학교급식 조리사의 직무 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Cooks of School Feeding)

  • This study examines the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Sampling was taken among school feeding cooks except for those of Kangwon Province and Cheju Province. The factors affecting on the job satisfaction was investigated to find ways to raise the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding. Four factors were extracted in all. It is found that these four factors have affected the job satisfaction of cooks of school feeding in order of working satisfaction factor(.493), co-worker communication factor(.463), job environment factor(.185), and advancement factor(.146). Accordingly, more opportunities for career advancement should be offered to raise the job satisfaction among them, and the establishment of better work environment and the optimum staff are urgently needed.

An investigation of the wind statistics and extreme gust events at a rural site

  • This paper presents an analysis of wind velocity measurements obtained from four ultrasonic anemometers arranged in a vertical formation. The anemometers were located in a rural environment with a view to providing detailed information on the flow statistics of the lower part of the atmospheric boundary layer, particularly for the extreme wind events that are important in loading calculations. The data is analysed using both conventional analysis and conditional sampling. The latter is combined with wavelet analysis in order to provide a detailed analysis of the energy/frequency relationship of the extreme events. The work presented in this paper suggests that on average the extreme events occur as a result of the superposition of two independent mechanisms - large scale events that scale on the atmospheric boundary layer thickness and small scale events a few tens of metres in size.

  • We developed the experimental function (ERF) which can be used for the numerical curve fitting analysis in photoelectron spectroscopy (PES). We selected the core-levels of Ag 3d5/2 and Au 4f7/2 to obtain the ERF from the measured core-level spectra. For the numerical fourier transformation we applied the fast transform (FFT) algorithm. we considered optical (Wiener) filtering with the FFT due to noise and used Hann window function to remedy the information leakage in frequency domain due to discrete and finite sampling of measurement. The comparison of the curve fitting results using the ERF obtained in this work and the mathematical response function with a gaussian in the conventional approach shows clearly the improvement of the curve fitting analysis.

Exhaled breath Analysis for Body Burden Estimates of Aromatic Volatile Organic Compounds

  • The present study evaluated the body burden of aromatic VOCs in roadside and underground storekeepers. The Method Detection Limit(MDL) of the analytical system ranged from 0.2 to 0.4$\mu\textrm{g}$/m3 for the target VOCs. The recovery of the sampling system for the compounds was above 80%. For all the target compounds, the breath concentrations of the smokes were similar to or slightly higher than those of the nonsmokers for both the roadside and underground storekeepers. For Ethylbenzene, p-Xylene, and o-Xylene, the breath concentrations of the underground storekeepers were somewhat higher than those of the roadside storekeepers. In contrast, the breath m-xylene concentration of underground storekeepers was similar to that of roadside storekeepers. For both the roadside and underground storekeepers, the breath concentrations prior to and after work were not significantly different.

  • 한국노동패널조사(Korea Labor and Income Panel Study)는 비농촌지역에 거주하는 한국의 가구와 가구원을 대표하는 패널표본구성원(5,000가구에 거주하는 가구원)을 대상으로 1년에 1회 경제활동 및 노동시장 이동, 소득 활동 및 소비, 교육 및 직업훈련, 사회생활 등에 관하여 추적 조사하는 종단면 조사(longitudinal survey)이다. 매년 반복적인 조사를 통해 표본가구구성원들에 대한 다양한 내용의 정보를 수집하는 가운데 조사년수가 늘어가면서 표본가구원 개인들의 생애과정(Life Course)에 걸친 단계별 변화와 이동의 이력, 특히 학교교육력(Schooling History), 취업력(Work History) 혹은 노동시장이동(Labor Market Transitions) 과정이 구축될 수 있을 것이다. 조사구의 추출방법은 계통추출방법을 사용하였으며, 제주도를 제외한 전국의 시부만을 대상으로 1,000개의 조사구를 선정하고, 각 조사구내에서는 97년 고 3965;의 조사대상가구 중에서 5가구를 임의 선정(random sampling)하였다.다.

  • When various construction types of architectural construction are proceeded in order, the reinforced concrete construction is the frame construction which takes up the most important proportion among the construction process. Thus, the analysis of the effectiveness and productivity of the reinforced concrete construction is necessarily needed for smooth performance of construction projects. However, the conventional studies are performing the analysis of the productivity of only part(mould and steel) of the reinforced concrete construction and they have limitation in that they do not propose quantitatively the overall productivity of reinforced concrete construction.

  • An integrating position estimation algorithm has been developed for the navigation system of a free-ranging AGV system. The navigation system focused in this research work consists of redundant wheel encoders for the relative position measurement and a vision sensor for the absolute position measurement. A maximum likelihood method and an extended Kalman filter are implemented for enhancing the performance of the position estimator. The maximum likelihood estimator processes noisy, redundant wheel encoder measurements and yields efficient estimates for the AGV motion between each sampling interval. The extended Kalman filter fuses inharmonious positional data from the deadreckoner and the vision sensor and computes the optimal position estimate. The simulation results show that the proposed position estimator solves a generalized estimation problem for locating the vehicle accurately in space.

  • In this work, we developed a real-time versatile advanced control and supervisory software for a personal computer control. This software, basically, has background and foreground tasks which are performed in parallel at real time. First, background tasks are composed of controls of various kinds, reports and input-ouput of signals etc, which are performed every sampling time. Second, foreground tasks are observation of operation conditions, data search, regulation of controllers and graphical design and display of processes, which are performed by users request. Additionally, this software has the functions of transporting data and composing distributed control systems, and all background tasks are composed of combination of unit function blocks.

  • In this work, a A/D converter is implemented to obtain 8bit resolution at a conversion rate of 10MS/s for video applications. This architecture is proposed using the Pipelined architecture for high speed conversion rate and the Successive - Approximation architecture for low power consumption, and consists of two identical stages that consist of sample/hold circuit, low power comparator, voltage reference circuit and MDAC of binary weighted capacitor array. Proposed A/D converter is designed using 0.25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ CMOS technology The SNR is 80㏈ at a sampling rate of 10MHz with 1.95MHz sine input signal. When an 8bit 10MS/s A/D converter is simulated, the Differential Nonlinearity / Integral Nonlinearity (DNL/ INL) error are $\pm$0.5 / $\pm$2 LSB, respectively. The power consumption is 13㎽ at 10MS/s.

  • This study verifies the constituents of the professional image by a quantitative method that follows previous qualitative work to clarify the conceptual structure of the professional image for appearance management in the workplace. This study used on-line and off-line data from a positive sampling that involved 1,056 male and female workers engaged in 10 occupational classes. The results of the study were as follows: First, the constituents of a professional image include openness, leadership, harmonious relationship, and financial power, all of which demonstrated a high interrelationship. Second, there are significant differences in favorable factors according to the occupational category. It is important to strategically manage the professional image in consideration of effective image factors and related appearance attributes.
