The purpose of this study was to determine the standard work time of dietetic staff through work sampling methodology in school flood service systems. Work measurement through work sampling methodology was conducted in five conventional, five commissary and five joint management flood service systems over two consecutive weeks in October 1999. Statistical analysis was performed on the SAS/Win 6.12 package program for Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple comparison. Observed data were satisfied with a confidence level of 95% and a confidence interval of $\pm$ 0.05. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. The actual time spent by dietetic staff members in conventional, commissary, joint-management flood servile systems was 2,394, 2,521 and 2,110 minutes per week, respectively. Transportation time of each flood service systeml and ILO allowance rate (11%) was applied. Thus, the standard work time per week of dietetic staff members in conventional, commissary, joint-management flood service systems was 2,746.14, 2,861.58 and 2,520.81 minutes, respectively. The standardized index was 1.04, 1.08 and 0.95 men in conventional, commissary, and joint-management flood service systems, respectively. Regardless of the school flood service system, those with "the duty of cooking and distribution management" had the longest labor time, while those with "duty of nutritional education" had the shortest labor time.

This study aims at establishing JIT production management system to enable manage the resources input into from procurement through construction based on correct identification of the process, an analysis on the amount of input materials and information sharing. This study has focused on the process control and working process of rebar work in domestic apartment house construction where the overall scope of Process from the planning phase to the construction phase has been analyzed in this study. Also construction phase was selected for the application of a sample case. A basic model for JIT production was generated with these processes. Furthermore A questionnaire and the on-site survey with process, checklist and control data were prepared and performed for the application of JIT production management model into rebar work. The governing scopes of JIT production management system include process management, material management, yard loading and moving management and inventory control, and the operation of each control item

기업의 비즈니스가 고객 중심의 현장으로 이동되고 근무의 장소가 특정한 시기와 장소가 아닌 언제, 어디서나 이루어지는 근무환경으로 바뀌면서 모바일 앱을 이용한 근무관리시스템 설계 및 구현에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GPS를 이용한 모바일 앱 근무관리시스템을 사외의 장소(출장지, 연수기관, 외부회의 등)에서 스마트폰으로 GPS의 위치정보(WiFi, 3G, LTE, 4G 활용)를 입력 받아 바로 ERP시스템으로 전송한 후 회사의 정보가 DB에 삽입되는 방식으로 전자결재시스템과 연계하여 신속하게 결재가 이루어지도록 모바일 앱의 설계 및 구현을 하고자 한다. 또한, 설계 및 구현된 시스템을 기업에 실제 적용하여 이용한 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 통해 생산성 및 기대 효과를 측정하고자 한다.

Quite a few of persons often fall into an error that ISO has happened an additional work at construction sites. Supervision works, however, are carried out in compliance with 'Guidelines for the Supervision Works' which is including most ISO Requirements. Additional requirements needed for the supervision works are not many. This study has studied on the ISO application of supervision works in relation to, 1) ISO 9001 & KS A 9001 Quality Management System Basic Model, 2) The Process of Railway Construction Work Supervision Quality Management Plan, 3) Supervision Work Performance Guide Book(2005) & KS A 9001(2001) Standard, at the railway construction sites.

공정 및 작업단위등이 다양하고 복잡한 건설산업에서 작업일보의 관리는 매우 중요하다. 그러나 건설산업 분야의 다양한 건설프로젝트 관리 시스템은 작업 및 작업시 발생하는 정보들을 효율적으로 관리하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 하수급업체와의 연계가 되지 않아 실제적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 이것은 하수급업체에 대한 배려 없이 원수급업체 주도로 시스템이 구축/이용되기 때문이다. 이러한 이유로 하수급업체 중심의 시스템이 발전하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 프로젝트 진행에 있어서 발생하는 작업정보의 축적에 있어 누락 및 왜곡이 발생하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 목적은 웹을 기반으로 원수급업체와 하수급업체간 원활한 작업정보 관리 시스템의 개발에 관해 연구/분석하고 모델을 제시하는데 있다.

We analyzed risk factors of coastal gillnet fishers during fishing process and considered work safety measures to reduce safety accidents during fishing using a UWB (ultra wideband) based positioning system. The static position accuracy of the UWB based positioning system was 45 cm. When entering a port, there is a risk of falling overboard. When casting a net, there was a risk of falling overboard due to being hit by fishing gear or guards, or getting caught in a buoy line or sinker line. When hauling a net, there is a risk of getting caught between fishing gear and net hauler, and the risk of musculoskeletal disorders due to repetitive work over a long period of time. Most safety accidents during work on fishing boats are blamed on human errors of the fisher and skipper, but safety accidents occur due to a mixture of mechanical and equipment factors, work and environmental factors, and management factors in addition to human errors. Therefore, the 4E were presented as countermeasures against the 4M, which are causes of safety accidents, and the proposed measures were used to identify risk factors for operation process, comply with work safety rules, and ensure the wearing of personal protective equipments. We need to reduce safety accidents during work by making it part of our daily routine. These research results can be used in the future for optimal placement of fishing gear and fishing nets in other coastal industries where safety accidents occur frequently.

본 연구의 목적은 GSIS를 이용한 상수도시설물 데이터베이스 구축과 관리시스템의 개발에 있다. 상수도관의 변류시설을 효과적으로 구축하기 위해 GSIS 데이터모델인 라우트시스템과 이벤트 테이블을 활용하는 기법을 적용하였으며, 개발된 관리시스템을 실제로 적용하여 기존의 일반 상수도시설 관리방법과 업무효율성, 정보탐색비용, 데이터베이스 관리효율성 측면에서 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 개발한 상수도관리시스템과 다른 2개 지방자치단체의 시스템들을 기능, 처리속도, 및 운영의 편리성 측면에서 비교 고찰하였다. 업무모델의 일반화는 국내 3개 지방자치단체의 상수도시스템에 대한 자료를 기초로 하여 시도하였고 일반화된 업무모델은 광역상수도시스템의 업무모델로 보완한 다음 이를 다른 2개 지방자치단체의 상수도 업무모델과 비교 분석하였다. 향후 지방자치단체에서 GSIS에 의한 상수도시설물 관리 시스템을 구축할 경우, 본 연구에서 일반화 된 업무모델을 이용한다면 좀 더 효율적이고 경제적으로 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

정부기관에서 공통적으로 사용하는 표준화된 시스템이자 정부기관의 일하는 과정, 의사결정 등이 남는 주요 도구인 업무관리시스템은 결재문서 중심의 문서형 기록 생산이 주를 이루고 있어 다양한 유형의 기록을 포괄하지 못하고 있다. 새로운 디지털 유형 기록의 생산, 다양한 협업 소프트웨어와 업무시스템의 등장, 재택근무 등 변화하는 환경에서 정부 업무관리시스템이 나아갈 방향을 고민할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 경쟁력 있는 민간기업의 업무시스템과 활용 방식을 분석하고, 정부 업무관리시스템인 온-나라 2.0의 사용 현황 분석과 업무담당자 인터뷰를 통해 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보는 것이다. 더하여 디지털 혁신에 조응하고 업무의 설명책임성과 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방향으로 개선해야 할 기능과 정책적 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

Due to the work characteristics of shipyard industry, subcontractors are essential and employees of them consist of 25% of the total employee. Problems of their safety management are as follows; - obscurity of safety management responsibility - flimsiness of subcontractor's safety awareness - absence of ability to develop safety techniques and to provide safety equipments - lack of opportunity of safety education The purpose of this study is modelling safety management system of shipyard industry subcontractors to reduce industrial accidents by employees of subcontractors. A phased model contained organization and work responsibility of related departments, safety management planning and evaluation system, safe work supporting system, safety education supporting system.

착공 전 단계의 부족한 공정리스크 관리는 시공단계의 공정리스크로 발생하여 프로젝트의 공기연장과 원가상승 등의 부정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 착공 전 단계의 공정리스크 관리는 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요소이자 건설기업의 경쟁력으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 공사 착공 전 단계의 공정리스크 관리를 위한 대상 공종별 리스크 요인 도출 및 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 대상 공종은 토공사, 철근콘크리트공사, 철골공사, 커튼월공사로 한정하였고 방법론은 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)을 적용하여 공종별 전문가에 의한 업무 플로우를 작성하였다. 업무 플로우 분석을 통하여 업무 단계별 공정리스크 인자를 도출하였고, 리스크 인자의 중요도에 따른 리스크 요인별 대응방안과 담당자, 수행시점, 요구정보 등과 같은 세부대책을 제시하였다.
