산모와 배우자의 태교인식과 실천에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognition and Practice of the Delivered Woman and Her Husband for the Fetal Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to perform the fetal education effectively for the delivered woman and her husband. This study was conducted by the questionnaire survey on 199 delivered women and their 171 husbands at several hospitals located in Seoul and Kyonggi Province from February 28 to March 26, 2002. The contents of questionnaire included the purposes, the cognition and the practice of fetal education. The SAS program was used for the statistical analysis of the data. The character of subject was analyzed by the percentage. The difference between the cognition and practice of fetal education was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Wilcoxon rank sum test. The factor analysis affected on the practice of fetal education was adopted by Multiple regression. The results were as follows; 1. In the purpose of fetal education, the well- balanced emotion showed the highest mark. The cognition of fetal education(woman:$4.39{\pm}0.52$, husband:$3.88{\pm}0.70$) and the practice (woman:$3.88{\pm}0.60$, husband:$3.83{\pm}0.70$) showed the relatively high mark, but the score of cognition showed higher than that of practice. 2. In the comparison of the cognition between the delivered woman and the husband for the fetal education the item of the mental or health state would affect unborn baby, which occupied the highest mark in both woman and the husband(woman:$4.81{\pm}0.44$, husband:$4.81{\pm}0.50$). But they were prohibited to eat the deformed food, which showed the lowest mark(woman:$3.19{\pm}1.12$, husband:$3.21{\pm}1.29$). 3. In the comparison of the practice for the fetal education between the delivered woman and the husband, the practice for the healthy baby showed the highest mark in woman ($4.51{\pm}0.71$), which had a statistically significant difference(P=0.025), compared with that of the husband($4.13{\pm}0.99$). 4. In the comparison of cognition and practice for the fetal education, the general character was associated with the duration of marriage, the satisfaction with marriage and the support of husband on pregnancy. The mark was associated with the age of woman, the level of education and the first birth. 5. The significant factors influencing on the practice for the fetal education were connected with the cognition of fetal education, age, satisfaction with marriage, the support of husband on pregnancy, the type of family, the experience of delivery and the state of health during the period of pregnancy. etc. In conclusion, it is indicated to make effort for transforming and developing the traditional fetal education in accordance with the modern fetal education. And it is suggested that the fetal education might be recognized by all members of family, and the importance of husband's role for the fetal education should be informed as well as that of woman's.

  • The polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common endocrinological disorder of reproductive age women with a prevalence of 5 to 8 %. The most common diagnostic criteria used for polycystic ovary syndrome are oligo- or an-ovulation, clinical and/ or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism and polycystic ovaries. Hyperandrogenism results in increased estrogen levels and lack of cyclic progesterone due to anovulation and persistent stimulation of the endometrium may lead to endometrial hyperplasia or adenocarcinoma development. In this mini review, we aimed to evaluate the possible relationship between polycystic ovary syndrome and endometrial cancer.

  • 코딩 교육이 초등학생부터 의무화 되어 프로그래밍의 중요성이 날이 갈수록 높아지고 있고, 현재 전 세계 공용어인 영어는 필수라 할 수 있게 된 사회이다. 본 논문에서는 유아에게 코딩과 영어를 지루하고 어려운 것일 거라는 틀을 깨고 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 하는 STEAM 코딩 교육을 적용한 유아용 영어 학습 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 유아가 직접 방향 코딩을 하여 길을 찾아가는 과정에서의 창의력 발달과 목적지에 도착했을 때 해당 과일의 영단어를 확인하고 발음을 듣게 하여 언어능력발달에 도움이 될 것 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

학습자 인식 분석을 통한 여성 공학교육 방향 탐색 사례 연구 (A Case Study of Exploring the Direction of Woman Engineering Education by the Analysis of Learner's Recognition)

  • 정보화 사회에서 여성의 사회 참여와 인적 개발은 국가 경쟁력 강화의 필수 요건이 되었다. 최근 공학계열에서도 꾸준히 여성 인력이 늘어나고 있으며, 여성들의 특성인 섬세함과 정확성은 공학인으로 성공할 수 있는 중요한 요인으로 인식되기도 한다. 하지만, 공학교육에서 여성을 위한 제도나 환경적 배려가 없는 실정이며, 여성인적자원 개발을 위한 체계적 연구들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 인식 분석을 바탕으로 여성공학교육의 방향을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 여성 공학교육에 대한 인적자원개발적 맥락 관점과 교수학습 방법적 관점에서 문헌조사를 실시하였으며, 공학교육에 대한 학습자 인식 분석과 전문가 협의 등을 통한 여학생 공학교육의 현황과 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대한 권고사항들을 제안하였다. 399명(남: 206명, 여: 193명)의 P 대학 학습자 인식을 분석한 결과에 따르면 (a)교과이론 이해도, (b)만족도, (c)동기, (d)학습 능력, (e)부모 기대, (f)수업 즐거움, (g)교과 성적 기대에서 성별에 따른 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 권고사항을 인지적 영역, 정의적 영역, 동기적 영역, 교수학습 전략 및 환경 제도 개선 영역의 관점에서 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 여성 인적자원개발을 위한 단초를 제공하는 역할을 할 것이라 기대한다.

대전 지역 주민의 건강 향상을 위한 식습관 및 건강상태, 질병 대처 방안에 관한 기초자료와 교육 요구도 조사 (Survey on Food Habits, Health Condition and Precaution for Disease for the Health Improvement of Community People in Taejon)

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate some problems related to health and to identify citizen's needs related to nutrition education program. The data were analyzed by using $x^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA and multiple range test. The food habits score was 70.0 of 100. The score of man was 69.0, while that of woman was 72.6. Since woman's food habit was better than man, education to man is more needed. Man's BMI was 22.5 and that of woman was 21.4. W/H ratio of man was 0.85 and that of woman was 0.80. BMI and W/H ratio increased as age increases. Systolic blood pressure was 123.5mmHg and diastolic blood pressure was 83.2mmHg. All age groups need the education of blood pressure control. Since subjects who did regular exercise were only 26.3%, these community people needed more regular exercise, specially woman. It turned out that subjects were afraid of cancer, hypertension, cerebral vascular diseases which are related with food habits. The disease or symptom having the highest mobility were dental disease, gastroenteric disorder, headache and constipation. They asked for counselling about health, diet therapy, protection methods of disease and menu planning etc. The program of education for health and good food habits should be developed according to subjects's age, sex, education etc. These results showed primary needs on the curriculum of citizen's education program for enhancing health. In addition, we suggest the research on the practical curriculum of nutrition education program.

기혼여성 학습자의 학습에 대한 갈등과 만족도 분석 (Analysis of Conflict and Satisfaction on Learning of Married Woman Learners)

  • This study was aimed at analyzing married woman learners' types of learning desire, factors of conflict and satisfaction of learning. The subjects were 165 married women who were in attendance at general graduate schools located in Busan city and Gyeongnam province. The results were as follows. Firstly, Married woman learners preferred schools of natural sciences to schools of liberal arts, and entered graduate schools mainly according to their wishes. Secondly, Their learning desire type was followed by purpose-oriented, learning-oriented, and activity-oriented types. Thirdly, internal factor in their conflict factor was higher than external factor. Lastly, positive aspect in learning satisfaction was higher than negative aspect.

경력단절여성의 개인특성에 따른 재취업욕구 차이 분석 (Analysis of the Differences in Re-employment Need on the Individual Characteristic of Career Interrupted Woman)

  • 본 연구는 경력단절여성의 개인특성에 따른 구직의사와 구직활동의 재취업욕구 차이를 분석하여 이들의 경제활동을 지원하는데 필요한 자료와 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 경력단절여성과 직업교육, 개인특성과 재취업욕구의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 선행연구를 검토하고 실증분석 하였다. 경력단절여성 중 직업교육경험이 있는 자를 대상으로 실시한 150부의 설문자료를 분석하여, 일원변량분석과 T검증을 실시하였으며, SPSS 12.0v 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 개인특성에 따라 재취업욕구에 차이가 있으며, 구직의사와 구직활동에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 경력단절여성의 개인특성에 따라 재취업 방안을 제시 할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 경력단절여성의 개인특성을 고려한 맞춤형 교육과 제도개선이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

여성의복행태에 대한 남여별 반응과 가족가치관과의 관계연구 (The Responses of Males and Females to the Clothing Behaviors of Women, and Its Relationship with Their Family Values)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the responses of males and females to the woman's clothing behaviors and its relationship with their family values. This paper deals with four items such as aesthetics, modesty, fashion, extravagance in clothing behavior, and six items for family values such as influence of family and family government, woman's spheres of activity, economic responsibility, relationships with relatives, organizational activity, and care of the aged. The guestionnaires were given to 470 adult males and females in Seoul-Kyunggi area. Date were analyzed statistically by correlation, t-test. The results were as follows : 1. The females scored significantly higher on the four aspects of woman's clothing behaviors the aesthetics, the modesty, the fashion, the extravagance than did the males. It was found that the females were much interested in woman's clothing behaviors than werethe males. 2. But there were no differences between males and females in order of scoring on the woman's clothing behaviors. 3. The responses of males and females to the woman's clothing behaviors were significantly related to their family values. i) Both the males and females respondents who had greater traditionalism in family values put greater emphasis to the modesty among the woman's clothing behaviors, ii) The males respondents who had great traditionalism in family values put great emphasis to the extravagance among the woman's clothing behaviors, while the females who had great traditionalism in family values put great emphasis to the aesthetics.

성인재무교육에서 경제복지의 주관적 평가에 관한 연구 (Subjective Economic Well-Being of Consumers in Personal Financial Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of financial behaviors and subjective economic well-being in personal financial education through research targeted at adults. The results indicated by the research can be summarized as follows. First, there was a significant difference found in the changes of financial behaviors in accordance with the types of financial education programs, the time period, and the methods of financial education. Second, financial behaviors were higher when participating in profit financial education programs or in workplace financial education programs. Additionally, the increase was higher when participating in long-term programs. Third, the positive effects on subjective economic well-being were financial behaviors, participation in profitable financial education programs, unmarried and income level.
