outdoors increased.
This study aimed to provide help to seeking a preventive intervention plan for lowering employment stress of university in social welfare students and improving quality of life by examining how resilience work between employment stress and quality of their life. This study investigated by carrying out purposive sampling final targeting 118 senior students majoring in social welfare at K university located in Gyeonggi-do. The Study results found that employment stress exerts a significant influence on the quality of life of university in social welfare students, and resilience has a moderating effect between employment stress and quality of life. Based on the results of this study, this study showed applicability of resilience as an internal coping resource for university students, and suggested an active intervention plan for lowering employment stress and improving quality of life.
Nursing role tends to be more complex then before because of the increased number of health professionals and of the health needs of patient. Accordingly, nursing role expectations are various and sometimes conflict by its role set. There are various literatures on role conflict of nurses and discussed how to eliminate the conflict in order to improve nursing service particularly in the hospital organization. This study was designed to determine if role conflict exist among nurses who work in a hospital and if so what resolution were most frequently selected by the nurses to the role conflict. The study population was fifty six registered nurses of K university hospital. The fifty six was defined and selected by nonproportional stratified sampling method to obtain subjects who are from uniform role set. A questionnaire, a list of role connect, stimulated by the literature review, knowledge based on several years' experience in nursing was formulated by the author and administered to the study population. The questionnaire included twenty nine closed question items of role conflict and classified according to the intra sender conflict, intersender conflict, person conflict and interperson conflict. The response choices to the questions range on a scale continuum with degrees of conflict from one to five: never - 0, seldom - 1, occasionally - 2, frequently - 3, and mostly -4. Per cent, means, standard deviation, and x² -test were used to analyze data. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows. 1. General characterstics of the study population: Most of the population were between the age of 22-27 and are not married. 2. Analysis of Role conflict Existence of Role conflict of nurses was found by the total mean conflict score, 2.06. Inter Sender Role conflict revealed the most high mean conflict score and the lowest one was inter person role conflict. Among the five role senders of nurses: Physician, patient and hi9 family, peer and superior, nursing students and hospital administrator, nurses showed the highest conflict mean score for physicians and the lowest score for Nursing student. 3. Analysis of role conflict resolution. Compromise through discussion with the role sender was the most frequently selected method by the respondents. The result also showed that the respondents tend to resolve the conflicting situation created by patient or his family by persuation. On the o thor hand, Avoidance and ignorance was frequently chosen for the conflicting role expectations from the hospital administrator.
