PA와 LLDPE 필름을 이용한 딸기 저장용 Modified Atmosphere Pallet Packaging 연구 (Effect of Pallet Size Modified Atmosphere Packaging Using Polyamide Film and Linear Low Density Polyethylene Film on the Shelf Life of Strawberries)

  • 딸기에 대해 pallet 상부와 하부는 PA 필름으로, 측면은 LLDPE 필름으로 MAP 처리를 할 경우 포장 내부의 온습도 편차를 줄이며, 산소 농도 3-6%, 이산화탄소 농도 15-25%로 안정화하여 감모율이 향상되고, 곰팡이 발생률이 억제되는 것을 확인하였다. 경도향상과 이취를 고려하였을 때 적정 이산화탄소 농도는 15-20%이며, 이러한 높은 이산화탄소 농도는 경도를 21-40% 수준으로 높이는데 영향을 준것으로 판단된다. 대조구의 경우 60% 숙도 딸기의 경도가 80% 숙도에 비해 높았으나, MAP 처리구의 경우 12일차를 제외하고 60%와 80% 숙도의 경도는 통계적인 차이 없이 높은 수준으로 유지되었다. MAP 처리 시 80% 숙도는 60% 숙도에 비해 감모율, 곰팡이 및 경도 차이 없이 0.7-2.4 °Brix 높은 당도가 유지되었다. 따라서, pallet MAP를 사용할 경우 동남아시아 국가로 선박 수출하기 위한 14일 동안의 선도유지가 가능하고, 80% 이상의 높은 숙도로 딸기를 수출하여 품질 경쟁력도 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

빅 데이터 처리 기법을 적용한 추천 시스템에 관한 연구 (Recommendation System Using Big Data Processing Technique)

  • 네트워크와 IT 기술의 발전으로 사용자들은 장소에 구애 받지 않고 어디서든 본인이 원하는 아이템을 검색하고 구매하고 있다. 이에 따라 추천시스템에서 급증하는 데이터로 인한 확장성 문제를 어떻게 해결할 것인가에 대한 연구들이 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tag 가중치를 적용한 아이템 기반 협업 필터링 기법과 분산 병렬 처리 방식인 MapReduce 방법을 적용한 추천 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 속도 향상과 효율성을 위해 전처리 과정에서 아이템을 카테고리별로 분류하고 노드 수에 맞게 그룹지은 후 사용한다. 각 분산 노드에서 4번의 Map-Reduce 단계를 통해 데이터 처리를 진행하는데 사용자에게 더 나은 아이템을 추천하기 위해 유사도 계산에서 아이템 Tag 가중치를 사용한다. 마지막 Reduce 단계를 거쳐 출력된 예측값 중 상위 N개의 아이템을 추천에 사용한다. 실험을 통해 제안 하는 기법이 대량의 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하며 기존의 아이템 기반 기법보다 추천의 적합성도 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.

포장조건에 따른 청매실의 호흡생리 및 선도유지 특성 (Respiratory Characteristics and Quality Attributes of Mature-Green Mume (Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc) Fruits as Influenced by MAP Conditions)

  • The respiratory characteristics and quality attributes of mature green mume fruits as influenced by modified atmosphere packaging(MAP) conditions during storage at 25oC for 8 days were investigated. The quality attributes of mume fruits were evaluated in terms of fresh weight loss, physiological injury and yellowing. The packaging materials used for MAP were low density polyethylene(LDPE) films with various different thicknesses. Yellowing and fresh weight loss of mume fruits were noticeably reduced by the packaging treatments with LDPE A and B. The physiological injury of the fruits during storage was found to be more severe in LDPE C than others. For LDPE A and B, the oxygen and carbon dioxide contents within the packages of Mume fruits maintained at the levels of 2~3% and 7~8%, respectively. With respect to visual quality, MAP prolonged the shelf life of the fruits much longer compared with the unsealed control. From the experimental results, it is suggested that the LDPE films with the gas trans mission rates of about 2,100 O2 ml/m2.day.atm and 6,700 CO2 ml/m2.day.atm would be proper for MAP of mature green mume fruits during storage at ambient temperature.

전기자극이 체중 부하를 제거한 신생 흰쥐 척수조직의 NT-3 및 MAP2 발현에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Electrical Stimulation on NT-3 and MAP2 Expression of Neonatal Rat Spinal Cord During Suspension Unloading)

  • The development of neonatal neuromuscular system is accomplished by the functional interaction between the spinal neurons and its target cells, skeletal muscle cells, and the intrinsic and extrinsic factors affecting this process. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of suspension unloading (SU) and neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) upon the development of the neonatal spinal cord. For this study, the neonatal rats were randomly divided into three groups: a control group, an experimental group I, and an experimental group II. The SU for experimental group I and II was applied from postnatal day (PD) 5 to PD 30, and the NMES for experimental group II was applied from PD 16 to PD 30 using NMES that gave isometric contraction with 10 Hz for 30 minutes twice a day. In order to observe the effect of SU and NMES, this study observed neutrophin-3 (NT-3) and microtubule associated protein 2 (MAP2) immunoreactivity in the lumbar spinal cord (L4-5) at the PD 15 and PD 30. The results are as follows. At PD 15, lumbar spinal cord of experimental group I and II had significantly lower NT-3 and MAP2 immunoreactivity than control group. It proved that a microgravity condition restricted the spinal development. At PD 30, lumbar spinal cord of control group and experimental group II had significantly higher NT-3 and MAP2 immunoreactivity than experimental group I. It proved that the NMES facilitated the spinal development by spinal cord-skeletal muscle interaction. These results suggest that weight bearing during the neonatal developmental period is essential for the development of neuromuscular development. Also, the NMES on its target skeletal muscle can encourage the development of the spinal cord system with a full supplementation of the effect of weight bearing, which is an essential factor in neonatal developmental process.

수정된 MAP 적응 기법을 이용한 음성 데이터 자동 군집화 (Automatic Clustering of Speech Data Using Modified MAP Adaptation Technique)

  • This paper proposes a speaker and environment clustering method in order to overcome the degradation of the speech recognition performance caused by various noise and speaker characteristics. In this paper, instead of using the distance between Gaussian mixture model (GMM) weight vectors as in the Google's approach, the distance between the adapted mean vectors based on the modified maximum a posteriori (MAP) adaptation is used as a distance measure for vector quantization (VQ) clustering. According to our experiments on the simulation data generated by adding noise to clean speech, the proposed clustering method yields error rate reduction of 10.6% compared with baseline speaker-independent (SI) model, which is slightly better performance than the Google's approach.

  • Cognitive map (CM) has long been used as an effective way of constructing the human thinking process. In literature regarding CM, a number of successful researches were reported, where CM based what-if analysis could enhance firm's performance. However, there exit very few researches investigating the CM generation method. Therefore this study proposes a GENCOM (Genetic Algorithm based Cognitive Map Generator). In this model combined with CM and GA, GA will find the optimal weight and input vector so that the CM generation. To empirically prove the effectiveness of GENCOM, we collected valid questionnaires from expert in S/W sales cases. Empirical results showed that GENCOM could contribute to effective CM simulation and very useful method to extracting the tacit knowledge of sales experts.

가우시안 가중치 거리지도를 이용한 PET-CT 뇌 영상정합 (Co-registration of PET-CT Brain Images using a Gaussian Weighted Distance Map)

  • 본 논문에서는 PET-CT 뇌 영상융합을 위해 가우시안 가중치 거리지도를 이용한 표면기반 영상정합을 제안한다. 제안방법은 중요 세 단계로 표면 특징점 추출, 가우시안 가중치 거리지도 생성, 가중치기반 유사도 평가로 구성된다. 첫째, PET 영상과 CT 영상에서 삼차원 역 영역성장법을 이용하여 머리영역을 분할하고 머리 영역과 같이 분할된 잡음 영역을 영역성장법기반 레이블링을 이용한 영역 크기 비교를 통해 제거한 후 선명화 처리 필터를 적용하여 머리 표면 특징점을 추출한다. 둘째, CT 영상에서 추출한 표면 특징점에 가우시안 가중치 거리지도를 생성하여 큰 변위에서도 최적의 위치로 견고하게 수렴하도록 한다. 셋째, 가중치기반 상호상관관계는 PET 영상에서 추출한 표면 특징점과 대응되는 CT 영상의 가우시안 가중치 거리지도를 이용하여 최적 위치를 탐색한다. 본 논문에서는 제안방법의 정확성과 견고성 검사를 위해 인공데이타를 이용하고, 수행시간과 육안평가를 위해 임상데이타를 이용한다. 정확성 검사는 임의로 변환된 인공데이타에 제안방법을 적용한 후 추출된 최적화 변환벡터와의 오차를 제곱근평균제곱오차를 이용하여 평가한다. 견고성 검사는 큰 변위와 잡음을 가지는 인공데이타에서 가중치기반 상호상관관계가 최적의 위치에서 최대를 이루는지를 평가한다 실험 결과 제안한 표면기반 영상정합이 기존 표면기반 영상정합보다 정확하고 견고하게 수렴됨을 알 수 있다.

Landslide Susceptibility Analysis in Baekdu Mountain Area Using ANN and AHP Method

  • To analyze the landslide susceptibility in Baekdu mountain area in china, we get two susceptibility maps using AcrView software through weighted overlay GIS (Geographic Information System) method in this paper. To assess the landslide susceptibility, five factors which affect the landslide occurrence were selected as: slope, aspect, soil type, geological type, and land use. The weight value and rating value of each factor were calculated by the two different methods of AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANN (Artificial Neural Network). Then, the weight and rating value was used to obtain the susceptibility maps. Finally, the susceptibility map shows that the very dangerous areas (0.9 or higher) were mainly distributed in the mountainous areas around JiAnShi, LinJiangShi, and HeLongShi near the china-north Korea border and in the mountainous area between the WangQingXian and AnTuXian. From the contrast two susceptibility map, we also Knew that The accuracy of landslide susceptibility map drew by ANN method was better than AHP method.

  • In this paper, we studied the path determination algorithm of the guidance robot for the visually impaired. Using the guidance robot for the visually impaired, the visually impaired can go to the destination where they want without other's heir. The navigation path of the guidance robot for the visually impaired must be the optimal path not only the shortest but also the most safe, which is different from a shortest path for common people. GPS and electronic map are used for the location information of the visually impaired. We corrected the error by converting the coordinates of location information from GPS, which includes maximum several tens of meters error, to the coordinates of electronic map. Information such as simple path and direction to the destination is not enough because it may be different between a going path from the start to the destination and a coming path from the destination to the start as around environment. So, we added information which can be dangerous for the visually impaired such as driveway, sidewalk without braille blocks, crosswalk, stairs and overpass, each has weight value as dangerous degree, when matching the GPS information to the electronic map, enough large as 1:5,000 scale.
