중·고등학교의 교사업무공간에 관한 연구 - 교과교실형 설계기반 중·고등학교를 중심으로 - (A study on Teacher's Work Space in Middle and High School - Focus on Plan Based Department System Management in Middle and High School -)

  • Aim of this research is suggesting a satisfied studying space for lecturer, student and curriculum by abstraction of improvement plan which based on investigation and analysis of the space that teacher is using in lecturer and study support facility in school which managed in 'Department system'. This research focused on analyse of teacher's laboratory, teacher's room, and common room in middle and high school which managed and designed by 'Department system' and registered on 'Seoul office of education' and designed in management of department system between 2009 and 2012. With these process, a conclusion of this research is as in the following. Firstly, plan of teachers' private place which is efficient and stable is required through to get out of module which can cover subject band and grade band. Secondly, we have to focus on size of teachers' convenience facilities for convenience or official usage, movement radius, and improvement of working environments. Thirdly, 'Subject type teachers' laboratory' which organized by teachers who teach same subject is more efficient than 'Task type laboratory' which organized by teachers who working on same task for management of school. In fourth, 'Task type teachers' laboratory' arranged regardless with teachers' class room to teach, and it makes lack of connectivity between teacher and class room.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용 소비자의 식품 구매 의도 분석 (Research on Consumer's Food Purchasing Intentions through Internet Shopping Mall)

  • In spite of the fact that the food group(Food, Drinks and Health foods & Agricultural and Marine products) occupies little position in total sales of Internet shopping mall, the food group's sales in cyber shopping mall in 2006 have increased 678.1% over 5 years. In addition to the fact that the food consumption pattern has changed from quality-oriented to convenience, health and safety-oriented, the need to decrease the opportunity cost created by housework is rising in the context of increase of women's work participation rate. The wind of change like these will become the foundation on which cyber food industry will be developed. The factors having an effect on consumer purchasing intentions when one buy foods through internet shopping malls are researched in this thesis. For the investigation, women of 697 were surveyed by a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS for WINDOW(Version 12.0). The result is as follows: Factors having an effect on food purchasing intentions are Convenience(Timesaving, Troublesomeness), Customer service(Responsiveness, Reliability, Empathy, Tangibility), Perceived Customer Risk(Economic, Social, Performance risk) and Shopping experience(Easy to find out, Easy process for payment) in order.

효과적인 측량 성과물 작성 및 사용자 편의성 강화를 위한 GNSS 현장 측량시스템 개발 (Development of GNSS Field Survey System for Effective Creation of Survey Result and Enhancement of User Convenience)

  • 우리나라는 국가 위성기준점 망, 가상기준점 서비스 운영 등 실시간 정밀위치결정을 위한 선진화된 인프라를 구축하고, 지속적으로 고도화해 나가고 있다. 하지만 국가적 인프라 활용에 있어 취득된 공간정보를 가공하여 최종 성과물 도출까지는 많은 과정을 거쳐야하며, 이 과정에서 외산 소프트웨어에 대한 의존성이 높은 편이다. 본 연구에서는 GNSS 측위 데이터 및 현장 측량시스템의 요구사항을 분석하여 실시간 정밀위치 결정과 효과적인 성과물 작성이 가능한 GNSS 현장 측량시스템을 개발하고 활용성을 평가하였다. 연구를 통해 사용자 편의성과 활용성을 향상시킨 실시간 GNSS 현장 측량시스템을 개발하였으며, 시스템을 이용하여 효과적으로 현황측량을 수행하고 성과물을 제작할 수 있었다. 또한 기존 측량시스템과 성과를 비교하여 개발된 GNSS 현장 측량시스템의 활용성을 제시하였다. 연구를 통해 개발된 시스템은 실시간 측량에서 성과물의 생성까지 일련의 기능을 모두 수행할 수 있으며, 외산 소프트웨어의 대체로 경제적 부가가치를 창출할 수 있어 측량업무의 효율성 향상에 기여할 것이다.

A Study on the Effect of the Use of Mobile Office Systems on Work-Life Balance

  • Human being does work to live out and they have their private life because human has sociality. Both work and life are important to live out but they are on the trade-off relationship. Because keeping the balance between work and life is too hard, it has been interested by academic and practical areas. Definition of Work-life balance here is that balance or imbalance arising between work and life has no negative impact on their daily life. Above all, Work-life balance is important because it is strongly related to identity. Recently, the introduction of the mobile office system has emerged as a way to solve the problem of work-life balance. It is based on the teleworking which was formerly generated. Teleworking is to perform the work in the employee's home or office space set aside without going into the workplace. Concept of the mobile office system here is not only using portable devices during work for convenience but also the system which is designed for the performance. Thanks to the diffusion of smart devices(smart phone, tablet pc), mobile office system has been spread. Although the importance of mobile office systems is emerging, there are few researches about it. Even they mostly focus on the standpoint of performance of mobile office system. However, Quality of life is as important as the performance. As a part of Quality of Life field, Work-life balance is the closest to employee's quality of life. So this study aims to examine the effect of the use of mobile office systems on work-life balance. To do so, we try to find factors effecting Work-life balance from existing studies and then set a research model. We set the use of mobile office systems as independent variables which are divided by use of function, use by location and use by situation. There are four dependent variables - sense of self command, sense of balance, solving work problem, solving life problem. We collected data from employees who are using mobile office systems on their job. 215 people were participated in the survey and we used multiple regression analysis to verify our research model. Results show that every independent variable has no impact on solving work problem while they have slight impact on the other dependent variables. Especially use on the business trip has significant effect on dependent variables. It means that there is a possibility use of mobile office system could control the employee's quality of life and system should be evolved until it covers even critical tasks. Also, support for mobile office system -education, encouragement-should be provided. By mobile office system is maturing, future research would be done.

쌀을 이용한 편의식품의 선택속성에 관한 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA) (Study on Importance-Performance Analysis Regarding Selection Attributes of Rice-Convenience Foods)

  • 본 연구에서는 쌀을 이용한 편의식품의 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 조사함으로써 쌀을 이용한 편의식품과 관련된 업체의 제품 개발 전략에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 쌀을 이용한 편의식품은 점심 대용으로 이용하는 경우가 37.4%로 가장 많았고, '주먹밥 및 김밥류'가 식사대용으로 39.9%, 간식대용으로 61.5%로 가장 많이 이용되었다. 쌀을 이용한 편의식품에 대한 정보를 '마트 및 매장에서 직접 얻는다'가 53.7%로 가장 많은 것으로 조사되었으며, 쌀을 이용한 편의식품을 이용하는 이유는 '시간이 충분하지 않거나 식사준비가 번거로워서'가 42.2%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 요인분석 결과 내재적 속성의 16가지 항목은 3개의 요인으로 나뉘었으며, 그 중 첫 번째 요인은 건강요인으로 안전성(식품첨가물 등), 위생(청결성), 제품의 영양, 식재료 계절상품 활용, 식재료의 조화, 제품의 소화성, 제품의 신선도, 식재료의 다양성, 제품의 가격이 속하였고, 두 번째 요인은 감각요인으로 제품의 맛, 제품의 질, 제품의 양, 제품의 식감이 속하였으며, 마지막 요인은 다양성 요인으로 제품의 신 메뉴 출시, 제품의 독창성, 제품 종류의 다양성이 속하였다. 외재적 속성의 11가지 항목은 2개의 요인으로 나뉘었는데 첫 번째 요인은 신뢰요인으로 포장용기의 위생(청결), 유통기한 표시, 포장용기 운반 시 안정성(흐트러지지 않음), 포장용기 재질의 안전성, 원산지 표시, 영양성분 표시, 인증마크 표시(HACCP, LOHAS 등), 생산자 표시, 개폐의 용이성이 속하였고, 두 번째 요인은 외형요인으로 업체와 맞는 포장 이미지, 포장용기 색상이 속하였다. 쌀을 이용한 편의식품의 선택속성에 대한 중요도-수행도 차이 분석 결과에 대해서는 내재적 속성의 16가지 항목(P<0.01), 외재적 속성 중 포장용기의 색상을 제외한 10가지 항목(P<0.001)에서 유의적으로 차이가 있었으며, 내재적 및 외재적 속성 각각의 전체 중요도의 평균과 수행도의 평균 또한 유의적인 차이를 나타내었고(P<0.001) 모든 항목이 중요도가 수행도보다 높은 점수로 나타났다. 쌀을 이용한 편의식품 선택속성에 관한 IPA 분석 결과 높은 중요도에 비해 낮은 수행도를 보여 노력과 자원을 집중해야 하는 영역인 제 IV사분면에 해당하는 항목으로 내재적 속성에서는 제품의 가격과 안전성(식품첨가물 등)이, 외재적 속성에서는 포장용기 재질의 안전성, 영양성분 표시가 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서와 같이 IV사분면에 위치한 제품의 가격과 안전성(식품첨가물 등), 포장용기 재질의 안전성, 영양성분 표시는 소비자들이 매우 중요하게 생각하는 반면, 현재 수행되고 있다고 인지하는 정도는 낮으므로 이에 대한 개선 및 보완 등의 해결책이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 식사 및 간식 대용으로 이용되는 편의식품 소비의 지속적인 증가가 기대되는 만큼 고객이 중요시하는 제품의 속성에 따른 전략적 마케팅 및 제품 개발 방향이 수행되어야 할 것이다.

A Study on the Nurse Scheduling Optimization Model for Nurse Needs-Type Scheduling Automation System

  • 오늘날 정보 기술의 발전으로 병원은 의료분야에서 모바일 컴퓨팅 기술을 접목하여 의료 정보의 방대한 데이터를 관리를 위해서 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 병원정보시스템을 활발하게 연구하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 대부분의 병원에서는 여전히 수작업으로 근무 편성표를 작성하는데 많은 노력과 시간을 소요하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 간호사의 교대 근무를 편성하는 최적화 모델을 연구하고 이를 적용한 간호사 니즈형 근무 편성 자동화 시스템을 구축하였다. 실제 S병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 간호사의 정보 데이터와 요구조건 및 제약조건들을 구성하였다. 이를 적용하여 최적화된 스케줄링 처리 방법을 제안하였고 웹 서버를 중심으로 실시간 상호 교환 및 공유가 가능하기 위해서 수간호사가 사용하는 웹 기반 플랫폼과 일반 간호사가 사용하는 모바일 앱 플랫폼을 구축하였다. 따라서 개발된 간호사 니즈형 근무 편성 자동화 시스템을 통해서 수간호사는 매월 간호사의 근무 편성을 위한 업무 편리성을 증가시켜 주며, 간호사는 개인 일정관리를 통해서 좀 더 정확하게 업무를 처리할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것이다. 또한 간호사간의 근무 일정의 공유하여 업무의 효율성이 증가할 것으로 기대한다.

상수도 요금 과징업무 기계화 처리에 대하여 (A study on EDP of water Rate Billing procedures)

  • Comparing with Seoul city's other administrative works, the work to arrange and collect monthly water rates with 470,000 faucets is tremendous in volume and simple repetition in quality. In order to cover the shortage of handling, it is urgent for us to replace the present manual system with EDP(Electronic Data Processing) system to mechanize a series of handling works of simple repeated calculation such as water consumption, rate calculation, statistics arrangement, bills and specification of water rate by computer. When this work is completely mechanized, inspectors of water meter just turn over their checking results to the Data Center and all data are processed through Input Media(OMR Card, Punched Card) and computer for programming final bills. Then, the delivery of the bills to citizens will be the only work to be carried out. such mechanization will bring about the following benefits: 1. Improvement of administrative work by efficiency and rationalization. 2. Improvement of administrative service with people. 3. Possibility of scientific with trustworthy multi-purpose policy-making data. 4. An effect to cover the personnel shortage of 252 persons (at all the water works offices) and save manpower of 166 persons (47,619 man-days). The application of the above mentioned mechanization will be started to only Chongro and Chung-ku water works offices as model cases out of all water works offices in Seoul. As the electronic calculating machines are inducted, this system will be gradually applied to other water works offices. The billing and collection works of water rates which are connected directly to the daily life of the citizenes, should be handled by the scientific EDP system as soon as possible in order to promote the convenience of consumers and effective operation. This study is to promote the sound and rational operation of this work.

간호사의 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 융합적 상호작용 (Convergent Interaction Effects of Six Worklife Area on Relation between Nurse's Patients related Stress and Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 임상 간호사 개인이 지각하는 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경이 미치는 융합적 상호작용을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울소재 상급종합병원에 근무하는 168명의 간호사였으며 자료는 2014년 7월 1일부터 15일까지 편의표집 되었다. 구조화된 설문지로 환자관련 스트레스, 직무환경, 직무탈진을 측정하였다. 연구결과 환자관련 스트레스는 직무탈진을 증가시키고 있었다. 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 역할을 분석한 결과 업무부하가 낮을수록 그리고 통제감, 보상, 공정성, 가치가 높을수록 환자관련 스트레스가 직무탈진에 미치는 부정적 영향이 감소하는 조절효과를 보여주었고, 커뮤니티는 직무탈진을 낮추는 주효과를 보여주었다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 간호사의 직무탈진 완화를 위해 병원 차원의 직무환경 개선전략이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

Effects of Emotional Labor and Compassion Competence on Dental Hygiene Performance in Dental Hygienists

  • Background: This study examines the relationship between the emotional labor and compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists. It attempted to provide basic data to establish a plan to increase the dental hygiene performance of clinical dental hygienists in the future by identifying the factors influencing the dental hygiene work performance. Methods: This study is aimed at clinical dental hygienists working at the Jeollabuk-do Dental Clinic from April to June 2020 by the Convenience Sampling Method. An online survey site program was used to explain the purpose and purpose of the study on social media including the dental hygienist community, and distribute a URL that allows you to participate in the survey only if you agree to the study. Results: In emotional labor, there was a significant difference in job satisfaction and marital status, and in compassion competence, there were significant differences in job satisfaction, final education, and marital status by group. In dental hygiene work performance, compassion competency showed a statistically significant positive correlation. In other words, it was found that the higher the compassion competence, the higher the dental hygiene work performance. It was found that the total number of years worked and the compassion competence that influenced dental hygiene work performance were statistically significant. Conclusion: In summary, in order to improve the dental hygiene work performance of clinical dental hygienists, it is necessary to compassion competence with the subject. To this end, it is believed that various supports, measures, and systematic management should be implemented to compassion competence of clinical dental hygienists.

Relationship between Career Success Perception and Protean Career Management Behavior in Clinical Dental Hygienists

  • Background: Career success is the psychological achievement associated with an individual's work. Protean career management behavior is the behavior of managing individual careers in order to achieve individual career goals. The purpose of this study was to clarify the career success of dental hygienists as perceived by clinical dental hygienists and to compare the relationship between career success and protean career management behavior. Methods: Nationwide convenience samples of clinical dental hygienists were obtained; 354 people were surveyed online, and the data of 350 people were finally analyzed. The perception of career success of dental hygienists was assessed using a multiple response method. T-test, ANOVA, and χ2 tests were performed to investigate the differences and relationships between protean career management behavior and career success according to the general characteristics. Results: Career success was recognized by clinical dental hygienists as "income", "work proficiency", "patient consultation", "self-satisfaction", and "recognition by superiors" in order. There were significant differences in protean career management behavior according to general characteristics (p<0.05). Higher career management behavior was common in those higher in age, in married participants, in those with higher educational background, and in those with a higher career, better position, and more job change experience (p<0.05). Among the variables of career success perceived by clinical dental hygienists, "work proficiency" had a significant effect on "career management behavior" (p<0.05). "Work proficiency" and "recognition by superiors" were significant in "protean technological development behavior," and they also influenced actual behavior (p<0.05). Conclusion: The relationship between dental hygienists' career success and protean career management behavior was clarified. Dental hygienists performed career management behaviors to develop work ability and skills. In addition, the relationship between career management behavior and long-term employment was confirmed.
