  • We investigate the types and characteristics of Fintech has become a major issue. Through this, we believe that the essence of Fintech are platform business and market occupancy. To success Fintech business, the price of Fintech services needs to be lower than that of traditional financial services. The solution is to take advantage of big data and big data analysis. Finally, we think only a win-win cooperation with Fintech startups and financial companies in the direction we need to go.

  • This paper presents the usage of software package APM WinMachine for design of train car elements. APM software uses fur maximization of design productivity and efficiency in designing and evaluation machine elements and systems and CAD modeling. In process of machine designing needs make strength calculations of machine parts with complecated design. Will the help of APM software strength calculations can be done quickly. On the Demichovo machine-building plant with the use of APM software were made quickly and effectively strength calculations of the cradle of the suspension of air-conditioner of car train and the mounting brackets of a tank of train toilet.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to contribute in establishing the objectives of government policies through an empirical analysis on the relational characteristics surrounding the self-employed creative enterprises under the current circumstances where the specific empirical studies on the self-employed creative enterprises haven't been performed. According to the result of verification, the social capitals such as reliability, reciprocity and network are necessary due to the characteristics possessed by the self-employed creative enterprises while the reliability between cooperative enterprises is created and the cooperative relationship continues when the enterprises are faithful to their intrinsic activities such as the improvement of productivity rather than the entrepreneur spirit. Such win-win cooperation was eventually shown as having a positive effect on the performance of enterprises.

  • Purpose - This research mainly studied with the promotion of "one belt and one road "initiative's strategy and the construction of China, Japan and South Korea Free Trade Zone, China exports urgently needed industrial products to Japan and South Korea, which will not only help digest excess industrial capacity, optimize China's industrial structure, but also promote the economic development of Japan and South Korea. Research design, data, and Methodology - The study conducted a survey on 2018 year new revision of China-Korea Japan's data. Results -This study shows that In this process, multinational enterprises, as pioneers of economic development, play an irreplaceable role. However, due to the differences between laws of different countries and their own corporate culture concepts, enterprises in different countries will inevitably encounter various conflicts in the process of development. Conclusions -This requires our enterprises to have awareness of legal risk prevention in the process of development, and to study the corporate culture of relevant enterprises to truly achieve win-win cooperation.

  • A safe working environment is an important and crucial factor in the operation of a firm, and is also essential for logistics companies in supply chain management. This study confirmed that the safety climate and safety prevention activities have a positive relationship with safety behavior from the perspective of domestic small and medium-sized logistics companies that continue their business relationships by signing contracts with large logistics companies. In addition, the moderating role of regulatory uncertainty and competition uncertainty in the previous positive relationship was empirically examined.

  • Most of the construction works in domestic are not direct undertaking work, but by a contract method including subcontracting. Therefore, a general contractor for each project jointly carry out construction work with a specialty contractor for each engineering type. However, in terms of contract, this method is not a joint venture contract, but a subcontract. Accordingly, this system can cause various problems between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Therefore, this study aims to extract and present the actual obstacle factors in terms of specialty contract company performing specialty construction work for construction project. The presented contents are expected to present the standard for the cooperation system that the prime contractor and the subcontractor can win-win.

  • This study examined the mediating effects of social capital between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in hospitals nurses'. The survey was conducted with 244 nurses working in a general hospital. The data was collected with the transformational leadership, social capital and organizational commitment and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 and Amos 18.0. A positive relationship was observed between transformational leadership, social capital, and organizational commitment; social capital had a partial mediating effect of a transformational leadership and organizational commitment. To increase the organizational commitment, mediating between the head nurse' transformational leadership and social capital is recommended.

  • The aim of this study was to discover the effects of learners' perceived roles of a tutor on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) satisfaction. To this end, 100 students who took lessons with PBL in the department of nursing science were recruited and asked to fill out a survey. The data was collected and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 Program. The results show that there is relevance between the role of 'Stimulating integration of knowledge' and 'PBL satisfaction' among the four kinds of roles of a tutor, and the role of 'Stimulating integration of knowledge' influences on PBL satisfaction.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis factors influencing the perception of elder in nursing students. Method: The subjects were 340 nursing students, from Y university college. Data were analyzed with SPSS/Win 17.0 program. Results: Images, knowledge, and stereotypes plus perception about elderly showed significant positive correlation. According to the result of multiple regression, religion, interest in the elderly issue, knowledge were significant factor of senior perception explaining 55% of the variances. Conclusion: To improve positive perception of the elderly, it is necessary to efficient management about nursing curriculum and continuous study about that result.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of Kangwon Land as an integrated resort and to suggest the future directions for sustainability. In addition, we will explore strategies for revitalizing the local economy and promoting local coexistence by diagnosing social awareness in order to coexist with the local economy. We examined the internal and external environment of Kangwon Land and investigated regional awareness and win-win strategies for Kangwon Land. Also, we analyzed various strategies and business activities that Kangwon Land is carrying out. In order for Kangwon Land to pursue sustainable growth as a global complex resort, it needs to establish (1) new trend management generating new demand that reflects global trends, (2) strategies to build regional tourism clusters, (3) a global network through global investment and partnership, (4) various CSR and regional cooperation strategies, and (5) CI(Corporate Image) improvement strategies.
