인공절리를 이용한 심발 발파에서의 지반진동 비교 (A Comparison of Ground Vibration in Center Cut Blasting using Artificial Joints)

  • 터널 굴착시 지반진동을 감소시키기 위해 굴착면에 부분적인 자유면을 형성하고 제어발파를 수행하는 자유면 발파공법이 적용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 다이어몬드 와이어 쏘를 이용하여 인공절리를 심발부에 형성하고, 심발부 발파 시 발생되는 지반진동을 비교함으로써 인공절리에 의한 지반진동 감소를 평가하였다. 해석 결과, 일반 심발발파보다 인공절리 심발발파에서 지반진동이 감소하였으며, 수직 인공절리 심발발파보다 수평 인공절리 심발발파에서의 지반진동 감소 효과가 더 크게 평가되었다.

BSCCO 초전도 선재의 미세조직 및 임계전류밀도에 미치는 공정변수 효과 (Effect of Processing Variables on Microstructure and Critical Current Density of BSCCO Superconductors Tape)

  • We evaluated the effect of processing variables on microstructural evolution interface irregularity between Ag sheath and superconductor core and resultant critical current density(J$_{c}$) of (Bi,Pb)$_2$Sr$_2$Ca$_2$Cu$_3$O$_{x}$(2223) superconductor tape. The value of J$_{c}$ was significantly influenced by the interface irregularity, degree of texturing and relative 2223 content. The interface became more irregular(sausage effect), while the degree of texturing gradually improved as the dimension of tape decreased during forming process. As the dimension of wire/tape were changed from diameter of 3.25 mm to thickness of 0.20 mm, J$_{c}$ value was observed to be increased by 10 times. In addition, optimum sintering temperature for improved J$_{c}$ was observed to be 835$^{\circ}C$ in a ambient atmosphere probably due to combined effect of both improved texturing and high 2223 content. Microstructural investigation showed the degree of texturing was degraded by the existence of both second phases and interface irregularity. It was observed that larger grain size and better texturing was developed near relatively flat interface compared to those inside superconducting core.ting core.

Cu 전해도금을 이용한 TSV 충전 기술 (TSV Filling Technology using Cu Electrodeposition)

  • TSV(through silicon via) filling technology is making a hole in Si wafer and electrically connecting technique between front and back of Si die by filling with conductive metal. This technology allows that a three-dimensionally connected Si die can make without a large number of wire-bonding. These TSV technologies require various engineering skills such as forming a via hole, forming a functional thin film, filling a conductive metal, polishing a wafer, chip stacking and TSV reliability analysis. This paper addresses the TSV filling using Cu electrodeposition. The impact of plating conditions with additives and current density on electrodeposition will be considered. There are additives such as accelerator, inhibitor, leveler, etc. suitably controlling the amount of the additive is important. Also, in order to fill conductive material in whole TSV hole, current wave forms such as PR(pulse reverse), PPR(periodic pulse reverse) are used. This study about semiconductor packaging will be able to contribute to the commercialization of 3D TSV technology.

프리스트레스트 와이어로프를 사용한 RC 벽체의 단부 경계요소 내진보강 평가 (Evaluation of Seismic Strengthening Approach at the Boundary Elements of RC Walls using Prestressed Wire Rope Units)

  • 이 연구에서는 연성중심의 보강을 위하여 벽체의 양단부에서 경계요소를 형성하는 내진 보강공법이 적용된 벽체의 반복 휨 거동을 평가하였다. 벽체 경계요소에서 구속효과를 위한 횡보강은 프리스트레스트 와이어로프를 사용하였다. 주요 변수는 제시된 단면 확대공법의 보강 높이로 하였다. 최소 보강 높이는 보강 벽체와 기존 벽체의 모멘트 분포의 비교로부터 결정하였다. 실험결과, 제시된 보강방법은 벽체의 휨 강성 및 연성향상에 매우 효율적이었는데, 최대내력 시 강성과 최대내력의 80%지점에서 산정한 일손상지수는 무보강 벽체에 비해 각각 평균 46%와 210% 증가하였다. 보강높이가 벽체의 일손상지수 증가에 미치는 영향은 보강높이가 $2.0l_w$ 이상일 때 중요하지 않았다. 보강된 벽체의 휨 내력은 ACI 318-14에서 제안하는 등가응력블록을 통한 예측 값보다 22% 이상 높았다.

충돌검지 다중접속 프로토콜에 의한 2선식 RS232C 직렬통신 인터페이스 구현 (Implementation of two wire RS232C Serial Communication Interface using CSMA protocol)

  • 본 논문에서는 충돌검지 다중 접속 프로토콜을 적용하여 기존의 3선식 RS232C직렬 통신 포트를 2선식 공통 통신채널에 접속하여 다중접속을 가능하게 하는 인터페이스의 구현을 다루었다. 기존의 3선식 RS232C직렬 통신포트의 하드웨어의 변경 없이 송신데이터와 수신데이터를 공통데이터 선으로 결합하는 인터페이스회로에 의하여 2선으로 구성하였다. 2선식 연결방법에 의하여 다수의 호스트가 공통선로에 연결되는 경우2개 이상의 호스트가동시에 데이터를 전송할 경우 데이터의 충돌이 발생한다. 이를 감지하기 위하여 전송 데이터를 궤환하여 비교하고 전송데이터의 왜곡 여부로 데이터 충돌을 검지한다. 데이터의 재전송시 충돌 확률을 낮추기 위하여 여러 가지 재전송 모델링을 제시하였으며 각 방법에 대한 실험결과를 통하여 성능을 비교하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 기존의 RS232C 기기의 회로를 거의 변경하지 많고 다중접속이 가능하게 함으로 기존의 각종기기 및 설비를 단일 통신선로에 의한 네트워크에 연결하는 데 응용될 수 있다.

  • In this study, a passive control using a boat-tail device is conducted for a three-dimensional car model in ground proximity. We consider various boat-tails and investigate the mechanism of drag reduction by them. By varying the length and slant angle of boat-tail, we obtain drag reductions up to 40%. From the oil-surface flow visualization and hot-wire measurement, the drag reduction by the boat-tail is characterized by the shear-layer instability and reattachment on the boat-tail, forming a small separation bubble at the upstream part of boat-tail surface, resulting in the delay of main separation and drag reduction. At high slant angles, the flow fully separates and drag is nearly same as that of no control.

  • Although metal ball can be used as parts of bearing or metal filter, that is used by single product with solder ball or shot ball. Also, according as demand of metal ball of various diameter increase, processing property 솜 extension of coverage are important. Especially an optimal design of cutting roller was investigated for determining appropriate dimensions of components of manufacturing system. In this study, the effects of the diameter and the round radius of cutting roller were calculated and analyzed. We applied data of rigid-plastic FEM Simulation in basis design of equipment to solve these issues, and confirmed processing factor about metal ball manufacturing process that use cutting process of metal wire in this research

  • Forging machinery traditionally gives an impression of heavy, greasy, noisy and approximate equipment. Recent demands from markets, especially automobile, have made machine designers to reconsider their concept. It is also noted that more advanced technologies in other industries, such as electronics and IT, have become accessible. Naturally these technologies were first applied in highly sophisticated fields for additional performance or features with extra expense. Drastic cost reduction in last decade changes this picture. They provide not only performance and functions but also a chance in reducing costs. Powerful servomotors, accurate sensors and fast processor satisfy performance, precision and machine control requirement. Control by wires replaces traditional mechanical linkage. Additional features such as factory automation will come almost free.

  • Process design of multi-step wire drawing process, conducted by means of finite element analysis and ANN(Artificial Neural Network), has been considered. The investigated problem involves the adequate selection of the drawing die angle and the correspondent reduction rate sequence in the condition of desired initial and final diameter. Combinations of the process parameters which are used in finite element simulation are selected by using orthogonal array. Also the orthogonal array and the results of finite element simulation which are related to the process energy are used as train data of ANN. In this study, it is shown that the new technique using ANN is useful method in application to the wide range of metal forming process.

  • Magnesium alloys are becoming important material for light weight car body, due to their low specific density but high specific strength. However they have a poor weldability, caused high oxidization tendency and low vapor temperature. In this study, the laser welding performance of magnesium alloys was investigated for automobile application. The materials were rolled magnesium alloy sheet contains 3%Al and 1%Zn. To evaluate the weldability, we examined the appearance of welding bead. The mechanical property was measured for welded specimen by tensile test. And formability was checked with the Erichsen tester. For the results, the performance of weld in laser welding was enough for press forming such as car body. But it was recommended to use filler wire for reduce the under fill.
