In this paper, the structure of traffic lights removed the wire for the completion of urban aesthetics is analyzed. The finite element model consists of shell elements from three-dimensional CAD model of actual traffic signal. Traffic light pole, horizontal stand shape, thickness, stiffeners, etc. are considered in this study. Analysis of stress and deformation is performed by applying wind load. When the wind load is applied, the result on traffic signal is analyzed. This study is to perform the basic tasks for improving the design.

A school record system by mobile phones is developed using the mobile agent. This developed system support all the wireless protocols by o combined wire and wireless internet Sever for WAP, ME. As a result, it is possible for a student to check his result of achievement and bulletin board by his mobile terminal anywhere, anytime.

In this paper, we designed, constructed and evaluated the system for the FTTH suited to a residence and apartment using CWDM-PON techniques. These systems have capacity to service at 100Mbps rate to 384 users in the same breath. Also, the services include the internet, CATV, IPTV and wireless LAN. In the case of wire network, the data could be transmitted by UTP cable and optical fiber and case of wireless one, the data transmitted using WLAN. The distance between the cental office and the user is 20km and the data rate is 100Mbps maximum. Of course, the optical network used just one fiber optical core. For the basic material, we obtained the characteristics of optical transceiver module, Mux/Demux and transmission qualities depends on the environment.

By using LED optical devices and improving the efficiency of optical devices as well as lighting apparatus for humans, LED lighting industry puts the purpose of manufacturing the main products related with information, electric, large-sized LCD BLU, automobile, shipbuilding, agriculture, medical treatment, environment, and telecommunications, etc. Moreover, the main products and the industrial lighting products are manufactured with fusion, as the result, LED lighting industry provides various effects as well as sources of technology based on practical use of LED technology in order to develop the industry from the perspective of the lower price, the higher efficiency, the higher function, the deeper reliance. In the future, not only the development of new LED technology but also the fusion and combination of digital IT technologies using wire-wireless communication, sensor, controller, and artificial intelligence will be expected to create new industrial fields.

How to manage manhole is to estimate the part without observation and maintain the sewer. To get the information about current flow rate, visiting and measuring specific manhole is positively necessary. Also, there are some problems that accurate measurement of flow rate is difficult and obtaining the information about real-time whole flow rate is impossible. This thesis will easily grasp the accurate location and type of manhole to solve the problems, and provide the manhole system conveying information through direct radio communication with a manhole cover to renewal information of manhole properly. Besides, it intends to save the information about management of waterworks, maintenance of facilities, data for flow rate, and structure of manhole. Using these, it is supposed to offer how to handle manhole. Thus, this thesis delivers the information to manhole and into central servers directly without wire and provides the system and management method for effective maintenance of manhole.

This paper presents a smart monitoring technique for photovoltaic power systems by using wire and wireless communication networks in which the RS-232/484 and the Zigbee communication networks are inherently established respectively. In the proposed monitoring systems, environmental data sequences and the output power measured by sensors in photovoltaic systems are transferred to PC systems via two communication networks. We made electronic hardware boards for sensors and communication networks to construct its real-time monitoring system and carry out experiments for demonstrating reliability of the proposed monitoring system.

The study for ubiquitous computing infra is proceeding actively, it make possible to use service and access network anywhere, anytime because of wire/wireless communication technology and progress of hardware. Domestically, study for the network mobility support technology which is the key technology for future ubiquitous computing realization have progressed, but that is insufficient. Especially, there is no study for independent mobility support study about railway wireless network. So, this study propose network mobility management technology for mobile network infra in railway and proper network model in train.

본 논문에서는 보다 효과적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 전자상거래를 위해 에이전트 기법을 유용하고 휴대형 장비를 이용해 상거래가 가능한 지능형 전자상거래 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템에서는 유.무선 인터넷 사용자는 통합 인터페이스를 통해 시스템에 접근하여 개인화된 에이전트를 생성하고, 이들 에이전트들이 거래과정에 지능적으로 참여함으로서 사용자의 직접적 간섭없이 거래가 이루어진다. 제안한 시스템은 다중(multi)의 에이전트로 구성되어 있으며, 각각의 에이전트는 Perl을 이용해 CGI(Common Gateway Interface)로 구현하였다.

JP Nagoya. Inc started special work(passenger order} to transmit information to the passenger from 2001 following the eastern area' heavy rain in 2000. They introduced 'Passenger Information System' which uses self communication network(LAN, PHS) mainly and wire/wireless and internet jointly. As an information transmission method of this system, there is "train information transmission using PHS" which transmits info to LED display in special train. This system configured by adding new equipments and using existing equipments, network in maximum, this study reviewed the system, which transmits real time operation condition unified by these passenger order to passenger in high quality, more promptly.

본 논문에서는 유무선 통합 망에서 미디어 파일과 같은 자원들을 효율적으로 공유하기 위해, 이동 에이전트 기능을 사용하여 P2P 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 현재 대다수의 P2P 애플리케이션들은 유선망을 기반으로, 서로 다른 API를 사용하고 있어, 플랫폼에 종속적이며, 다양한 네트워크 환경과 디바이스 등을 포함하지 않는다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 오픈 소스 프로젝트인 썬의 JXTA를 이용하여 전체 시스템을 설계하였으며, 기존의 JXTA 프로토콜의 문제점을 모바일 에이전트를 이용해 개선하고자 한다.
