This study aims to POE(Post-Occupancy Evaluation) analyze the characteristics of residents and their demands on community facilities by types of supplying housing, which can be the basis for making the housing regulations. The following five types of housing are considered in this study ; 1) National Rental Housing(L), 2) Public Rental Housing(L), 3) Permanent Rental Housing(S), 4) Public Rental Housing(S), 5) Private Rental Housing. We surveyed 527 residents from 20 housing complexes in those four housing types. First, each housing type has different household characteristics. Second, the criteria for housing selection are different. Third, local community activities and satisfaction are different in each housing type. Lastly, residents are generally satisfied with service facilities, but their satisfaction level and the facilities they need are different depending on housing type, accordingly. The housing community space plan be should be improved to the amount of areas of community facilities.

This study is intended to set the criteria for the classification of prescription and non-prescription drugs, and classify hospital pharmacy formulations according to the criteria. 717 hospital pharmacy formulations were collected ken the Center for review and evaluation of health insurance, and national provincial offices. Hospital pharmacy formulations were evaluated based on the 'Guidelines on the Hospital Pharmacy Formulations (Notification No. 2000-46)'by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Drug classification advisory committee was composed of twelve medical and pharmaceutical specialists, and suggested opinions on the drug classification. Among 717 formulations, 651 drugs $(90.8\%)$ satisfied the basic conditions for the hospital pharmacy formulations. 312 formulations $(43.5\%)$ were classified as drugs for the disinfection and tests. For the rest of them, 231 formulations were classified as prescription drugs whereas 108 drugs were as non-prescription drugs. 56 non-prescription drugs were included as hospital formulations, because there were no therapeutic alternatives. Iu sum 599 drugs $(83.5\%)$ were suggested as hospital pharmacy formulations. The study also recommends pharmaceutical companies to produce drugs of limited commercial value, and doctors to change their unique prescribing behavior in order to prevent the abuse of hospital pharmacy formulations.

PURPOSE: This study was conducted as a literature review to analyze the research trends related to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) in Korea from 2015 to 2020. METHODS: Precedent studies were searched with the search term "ICF" or "international classification of functioning, disability and health" from the databases of RISS, KISS, DBpia, and Pubmed. The inclusion criteria are that the studies have been carried out in Korea from 2015 to 2020 using ICF by researchers consisting of one or more Koreans and have been peer-reviewed. RESULTS: Of the total 269 studies, 107 that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed. It was found that these studies were published at a similar frequency each year. The most common area of expertise was identified as the clinical area (n = 67), followed by special education (n = 21) and social welfare (n = 13). The study subject groups were mostly patients (n = 39), disabled people (n = 25), and related experts (n = 13). The most common research topic was functioning evaluation (n = 49) and followed by a literature review (n = 29), and the most frequently used components in all the areas of expertise were activity and participation (n = 98), body function and structure (n = 73), and environmental factors (n = 61). CONCLUSION: For the past six years, domestic ICF-related research has been conducted in a wider range of expertise areas on more subdivised subject groups. Continuous research, development of standardized curricula and contents, and development of coding tools are considered to be important in vitalizing the use of the ICF.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of exercise program combined with spaced retrieval and exercise program to show the effects on elderly people with dementia by presenting them to clinics and welfare facilities such as long-term care facilities. Method: This study was conducted in 20 elderly patients with dementia and randomly assigned to exercise program combined with spaced retrieval and exercise program. After screening the subjects for compliance with the criteria, Before starting the experiment, activites of daily living, depression, and nitive evaluation were performed. After 8 weeks, 3 times per week, 40 minutes per intervention, and 4 and 8 weeks, respectively K-MBI, GDSSF-K and MMSE-K were used to evaluate the differences between the experimental and control groups. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the daily activities, depression, and cognitive scores between the groups of exercise program combined with spaced retrieval and exercise program group. However, there was a significant difference between the two groups after training (p<.05). Particularly, there was statistically significant difference in post-training cognitive evaluation (MMSE-K) only in the exercise program combined with spaced retrieval group (p<.05) Conclusion: This study suggests that exercise program combined with spaced retrieval is more effective in improving cognitive ability. This suggests that the exercise program combined with spaced retrieval is more effective.

The purpose of this study is to examine how Home Management era has contributed to social development in this country. For this purpose several famous research Hournals related Home Management era -Korean Journal of Home Economics(1980-1999) Journal of Korean Home Management(1983-1999) Journal of Child Development (1990-1999) Journal of Rarmily Resource Management (1996-1999) Jornal of Family Relations(1996-1999) -were analysed. The CALS/EC is the world-wide accepted concept and its application domain is being expanded continuously throughout the private and public sectors. One of the essential points for realization of CALS/EC is to promote the domestic system integration(SI) industry. This paper describes the present status of the domestic SI companies and the clues to solve their facing problems. In order to evaluate the status of the current SI technology, the MBNQA(Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award) is adopted. The surveyed results show that the average levels of 14 SI companies over 7 evaluation criteria turn out to be 30% through 40% point. The major projects' activities of the SI companies on the information systems over the areas of trade, science and technology, industrial manpower, health and welfare, national security, etc are explained. Also, the competitive power of the SI companies is also discussed. As a target sample, the Korea Telecom(KT) CALS model project is described in terms of its Progresses and Problems. Furthermore, the strategic plans and detailed research items are proposed to resolve on-going issues.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and problems of the social service delivery system for women in Korea, and to suggest ways to improve its function. The current social service delivery system in the public sector contains a network of services connected with the Division of Women's Welfare in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. This study focused on evaluating the function of the public service delivery system from the perspective of the service providers. A survey of 167 civil officers in charge of women's welfare services in the city.county.district administrations, and 202 women's welfare counselors around the country was conducted in order to evaluate their current duties, effectiveness of services, and problems of the current system Six criteria including integration, continuity, accessibility, adequacy, efforts and professionalism were used for evaluating the effectiveness of the social service delivery system for women. According to the survey, the civil officers and women's counselors gave relatively favorable ratings for their job effectiveness and job satisfaction. However, their duties involving guidance and counseling of prostitute women and operation of women's welfare councils received least favorable evaluation. Moreover, in terms for job satisfaction, these service providers were less satisfied with their working conditions than their relationships with clients or colleagues. In addition, budget and personnel shortages were the most serious problems facing the delivery system Further analysis showed that professionalism and accessibility of the service delivery system had positive impact on job effectiveness while efforts, integration, accessibility and adequacy had positive impact on job satisfaction of the service providers. These findings have potential implications for designing more effective social service delivery system for women.

This study is aimed to develop an improved shellfish dredge vessel considering the increase of the fishing safety and welfare of fishermen in Jeonnam province. We visited five fishing village societies in Korea, and conducted field surveys and survey questions to investigate the current status. In order to solve the problems presented by the investigation, a general arrangement of the improvement vessel was written and adopted after meeting between the fishermen and research team, and calculated the initial stability in five loading conditions by using the Napa program. As a result of field surveys and survey questions, the existing vessel have buoyant materials under the bow and the warp pass through the wheel-house. In addition, most fishing equipment and nets are concentrated on a narrow stern, making it difficult to work efficiently. According to the survey, fishermen also responded that operation of casting and hauling is very inconvenient. The fishing equipment of the improvement vessel was rearranged, the size of the wheel-house and the crew room was increased, and we secured a basic welfare space. As a result of the initial stability test, the stability criteria of the fishing vessel were satisfied in all loading condition.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of life and provide an objective evaluation, and differentiated according to the local population for the realization of the quality of life policies are intended to provide baseline data. This study analyzed to the Development of Quality of Life indicators and weights for age differences in the quality of life, first to select the literature and previous studies analyzing the primary evaluation criteria. Second, the final evaluation of professional conduct FGI indicators are derived. Third, experts will conduct analysis to target weights. As a result of the first domain-specific weights family safety, economic stability, residential culture, health and welfare, and traffic environment in order. In particular, a family safe zone more than twice that of the other areas appeared to be important. Is determined. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a scientific evaluation criteria for integration of person with disabilities by developing and measuring the index and indicator of disability integration. Disability integration index will be expressed in a simple number to represent the current situation which will summarize the level of integration of persons with disabilities from the perspective of outcome. Disability integration index is composed of four indicators-social attitude toward person disability, physical environment, participation in society expressed by employment and education, and social institution. Observation research was conducted to measure first two indicators of social attitude and physical environment while existing statistics and data were analyzed for other two of participation in society and social institution. The result of this study showed that disability integration index of Korea was 0.4832. Therefore this paper comes to conclude that the level of integration in Korea approaches to 48 percent which is half of ideal integration. However, this study has its limitations in selection of indicators and index formula which in turn must be followed by next studies.
