딜리버리 윈도우 로트-스트리밍 흐름 공정 문제 (Lot-Streaming Flow Shop Problem with Delivery Windows)

  • Lot-streaming is the process of splitting a job (lot) into a number of smaller sublots and then scheduling these sublots in order to accelerate the completion of jobs in a multi-stage production system. Anew genetic algorithm (NGA) is proposed for an-job, m-machine, equal-size sublot lot-streaming flow shop scheduling problem with delivery windows in which the objective is to minimize the mean weighted absolute deviation of job completion times from due dates. The performance of NGA is compared with that of an adjacent pairwise interchange (API) method and the results of computational experiments show that NGA works well for this type of problem.

  • This paper presents proposal for an application (only for Windows-based Mobile) that can synchronize the Third Generation Windows-based mobile with the prescribed server. This application can be used by mobile users to send information directly to the WAS server wirelessly. In this paper a comparison between Third Generation technology and WLAN ( both are parallel technologies first one embodied by IMT-2000 standards and the second one by ITU Standards) has been made and also a comparison between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has been made.

  • The purpose of this paper is to monitor ECU's self-diagnostic signal without wire. In order to measure the ECU's self-diagnostic signal, the interfaced circuit is developed to communicate ECU with a designed display terminal according to the ISO, SAE regulation of communication protocol standard. An 80C196KC processor is used for communicating ECU's self-diagnostic signal and communication data are sent to PDA monitoring system that is based on the Windows CE.   • This paper presents a windows program package for solving security constrained OPF in interconnected power systems, which is based on the combined application of evolutionary programming(EP) and sequential quadratic programming(SQP). The objective functions are the minimization of generation fuel costs and system power losses. The control variables are the active power of the generating units, the voltage magnitude of the generator, transformer tap settings and SVC setting. The state variables are the bus voltage magnitude, the reactive power of the generating unit, line flows and the tie line flow. In OPF considering security, the outages are selected by contingency ranking method. The resulting optimal operating point has to be feasible after outages such as any single line outage(respect of voltage magnitude, reactive power generation and power flow limits). The OPF package proposed is applied to 10 machines 39 buses model system.

A 3-D Genetic Algorithm for Finding the Number of Vehicles in VRPTW

  • The problem to be studied here is the minimization of the total travel distance and the number of vehicles used for delivering goods to customers. Vehicle routes must also satisfy a variety of constraints such as fixed vehicle capacity, allowed operating time. Genetic algorithm to solve the VRPTW with heterogeneous fleet is presented. The chromosome of the proposed GA in this study has the 3-dimension. We propose GA that has the cubic-chromosome for VRPTW with heterogeneous fleet. The newly suggested ‘Cubic-GA (or 3-D GA)’ in this paper means the 2-D GA with GLS(Genetic Local Search) algorithms and is quite flexible. To evaluate the performance of the algorithm, we apply it to the Solomon's VRPTW instances. It produces a set of good routes and the reasonable number of vehicles.

  • 이동 기기의 저장장치로 널리 사용되고 있는 플래시 메모리는 하드웨어적 특성으로 인하여 쓰기 전 소거(erase before write) 기법이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 특성으로 인하여 플래시 메모리에서는 성능을 증진시키기 위한 기법이 필요하게 되었으며, 이러한 소프트웨어 모듈을 FTL이라 한다. 플래시 메모리의 용량이 크게 늘어나면서 디스크를 대체할 제품이 등장하고 있으며, 이러한 디스크가 일반 컴퓨터에서의 저장장치로 채택되는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 플래시 메모리 기반의 디스크를 이용한 윈도우 파일 시스템에서의 여러 FTL 알고리즘의 성능을 분석, 비교하고, FTL 알고리즘의 올바른 개선 방향을 제시한다.

  • 본 논문은 현재 각각의 운영체제에서 운영 및 구현되고 있는 Mobile Node들의 의존성을 최소화하여 설계하고 이를 개발한다. Mobile IP의 RFC 2002를 준수하여 Mobile Node를 운영하는 방법을 설계하여 Mobile Node에 이동성을 제공한다. 여기에는 각각 운영체제만의 특정 코드상의 특징을 제외하고 설계된 기본적인 모듈들을 사용하는 방식을 통해 제안하고, 이에 해당하여 사용되는 이동 에이전트인 HUT code를 수정, 보안한다. 이 설계방식을 가볍게 하여 PC기반의 Linux부터 현재 가장 범용적으로 사용되고 있는 Windows계열의 운영체제 및 휴대성을 강조한 PDA상의 Windows CE에서까지 개발한다.

  • Cloud systems are efficient models that can utilize various infrastructures, platforms, and applications regardless of the type of clients. This paper proposes a cloud-based integrated development environment (IDE) for robot software development which would make software development easier. The proposed system provides robot simulation to test the robot HW modules or robot systems for development and testing of software operating in a robot system with two or more different operating systems (OS) such as Windows, Linux, and real-time OS. This paper implements and evaluates the proposed system using OPRoS [33].

Comparison of black and gray box models of subspace identification under support excitations

  • This paper presents a comparison of the black-box and the physics based derived gray-box models for subspace identification for structures subjected to support-excitation. The study compares the damage detection capabilities of both these methods for linear time invariant (LTI) systems as well as linear time-varying (LTV) systems by extending the gray-box model for time-varying systems using short-time windows. The numerically simulated IASC-ASCE Phase-I benchmark building has been used to compare the two methods for different damage scenarios. The efficacy of the two methods for the identification of stiffness parameters has been studied in the presence of different levels of sensor noise to simulate on-field conditions. The proposed extension of the gray-box model for LTV systems has been shown to outperform the black-box model in capturing the variation in stiffness parameters for the benchmark building.
