청약과 관련한 CISG규정하에서 이루어지는 전자통신에 유엔전자협약 적용시 유의사항 (A Study on Notable Points in Mind for the Use of Electronic Convention to be Made under CISG in Connections with Offer)

  • A motive and aim of enactment of UN Convention on the Use of Electronic Communication in Int'l Contracts is based on need to eliminate legal obstacles that might arise under existing int'l trade law instruments and promote int'l electronic commercial transaction. But when it is used with related articles, 14, 15, 16, 17 for offer under CISG, one of the most successful conventions which produces substantive law for the unification of int'l trade, questions of practical importance, for example possibilities of withdrawal, revocation, rejection of offer, the extent of its criteria arise from therewith. In conclusion, a effective electronic offer has to assure easily access and confirmation of trade terms besides criteria of offer under CISG. An offer can be withdrawal, if electronic message of withdrawal has entered the offeree's server before or at the same time when the offer has reached the offeree but agreement expressly or impliedly, between the parties about type, format, email address is a prerequisited. Implied consent could be presumed through prior conduct or trade usages between the parties under CISG articles 8, 9. The term "have reached" correspond to the time which is able to retrieve the electronic message of withdrawal. But without express or implied agreement between them about electronic communication of type, format, email address, an offer can be withdrawal before or at the same time when it has entered offeree's other e-mail address and confirmed by his retrieval. In case of the revocation, electronic message of the revocation is effective before the offeree's dispatching an acceptance. A prerequisite for the revocation by electronic communication is came as the above mentioned withdrawal except for concept of a time difference for reach. In case of a rejection of offer, when a rejection by electronic communication has entered the offeror's server, an offer is ended. But a prerequisite for the rejection by electronic message is same as the above mentioned withdrawal and revocation.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae 를 이용한 반복 유가식 ethanol 발효에서 ethanol 생산량을 증가를 위한 운전 전략 (Operational Strategy for Increasing Ethanol Production in Repeated Fed-batch Ethanol Fermentation Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae)

  • S. cerevisiae ATCC 24858을 이용한 ethanol 생산에서, aeration 효과를 ethanol 수율, specific ethanol production rate, ethanol 생산성 측면에서 분석하여, 반복 유가식 공정전략을 설계하였다. Ethanol 수율과 ethanol 생산성은 공기를 0.33 vvm 넣었을 때, 공기를 넣지 않고 배양한 것에 비하여 더 큰 값을 보였고, 24시간 마다 배지를 교체한 배양이 36시간 마다 배지를 교체한 배양 보다 더 큰 값을 보였다. 총 ethanol 생산량 값이 가장 큰 경우는 0.33 vvm의 공기를 넣고, 배지를 24시간마다 완전히 갈아주었을 때이고, 이때 가장 많은 703.8 g의 ethanol이 생산되었다.

Investigation of 180W separation by transient single withdrawal cascade using Salp Swarm optimization algorithm

  • The 180W is the lightest isotope of Tungsten with small abundance ratio. It is slightly radioactive (α decay), with an extremely long half-life. Its separation is possible by non-conventional single withdrawal cascades. The 180W is used in radioisotopes production and study of metals through gamma-ray spectroscopy. In this paper, single withdrawal cascade model is developed to evaluate multicomponent separation in non-conventional transient cascades, and available experimental results are used for validation. Numerical studies for separation of 180W in a transient single withdrawal cascade are performed. Parameters affecting the separation and equilibrium time of cascade such as number of stages, cascade arrangements, feed location and flow rate for a fixed number of gas centrifuges (GC) are investigated. The Salp Swarm Algorithm (SSA) as a bio-inspired optimization algorithm is applied as a novel method to minimize the feed consumption to obtain desired concentration in the collection tank. Examining different cascade arrangements, it is observed in arrangements with more stages, the separation is further efficient. Based on the obtained results, with increasing feed flow rate, for fixed product concentration, the cascade equilibrium time decreases. Also, it is shown while the feed location is the farthest stage from the collection tank, the separation and cascade equilibrium time are well-organized. Finally, using SSA optimal parameters of the cascade is calculated, and optimal arrangement to produce 5 gr of 180W with 90% concentration in the tank, is proposed.

Haloperidol 투여후 금단기간에 따른 백서 선조체의 [$^3H$]Spiperone 결합 및 Dopamine 대사물질의 변화 (Time-Course of [$^3H$]Spiperone Binding and Dopamine Metabolism in the Rat Striatum after Withdrawal from Haloperidol Ttreatment)

  • The effects of 3 week treatment with haloperidol(2mg/kg/day, i.p.) on dopamine(DA) D2 receptor and DA metabolism in rat striata were studied at various time points after withdrawal from the drug treatment. Striatal DA D2 receptors were characterized with the radioligand 0.5nM [$^3H$]Spiperone. Dopamine(DA), homovanillic acid(HVA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenyl acetic acid(DOPAC) in rat striatum were measured with the high performance liquid chromatography. Drug withdrawal for 1 week induced significant increase in the number of D2 receptor in striatum after withdrawal for 1 week(p<0.05), and then this change was restored to control level during the withdrawal time of 2 and 4 weeks. There was no difference in striatal concentrations of DA and its metabolites among the groups. In conclusion, one-week withdrawal from chronic haloperidol treatment induced DA D2 receptor supersensitivity in the striatum, and that was normalized rapidly. Though this adaptive change in DA receptors, it may not affect the metabolism of DA in striatum.

Establishment of Withdrawal Time of Erythromycin for the Cultured Black Rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) after Oral Administration

  • Withdrawal time of erythromycin in the cultured black rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) was investigated to provide regulatory authority and fishery industry with full information needed to secure food safety of the fish treated with erythromycin. Medication was carried out using the experimental diet containing erythromycin of which concentration was 200 mg/kg diet and its daily dose was about 40 mg/kg body weight. The withdrawal time needed to reduce antibiotic contents around 10.0 mg/kg accumulated during 9 days medication below 0.2 mg/kg was identified about 10 days. The antibiotic with 13.7 mg/kg of fish on the $9^{th}$ days of medication was completely depleted after 30 days from stop of medication.

아동의 사회적 위축과 또래소외 간의 종단적 관계 (Analysis of Longitudinal Relation of Children's Social Withdrawal and Peer Alienation)

  • 본 연구는 아동의 사회적 위축과 또래소외 간의 관계를 종단적으로 검증해보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구는 한국아동 청소년패널의 초등학교 1학년 연령집단을 대상으로 2010년부터 2015년까지 조사한 자료를 활용하였고, 2차년도부터 5차년도까지 참여한 총 2,110명의 아동의 자료가 분석되었다. 아동의 사회적 위축의 변화와 또래소외의 경향을 알아보기 위해 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였다. 또한 2차년도부터 4차년도까지 측정한 아동의 사회적 위축과 3차년도와 5차년도에 측정한 또래소외 간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 잠재성장모형을 적용하였다. 첫째, 아동의 사회적 위축의 변화를 알아본 결과, 아동의 사회적 위축은 시간이 흐름에 따라 선형적으로 변화하는 것으로 나타났으며, 아동의 사회적 위축의 초기치는 개인마다 차이가 있고, 변화율에서도 개인차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 사회적 위축의 초기치와 변화율은 3학년에 측정한 또래소외에는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 아동의 사회적 위축의 초기치와 변화율은 5학년에 측정한 또래소외에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 아동의 사회적 위축과 또래소외를 예방하거나 중재하기 위한 교육이나 지원이 필요함을 제시한다.

양식 넙치 (Paralichthys olivaceus)의 Enrofloxacin 휴약기간 (Withdrawal Time of Enrofloxacin in Oliver Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) after Oral Administration)

  • Enrofloxacin (ENRO) is one of the most commonly used fluoroquinolones for treating bacterial disease in olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) farming, but its withdrawal time for industrial-scale farming has not been well established. Withdrawal times of ENRO following oral administration were evaluated in olive flounder under field conditions. Fish were held in an inland fish tank and fed a commercial mediated diet containing 5 mg/kg of ENRO for 9 days. Seven fish per sampling point were examined during and after treatment. ENRO and its major metabolite, ciprofloxacin (CIP), were analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detector. The concentration of ENRO and CIP in muscle increased during the medication period, and then decreased rapidly The sum of ENRO and CIP concentration in olive flounder peaked on day 6, with a maximal concentration in muscle of 4.30 mg/kg. ENRO residues were eliminated rapidly; at 10 days post treatment, the level in muscle was 0.10 mg/kg, but it took about 50 days to be reduced to below 0.1 mg/kg. After 60 days, the residual concentration was below 0.1 mg/kg in all samples. The level of ENRO accumulation at the beginning of oral administration was variable, according to the farming conditions, but the overall exhaustion time was almost the same. We concluded that an adequate withdrawal period of enrofloxacin is 60 days in the case of oral administration.

댐 방류형태가 하류 하천 수온변화에 미치는 영향 예측 (Simulation of Water Temperature in the Downstream According to Withdrawal Types of Dam using EFDC Model)

  • In this study, we simulated water temperature in the downstream according to withdrawal types of dam using EFDC model. Three scenarios were assumed as water was released from the surface layer, the middle layer, and the bottom layer at intervals of 10m depth. In case of the surface layer withdrawal, the water temperature rose from March and lowered gradually after it reached a peak in August. The middle and the bottom layers effluence temperatures were lower than the surface layer temperature by maximum $15.9^{\circ}C$(in July), but after September, temperature inversion appeared. It was advantageous for the surface layer withdrawal to decrease cold damage and fog in downstream area and was possible to the middle and the bottom layers withdrawal from August to September. However, the reliability of model should be improved by accumulating the real-time information of water temperature.

A Study on the Comparison of Solderability Assessment

  • The purpose of solderability assessment is to predict the effectiveness of soldering process. It is important for companies pursuing zero defects manufacturing because poor solderability is the major cause of two third of soldering failures. The most versatile solderability method is wetting balance method. However, there exist so many indices for wettability in the wetting balance test e.g. time to reach 2/3 values of maximum wetting force, tine to reach zero wetting force, maximum withdrawal force. In this study, three solderability assessment methods, which were the maximum withdrawal force, the wetting balance and the dynamic contact angle (DCA), were evaluated by comparing each other. The wetting balance technique measures the solderability by recording the forces exerted from the specimen after being dipped into the molten solder. Then the force at equilibrium state can be used to calculate a contact angle, which is known as static contact angles. The DCA measures contact angles occurred during advancing and withdrawing of the specimen and the contact angles are known as dynamic contact angles. The maximum withdrawal force uses the maximum force during withdrawal movement and then a contact angle can be calculated. In this study, the maximum withdrawal force method was found to be an objective index for measuring the solderability and the experiment results indicated good agreement between the maximum withdrawal force and the wetting balance method.

Application of ELISA for the Detection of Penicillin Antibiotic Residues in Live Animal

  • Penicillin antibiotics such as penicillin G, ampicillin and amoxicillin have been widely used in the pig industry to control salmonellosis, bacterial pneumonia, and urinary tract infections. Extensive use of antibiotics in veterinary clinics has resulted in tissue residues and bacterial resistance. To prevent unwanted drug residues entering the human food chain, extensive control measures have been established by both government authorities and industries. The demands for reliable, simple, sensitive, rapid and low-cost methods for residue analysis of foods are increasing. In this study, we established a rapid prediction test for the detection of pigs with unacceptable tissue residues of penicillins. The recommended therapeutic doses of three penicillins, penillin G (withdrawal time, 7 days), ampicillin (withdrawal time, 7 days) and amoxicillin (withdrawal time, 14 days), were administered to three groups of 20 pigs each. Blood was sampled before drug administration and during the withdrawal period. The concentration of penicillins in plasma, determined by a semi-quantitative ELISA, were compared to that of internal standard, 4 ppb, which corresponded to the Maximum Residue Limit in milk. The absorbance ratio of internal standard to sample (B/Bs) was employed as an index to determine whether drug residues in pig tissues were negative or positive. That is, a B/Bs ratio less than 1 was considered residue positive, and larger than 1 negative. All 60 plasma samples from pigs were negative to three penicillins at pretreatment. Penicillin G could be detected in the plasma of the treated pigs until day 4 post-treatment and ampicillin until day 2, whereas amoxicillin could be detected until day 10 of its withdrawal period. The present study showed that the semi-quantitative ELISA could be easily adapted to detect residues of penicillin antibiotics (penicillin G, ampicillin and amoxicillin) in live pigs.
