본 연구는 경로구성원의 관계가 단기적인 관점에서 장기적인 관점으로 전환되는 시점에서 경로구성원간 의사소통 질의 중요성을 확인하기 위하여 진행되었다. 과거의 영향전략 연구가 경로구성원의 힘-의존 관계에서의 불균형 관계에 주로 초점을 맞춘 반면, 의사소통 질이라는 개념을 도출하여, 관계적인 경로구성원의 의사소통 측면을 고려하였다. 기존 연구에서 다루어지고 있는 의사소통 질은 경로구성원간에 전달되는 정보의 정확성, 적시성, 유용성, 신뢰성이 확보된 것을 의미한다. 연구모형에서 의사소통 질의 선행요소로서 정보공유 의지, 정보제공 능력을 도입하였고, 의사소통 질의 성과를 검토하기 위하여 갈등수준과의 관계를 점검하였다. 실증은 PC제조업체와 대리점의 관계를 대리점의 관점에서 진행하였다. 결과는, 대체로 기대와 일치하게 나타났으나, 의사소통 질에 대한 정보공유 의지의 영향은 직접적으로 나타나기 보다 정보제공 능력을 경유하여 간접적으로 전달됨을 발견하였다.

본 연구는 국제합작사업 기업들을 대상으로 합작사업 참여기업 간 지식공유 및 활용이 참여자간 특성과 합작 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 국제합작사업의 지식공유 및 활용이 국제합작사업 참여기업 간 특성인 참여기업 간 계약준수, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지, 경영 자율성, 조직문화들과 합작성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 국제합작사업 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 실증분석결과 지식공유 및 활용은 계약준수, 경영자율성, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지, 조직문화에 긍정적인 영향을 주며, 계약준수, 경영자율성, 사업 참여 동기 및 의지는 합작성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The concept of sharing economy has received rich attention in recent years. As a typical type of business model in the sharing economy, online short rent has been paid attention by both industry and academia. In this study, we find trust to be a critical determinant to the success of online short rent platforms. Based on three dimensions of trust theory, i.e., ability, benevolence and integrity, we investigate the factors influencing tenant' willingness to participate in online short rent. We further examine the extent to which trust can influence the number of sales and comments of rooms listed at online short-term rent platforms, which can represent tenant' willingness to participate in the sharing economy. The results show that the trust dimensions represented by a landlord's personal characteristics have significant positive correlations with the number of sales and comments. For example, the real name authentication and the sesame score can represent the trust integrity; online replay ratio and the average confirmation time representing the trust sincerity, and the order acceptance ratio representing the trust ability. On this basis, we proposed some recommendations for both platforms and landlords. For example, the landlords can improve the tenants' trust by authenticating his/her real name, replying actively and timely. For platforms, when they make housing list ranking rules, they can take the landlord's personal attributes that may affect trust into consideration. Moreover, platforms can also allow landlords to supply value-added services to improve service quality and ultimately promote the virtuous circle of the platform ecosphere. Through conducting the empirical research on a particular application of the sharing economy, we aim to fill the research gap of this field in China and provide theoretical and practical contributions to the future development of online short rent.

Clusters mean geographic concentrations of interconnected companies and institutions in a particular field. Geographic, cultural, and institutional proximity provides companies with special access, closer relationships, better information, powerful incentives, and other advantages that are difficult to tap from a distance. And clusters are the knowledge-sharing networks which are composed of co-existence of related industries and supporting industries, sophisticated demand, sponsor of various exhibitions and events, liaison of peripheries and clusters, liaison of clusters and clusters, and governments' willingness for promoting clusters' development.

The paper analyzes a copyright owning firm's incentive to enforce its copyright in the presence of file-sharing networks. I devise a two-period model where a copyright owner sells two different versions of a creator's information good, and show that the firm's overall profits are enhanced by a strategy of differential inter-temporal enforcement of the copyright protection, compared to strategies of no enforcement or full enforcement in both periods. If the firm enforces no copyright protection in the first period, the low-valuation consumers may make and consume copies that are imperfect substitutes for the original information good. If there is a significant increase in the willingness-to-pay of some low-valuation consumers after they experience the information good, the firm can extract the increased consumer surplus by enforcing a positive level of copyright protection in the second period. Social welfare, however, is maximized in the case of no enforcement.

2015년 12월부터 미국에서 시행된 사이버안보 정보공유법(Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act of 2015)은 미국의 사이버안보 입법 활동이 맺은 가장 큰 결실 중 하나이다. 정보공유의 활성화는 한국의 사이버안보 추진체계 개선과제 중 하나로서 향후 한국의 사이버안보 법제도 개선에서 중요하게 다루어야 할 사항이며, 사이버안보법 정보공유법의 연구로부터 많은 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 사이버안보 정보공유법의 내용을 구체적으로 다루면서 그 규범적 의미를 확인하는 국내의 선행연구를 찾기 어렵다. 따라서 용어 정의, 정보공유 절차 수립 및 여건 마련, 민간의 자발적 정보공유 촉진, 행정부에 대한 견제 및 의회 보고, 기타 사항이라는 다섯 가지 범주별로 사이버안보 정보공유법의 내용을 확인하고 규범적 의미와 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 사이버안보 정보공유법은 자율성에 기초한 정보공유를 활성화하는 동시에 정보공유 과정에서 초래될 수 있는 부작용을 제거하는 장치를 마련하고 있다. 향후 한국의 사이버안보 법제도 정비에서 사이버안보 정보공유법의 규범적 의미와 시사점을 적절히 활용하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose - Conventional supply chains (SCs) must identify facilitating roles, such as port or terminal operators, shipping companies, and freight forwarders in executing the various logistical activities that support the organizational strategies of shippers. Meanwhile, supply chain collaborative practices can engender a willingness to share relevant and mutually helpful information. To this end, this study seeks to identify the impact of supply chain integration (SCI) on information sharing (IS) and the operational performance (OP) of Korea's container-shipping industry from the perspective of social capital. Design/methodology - We established the research model for this study based on previous studies. In administering the survey, we obtained 149 valid responses from employees working in liner-shipping companies and freight forwarders in Korea. With the collected questionnaires, the study's hypotheses were tested using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 Findings - The results indicate the existence of a mediated relationship where the impact of SCI on OP is mediated by IS. The effect of external integration (EI) on OP is fully mediated by information quality (IQ) and information-sharing content (ISC). Furthermore, EI, IQ and ISC partially mediate the relationship between internal integration (II) and OP. Originality/value - This study expands SCI contexts, where ISC and IQ respectively serve as bridges between EI and OP which has crucial implications for container-shipping companies in terms of improving their performance.

This study examined the overall relationship between information privacy concern, need for uniqueness (NFU), and disclosure behavior to explain the personal factors that drive data-sharing on Facebook. The results of an online survey conducted with 222 Facebook users show that among diverse data that social media users disclose online, four distinct factors are identified: basic personal data, private data, personal opinions, and personal photos. In general, there is a negative relationship between privacy concern and a positive relationship between the NFU and the willingness to self-disclose information. Overall, the NFU was a better predictor of willingness to disclose information than privacy concern, gender, or age. While privacy concern has been identified as an influential factor when users evaluate social networking sites, the findings of this study contribute to the literature by demonstrating that an individual's need to manifest individualization on social media overrides privacy concerns.

This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.

Knowledge management system(KMS) was introduced into the company in order to apply knowledge management. But according to KMS is changed into information management system, the company is considered Community in Practice(CoP) instead of KMS. Because within CoP, individuals can interact with one another to solve problems, test new ideas, learn about new developments in their field and build a sense of affiliation with others in similar circumstances. In spite of it's importance there is few empirical study about CoP. So the purpose of this study is to examine which personal characteristics influence knowledge sharing and which context factors(including structural and relational characteristics) moderate relationship between individual characteristics and knowledge sharing within CoP through empirical study.
