  • In the emerging information society. a well-established national Information network plays a crucial role In enhancing economic efficiency and creating national wealth. Most of the advanced nations In the world are putting forward government-driven projects for the construction of their national Information Infrastructures. strategically focusing on the development of key technologies and Industrial essential for their Infrastructures. Development of the NII (National Infrastructure) can help unleash an Information revolution that will change forever the way people 1ive, work. and interact with each other. Nonetheless. the present Information Infrastructure In Korea loaves a lot to be Improved In order to realize the vision of Information society. The establishment of the KII (korea Information Infrastructure) does not merely mean the construction of physical network that enables the transmission of various modes of information such as voice, data, and image. It further implies the creation of a new kind of social overhead capital, ranging from the establishment of social and cultural which are conductive to seamless flow of information. For the successful implementation of the KII, it is critical to build the public consensus on the importance and necessity of informatization. At the same time, careful consideration should be given to the institutional factors such as timely and adequate supply of specialized personnel, the updating of policy and regulations, and the strengthening of interntional cooperation.

  • Korean Government is increasingly focusing on the Northeast Asia Business and Logistics Hub strategy to create a competitive advantage. A key element of this strategy is creating or leveraging distribution and logistics hubs that act as centres for distribution in Northeast Asia. A Northeast Asian e-Hub Policy is required for business hub and logistics hub in the Northeastern Asia. An e-Hub is an integrated, sophisticated set of e-Biz, information and e-trade facilities and services that provides access to a marketplace and exchangee the e-trade data. To study the e-Hub policy, Pan Asian e-Commerce Alliance, Korea-Japan e-Trade Hub project, and ASEM e-Trade project are considered. E-trade via cyberspace may need new methods of dispute resolution to reduce transaction costs for small value-related disputes and to erect structures that work well across national boundaries. Voluntary Mediation Councils and cyber tribunals should be encouraged by governmental sectors to continue developing private sector mechanisms to resolve e-trade disputes. Government-sponsored online cross-border dispute resolution systems may be also be useful to complement these private sector approaches. E-trade in Northeast Asia results in disputes owing to the incompleteness of e-trade law in the countries. These disputes contain disputes regarding e-trade model, central title registry, authentication body. To resolve these disputes in the Northeast Asia, a variety of electronic alternative dispute resolution bodies must be organized under cooperation of Korea, Japan, China. This study deals with the e-ADR construction in the Northeast Asia to resolve the disputes in the e-trade and to activate the e-trade in the Northeast Asia.

  • Recently, IoT(Internet of Things) has been utilized in various fields provide a service to users by configuring a smart environment in a particular place. However, since the existing system does not change the operation and the task of the device according to the change of the surrounding environment, the user must operate passively every time the environment and the situation change. In this paper, we propose Situation-specific Task Control System based on real-time data classification. Sensor data is sent to the server and classified into real-time and non-real-time data, and then inserted into the decision tree to identify tasks according to the situation. In addition, the danger situation is divided into two stages, such as gas leakage and fire, and a warning message is sent. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the waste of electric power and the occurrence of malfunction, and it can be expected that the service with increased work efficiency will be provided.

  • In the development of a production process scheduling system a collaboration method must be defined for the cooperation among submodules within the system. The blackboard architecture is exploited for solving the collaboration problem, which is one of the problem solving architecture that belongs to the distributed artificial intelligence. The dynamic states of the problem solving processes are presented in the hierarchically constructed shared working memory called as a blackboard. The communication for the collaboration is done through the blackboard. The problem solving steps are contained in the global controller, one of a component that consists the blackboard architecture, as knowledge. The global controller activates proper submodules based on the knowledge. By applying the blackboard architecture the collaboration problem among submodules in the grating production process scheduling system (GPSS) has been solved as well as the system became adaptable to the future modifications and expansions.

  • The railway system is an interface industry that can be safely operated by organically operating the lines, vehicles, controls, etc. Various data are generated in the operation and maintenance activities of the railway system. These data are utilized in cooperation with safety and maintenance activities in each field, but amount of data is insufficient for data analysis of safety management due to relevant data being produced without any synchronous criteria such as time or space. In particular, reference data such as location and time of failure data for each field are set to different criteria according to the work characteristics in each field. So, it is not easy to analyze data integrally based on location and time. Therefore, mapping of reference data can be required for integrated analysis of data defined in different formats. By selecting data mapping tools and verifying the results of safety relevant data with the same criteria, the purpose of this paper is to enable integrated analysis of railway safety management data occurring in different fields based on location and time.
