수협 마아케팅에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cooperative Marketing of Fishery Products in Korea)

  • In the field of fisheries, there is at the apex Central Federation of Fishery Cooperatives, established under the Fishery Cooperatives Law(1962), It is a multipurpose organization with a membership of 105 cooperatives, 87 regional cooperatives, 15 business-type cooperatives and 3 manufactures' cooperatives. Accordingly, this thesis examines the marketing of fishery cooperatives in Korea, and in particular considers the marketing channel strategy of fisheries products. No company can perform by itself all the activities involved in the production and distribution of its products and services to its final markets. It must work with other firms to get the job done. The goal of marketing is in matching of segments of supply and demand. Every producer seeks to the link the marketing channel firms that will help it accomplish its objective best. This thesis tries to attempt to improve the present Korean Fishery Cooperatives marketing activities. The purpose of the operation of fishery cooperatives is to guarantee the profits of fisherman as well as the interests of general consumers by eliminating the inordinate profits of middlemen and by narrowing other market margins. Fishery cooperatives marketing activity functions forming a self-helf organization for economic protection of producers themselves, and acting as a market reformational institution through its transaction by group. The following are the characteristics of fishery cooperatives marketing. \circled1 Fishery cooperatives is organized with an economic factor and a personnel factor. \circled2 Fishery cooperatives is non-profit organization. \circled3 The members of fishery cooperatives is independent constitution of economy, but they are closely connected with the cooperative. \circled4 Fishery cooperatives is a mutual aid organization. The objective of an efficient marketing strategy may be well described by the common saying provides the right product at the right time, the right place, and the right price. But it is quite true that the Korean Fishermen's Cooperative can be said to owe its development to the successful implementation of the marketing system. The use of the marketing system has resulted in the following marketing strategy. 1. The direct marketing system. \circled1 The cooperation between the fishery cooperatives and the other cooperative through the collection and delivery center. \circled2 The selling between the fishery cooperatives and the large scale retailers through the process industry. 2. The vertical marketing system. \circled1The fishermen's cooperative to be nominated by wholesaler in the terminal market. \circled2 Contracted vertical marketing system. \circled3 Abolition of selling by double auction in the landing and the terminal market. 3. The physical distribution system. \circled1 The need for adoption of cold chain system to connect production directly to consumption. \circled2 The need for more expansion of landing markets and terminal market facilities. Solutions to the problems of the Korean fishery are made possible through effective functioning of cooperative marketing activities of fishery products. The marketing concept of fishermen's cooperative lies in the satisfaction of consumer needs. According to the marketing concept fishermen's cooperative should try to satisfy customer's needs through a coodinated set of activities that allows the organization to achieve its goal. Providing satisfaction to customers is the major trust of the marketing concept. To do this, a business must find out what will satisfy customers. With this information the cooperative sells to the greatest possible number of customers through the most efficient sales and marketing channels. Economic rationality of fishermen's cooperative marketing lies in reduction of marketing cost and elimination of intermediate institutions. Cooperative marketing and direct marketing are both indispensable marketing factors for a new cooperative organization among the manu ways. The cooperation between the fishermen's cooperative and the others cooperative, and vertical marketing system are the most necessary ones. Propulsion of cooperative marketing system could not be successful without the support of the marketing instituion's help. Consequently, successful cooperative marketing ought to lead to the necessity not only for the improvement of marketing organization, but for the application of a new marketing concept in the fishermen's cooperative.

첩약의 보험급여 적용을 위한 과제 및 접근방안에 대한 연구 (A Study of Task and Approach for the Insurance Fee Application of Packed Medical Herbs)

  • We met results like the followings through the literatures and questionnaires about the tasks and solutions about the insurance fee of packed medical herbs. 1) It's turned out that 74.8% of herb doctors agrees to the insurance fee of packed medical herbs. However, in comparison with the same survey of the herb doctor association the percentage of general approval went somewhat lower, and especially the percentage of 'positive approval' became notably lower$(43.7%{\rightarrow}26.5%)$ and the percentage of 'active objection' raised about 2 times$(6.8%{\rightarrow}12.9%)$. Inquiring into the approval reasons on the insurance fee application of packed medical herbs some heads such as 'development toward treatment medical science' and 'decrease of publics burden' were higher than the one of 'management income and expenditure.' 2) As a result of the research, 36.0% of the patients and 42.8% of the residents recognized that the pay range of Chinese herb health insurance is narrow. They recognized that less people have the experiences of Chinese medical hospital use and internal application of the packed medical herbs as they are older, men rather than women. 85.4% of the patients and 74.9% of the residents agreed on the insurance pay of packed medical herbs. It's shown that they agree on the Chinese medical hospital use more as the economic standard is lower, on the insurance pay as they have ever taken the packed medical herbs. In the aspect of increase of insurance fee, 66.7% of the patients and 44.3% of the residents agreed on the insurance pay of packed medical herbs, and 18.1% and 36.1% disagreed on the insurance pay of packed medical herbs. The main objective reason why they disagree on the insurance pay of packed medical herbs was 'because the insurance fee goes up higher,' which answered 95.2% of the patients and 78.8% of the residents. 7.22% of the patients and 1.80% of the residents answered that they can pay more insurance fee in case of the insurance pay of packed medical herbs. However, in the priority order of the insurance pay, it hold the 5th position between 2 target research groups which was less than medical examination, charges for hospital accommodation and taking MRI. 3) According to the result of analysis about the cost of packed medical herbs, current practice price is 115,000 won and the average prime cost of a packed medical herb is 73,000 to 106,000 won. It's examined that the herb doctors regard that 95,000 won will be reasonable when the packed medical herb is payed in insurance. However, it was found out that the public generally thinks that the price would be appropriate on the level of 30,000 to 40,000 won and the percentage of the answers of 20,000 won to 30,000 was fairly high. 4) the central system of a prescription should be change into the central system of demonstration and the sick and wounded. 5) To solve this problem, the government should regulate it to pass by the circulation gradation of [importer, $peasantry{\rightarrow}manufacturer{\rightarrow}wholesaler{\rightarrow}distributor$(Chinese medical hospital, pharmacy dispensary of Chinese medicine)]And it should intervene into the quality and the circulation steps of Chinese medicine through 'the office or organization which is in charge of certification of Chinese medicine' and 'the office or organization which is in charge of the circulation of Chinese medicine.' And some actions such as simple severance, lavation, drying should be included into the conception of manufacture and the boundary between food and medical supplies should be made at a manufactory. And the regulation of standardized goods at one's own house should be improved so that, the peasantry can sell the materials of Chinese medicine only to the manufacturer. 6) In company with the insurance pay of packed medical herbs, the study about the separation of dispensary from medical practice in the Chinese medicine should be accomplished.

국화 수확 후 관리기술의 최근 연구 동향 (Current Research Trend of Postharvest Technology for Chrysanthemum)

  • 절화국화는 수명이 1-2주이며, 최대 3-4주까지 유지되고 수확 후 호흡증대와 노화가 급격하게 진행되지 않는 non-climateric 식물로서 에틸렌에 대한 감수성이 낮은 작목이다. 절화는 주로 잎이 위조, 황화되고 수분의 이동이 방해되어 엽록소가 퇴화되고 잎의 노화가 촉진되어 개화되지 못하므로 품질이 떨어진다. 절화의 수명은 품종, 수확전 재배조건, 수확 후 온도, 습도, 광, 수질 등 외부요인 및 기질의 공급, 체관 및 물관의 흡수력 유지, 에틸렌과 같은 호르몬, 효소활성 변화 등의 내부요인에 의해 좌우된다. 국화 품질지표는 꽃과 줄기가 구부러짐이 없고 절간간격 및 잎 크기의 상하가 일정하며 균형이 잘 잡힌 것이어야 하며, 화형, 화색이 품종 본래의 특성을 갖추고 모두 양호하여야 하며 병해충 피해가 확인되지 않으며, 절화 수확시기가 적기인 것이여야 한다. 스탠다드 국화는 꽃봉오리가 5-6cm일 때 수확하고, 스프레이 국화는 40% 개화상태인 2-4개의 봉오리가 균일하게 개화하면 수확한다. 이 때 토양 기부에서부터 10 cm 위로 잘라 목질화된 줄기를 제거하며 줄기 아래쪽의 잎을 1/3정도 제거하여 수분흡수가 잘 이루어지도록 한다. 수확 후 절화를 등급별로 나누게 되는데 절화의 길이와 무게, 꽃의 개화상태를 기준으로 한다. 스탠다드 국화는 병해충이 없고, 줄기가 구부러짐이 없고, 잎 크기가 균형이 잘 잡히고 절화장이 80 cm, 절화줄기 1개의 무게가 70 g이면 가장 우수한 1등급이며, 스프레이 국화는 절화장과 절화무게가 각각 70 cm, 60 g이고, 개화는 2-4륜이 개화하고, 병해충이 없는 깨끗한 상태인 경우가 1등급이다. 절화수명을 연장하기 위하여 물올림과 동시에 전처리제를 사용하는데, STS, GA, BA, 1-MCP, Chrysal, 살균제, sucrose 등이 이용되고 있다. 절화의 호흡감소, 부패감소, 변색지연, 증산억제를 위해 예냉을 $5{\sim}7^{\circ}C$에서 4시간 이상 하는 것이 좋다. 절화국화는 PE필름으로 포장해서 상자에 넣으면 $2^{\circ}C$에서 2주간 저장이 가능하고, 습식에서는 3주간 저장이 가능하다. 포장이 끝난 국화는 저온차량를 이용하여 수송 상차 및 하역비 절감을 위해 2상자씩 묶어 출하한다. 소비자가 신선한 꽃을 오랫동안 감상하는 위해 HQS, 탄산수, sucrose 등을 이용하여 수확 후 후처리를 한다. 절화 국화의 소비 및 이용을 다변화하기 위해서는 유통 품목과 품종의 다양화, 유통체계의 정비, 산지 생산자-소매자-소비자의 정보교류 등이 필요할 것이다.

중국 가전유통경로에서 한국제품 현지 판매업체와 도매업체간 갈등 및 영향전략이 성과에 미치는 영향: 관계 질의 조절효과 (The Impact of Conflict and Influence Strategies Between Local Korean-Products-Selling Retailers and Wholesalers on Performance in Chinese Electronics Distribution Channels: On Moderating Effects of Relational Quality)

  • 본 논문의 주된 연구목적은 중국 가전유통시장에서 한국제품을 판매하는 현지 소매업체와 도매업체간의 갈등, 의존, 영향전략 및 성과간의 관계를 분석하고, 특히 '��시'(關係, guanxi)의 조절효과를 분석함으로써 중국에 진출하는 한국 가전기업들에게 효율적인 유통경로 관리방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 제안한 연구모형과 가설들을 검증하기 위하여 중국 후베이성(湖北省), 후난성(湖南省), 쟝시성(江西省), 허난성(河南省) 등의 중남(中南)지역에서 한국 가전제품을 판매하는 소매상을 직접 방문하여 최종 97개의 판매업체 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모형과 조절 회귀분석을 통해 알아낸 분석 결과를 연구주제별로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국제품 현지판매업체가 지각하는 도매상과의 목표불일치는 기대대로 소매상의 갈등을 유의하게 높이었으나, 역할모호성은 갈등에 유의한 영향을 주지 못하였다. 둘째, 갈등나선형 이론과 일치하게 현지판매업체가 도매업체에 대해 의존성이 증대될수록 현지판매업체가 지각하는 갈등은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도매업체가 시행하는 정보교환, 권고 등의 비강압적 영향전략은 갈등을 조장하지 않으면서, 현지판매업체들의 거래만족 및 재무성과를 제고하는데 일익을 담당하였다. 반면에 도매업체가 사용하는 위협, 법적 호소 등의 강압적 영향전략은 갈등을 심각하게 높이면서도 성과에는 도움이 되지 못하였다. 넷째, 중국 가전산업의 도매상과 소매상간에 형성된 '��시'(關係, guanxi) 즉 관계의 질의 조절효과를 분석해보면, 먼저 상호신뢰, 몰입 등의 관계의 질은 비강압적 영향전략이 성과에 미치는 영향에 조절변수 역할을 하지 못해, 비강압적 영향전략과 관계 질은 서로 영향을 받지 않고 독립적으로 성과를 높이는데 사용될 수 있는 전략임을 알 수 있다. 반면에 관계의 질은 강압적 영향전략이 성과에 미치는 영향에 조절변수 역할을 하였다. 즉 관계의 질이 잘 형성되어 있다면 적대적 특성을 가진 강압적 영향전략이 사용되더라도 관계 질의 순기능 역할로 관계 질이 낮은 경우보다 소매상이 지각하는 성과를 높이는 것을 알 수 있다. 다섯째, 갈등의 경우도 관계의 질은 갈등이 성과에 미치는 영향에 조절변수 역할을 하였다. 관계의 질이 높게 형성되어 있다면, 갈등이 높은 상황이 발생하더라도 역기능은 줄어들어, 거래관계의 질이 높은 소매상은 갈등을 보다 긍정적으로 받아들여 시너지 효과를 창출함으로써 관계의 질이 낮은 소매상보다 성과를 높일 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 결론적으로, 중국 가전산업에서 거래 관계 질이 높게 형성되어 있다면 강압적 영향전략과 갈등이 성과에 미치는 역기능을 상쇄할 수 있어 상거래에서 '��시'(關係, guanxi)를 통한 거래관계의 질이 중요함을 확인하였다.
