배전급 케이블 종단부의 결점이 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Defects on Electrical Characteristics of Distributing Cable Termination)

  • 본 논문은 모의된 시공불량에 따른 결점을 가진 배전급 종단부의 전기적인 사고에 대하여 실험적으로 조사한 것을 나타낸다. 실험에 조립형과 열수축형인 두 개의 종단재를 사용하였다. 우리는 시공불량에 따른 모의 결점을 가진 케이블 종단부를 제작하여 교류 및 임펄스 내전압 시험과 같은 절연 특성을 고찰하였다. 두께 감소나 하우징의 스트레스콘과 반도전층 사이의 틈과 같은 결점의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 절연체의 두께 감소 시 교류 절연파괴 강도는 급격히 감소하였고 이 절연체의 절연파괴 흔적은 타원형으로 나타났다. 스트레스콘과 반도전출 사이의 틈은 절연내력에 매우 나쁜 영향을 주었다. 열수축형에서, 교류 절연파괴 전압은 가열 시간이 짧을 때 낮아졌다.

현장 배근이 LB-DECK 패널의 구조거동에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Structural Behavior of LB-DECK Panel Considering Rebar-Arrangement in Site)

  • 본 연구는 최근 교량에 많이 이용되고 있는 프리캐스트 바닥판(LB-DECK) 패널과 후타설 현장콘크리트 슬래브의 합성거동 여부 및 내부에 매입된 하면 주철근의 합성 후 구조적 거동을 분석한 것이다. 이를 위하여 현장배근 주철근의 철근량 및 배근방법에 따라 LB-DECK 패널의 정적거동 실험을 하여 현장타설 콘크리트 패널(FCP)과 비교 분석하였으며, 반복하중에 대한 평가를 위하여 피로실험을 하였다. 실험 결과, LB-DECK 패널 주철근량의 50%를 LB-DECK 패널 내부에 추가 배근하였을 경우 가장 우수한 강성을 나타내었으며, LB-DECK 패널이 FCP에 비해 평균 52.1%의 강성 증가 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 LB-DECK 패널에 대한 피로 실험 결과 200만회 반복하중에서도 충분한 건전도를 유지함을 알 수 있었다.

탄성플랫폼 충격응답 스펙트럼 기준에 따른 다기능콘솔 충격해석 연구 (A Study on the Shock Analysis of the Multi-Function Console According to the Shock Response Spectrum Requirements of the Elastic Platform)

  • Prior to installation in a navy ship, shipboard equipment should be qualified by shock test requirements. The multi-function console mounted on the elastic platform of the ship should also withstand given shock loads. In this study, both real shock test methods, as well as numerical computer simulations using the finite element method were used to verify structural durability under shock load conditions. First, we used domestic test facilities to perform possible shock tests, including an impact hammer test, a drop table test and a shaker shock test. Full model tests satisfying the shock response spectrum level were performed. Thereafter, an analytical model of the complex console structure was built by the finite element method. Finally, numerical results were verified by modal test results of the real product and an FEA analysis was also performed with a full model transient response analysis.

  • EHV power cables can take any damage during shipping, transportation, handling, storage and installation. As the damage influences a reliability of the power cable system in the short and long periods, field tests have been required, for installers, to confirm the reliability of an installed system and, for utilities, to make sure the compatibility of an installed system. Of field tests, a HV withstand test for the cable insulation has been performed to check the soundness of the insulation. For EHV XLPE power cables, the test has been done by applying a specified d.c voltage till lately. But as some problems with the d.c test is emphasized and the equipment for the a.c test is improved, the a.c test is considered positively as an after-installation test. This paper describes the recent trends of the a and its recent application in the field.

전자부품의 새로운 절연평가기법 연구 (A Study on the New Evaluation Method on Insulation of Electronic Components)

  • This paper describes a low-level partial discharge(PD) testing that has been accepted as a non-destructive test method on insulation performance of electronic components. A comparative PD analysis combined with the Withstand Voltage Test (WVT) specified in IEC standards is carried out on high frequency switching transformers. The analysis shows that insulation degradation of the transformers under test progresses during the WVT. To avoid insulation degradation of the specimen, PD test has to be carried out at as low voltage as possible. In this study, the PD test on the transformers is performed in ranges from 50% to 70% of the test voltage specified in the WVT by measuring apparent charges below 1 pC. From the experimental results, it is expects that the low-level PD test is applicable for electronic components as a replacement of the WVT.

  • LTV(Light Tactical Vehicle) operating in our military requires higher levels of performance and durability to withstand harsher conditions than general vehicles, as they must travel on both rough-train and off-road as well as on public roads. Recently, LTV development is demanded a variety of test evaluations in order to satisfy ROC (Required Operational Capability) by the military requirement. However, there is no informations of driving test course for satisfying the durability performance of Korean tactical vehicle. Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data to establish reliable drive test conditions by analyzing the main maneuvering test site at the domestic and foreign country in order to select the representative drive course. These studies will provide a more scientific and systematic evaluation solution for the development of tactical vehicles, and can be effectively used to establish a certified system for military vehicle test evaluation in the future

  • Bumper back beam is one of the essential structural components of front-end module. It should be designed to withstand a minor bump in low-speed collision, 2.5 mph crash test for example. And weight reduction is always important problem in the design of almost all the parts in car for energy saving. So, the key issues in shape design of a bumper are weight reduction and the performance in 2.5mph crash test. In this study, a light weight and high performance bumper back beam model was developed using analytical approach based on mechanics and FE simulation together.

  • Capacitive current switching test for circuit breaker and load breaker switch requires special attention because, after current interruption, the capacitive load contains an electrical charge and can cause dielectric restrike and re-ignition of the switching devices. therefore dielectric strength of capacitor load bank shall be able to withstand 4Vt (Vt : test voltage) and charging voltage discharged within 1 min. In this paper presents both characteristic of capacitive current switching tests and design of capacitor load bank.

  • Power transformer shall be designed and constructed to withstand the mechanical and thermal stresses produced by external short circuits which include three-phase, single line to ground, double line-to-ground, and line-to-line faults on any one set terminals at a time. This paper presents the method of short-circuit test and means of evaluation during and after each test to judge the results of short-circuit tests.

  • Metal raw materials and chemical additives, which are raw materials for secondary batteries, are pulverized by the high-speed rotation of the Grinding Disc of the Classifier Separator Mill (CSM). Grinding discs are required to withstand abrasion, corrosion, high-speed rotational force and impact. In order to analyze the stability of domestic and foreign grinding discs, quality tests including surface roughness, surface lubrication, surface state measurement, and surface 3D shape measurement were analyzed. When producing developed products, it shows that excellent products can be produced.
