엘리트 남녀역도선수들의 등속성 허리 근기능 및 유연성과 요통과의 관계 (The Relationships between Isokinetic Muscular Function and Flexibility of the Lower Back Pain(LBP) in Elite Weight Lifter)

  • Purpose. This study of purpose was to compare and analyze the relationship among the isokinetic trunk muscular functions, flexibility and low back pain of elite weight lifter with regard of sex. Methods. we measured the level of low back pain, isokinetic muscular functions according to gender, then analyzed the relationship between isokinetic functions and the level of low back pain, between flexibility and the level of pain, between Athletic Career and the level. Results. In this study, the gender, the VAS point was $2.6{\pm}2.3$ and the VRS point was $2.3{\pm}1.3$ in males. The other side, in females the VAS points was $3.6{\pm}1.7$ and the VRS was $3.2{\pm}1.1$. There was significant negative correlation(r=-0.826) between the VAS point and the maximal flexion muscular strength per kilogram of $30^{\circ}/sec$ isokinetic exercise in female. also there was negative correlation between the muscular flexion strength per kilogram and the VRS point in female, but there was no significant relationship in male. Conclusions. In current study, these results suggested that the higher muscular flexion strength per kilogram is, the lower the level of low back pain is in female athletes. this is caused by the imbalance between Abdominal Muscles and Back Extensor in weight lifter. Therefore, there is the need to apply the program to improve the balance of trunk.

  • In this paper, a method for designing an optimal weight function for the weighted cepstral distance measure is proposed. A conventional weight function or cepstral lifter is obtained eperimentally depending on the spectral components to be emphasized. The proposed method minimizes the error between word reference patterns and the traning data. To compare the proposed optimal weight function with conventional function, speech recognition systems based on Dpynamic Time Warping and Hidden Markov Models were constructed to conduct speaker independent isolated word necogination eperiment. Results show that the proposed method gives better performance than conventional weight functions.

  • Purpose: Weight lifting is a good training to control body weight, to correct body shape and to relieve stress. How-ever if the training is continued by inadequate training method and technique, the risks of the shoulder injuries are relatively high. Main Subject: The rotator cuff injury is the most common disorder to wright lifters and often results from the train- ing program of upright row, military press and pectoral deck. The chances of subacromial impingement in these postures are high because the shoulder rotates under the acromion at 90 abduction state. Shoulder instability in weight lifters can develop due to various causes. aepeated microtrauma and excessive abduction and external rotation may result in laxity of the anterior capsular structure, ligament and muscles. Behind the neck and bench press are high risk training postures. Other than those injuries, idiopathic osteolysis of distal clavicle, acromioclavicular separation, pectoralis major muscle rupture, and triceps muscle rupture nay develop. Conclusion: The best treatment option of the shoulder injury to weight lifters is to eliminate the possible risk elements for the weight lifters in training program and to provide proper and prompt treatment as soon as possible.

네발기기 운동시 체중이동 거리에 따른 몸통근육의 근활성도 비교 (Comparison of Muscle Activity of Trunk Muscles According to the Weight Shift Distance in Quadruped Exercise)

  • Background: Exercise in the quadruped position is performed to improve body and shoulder stability. This study examined the muscle activity of the trunk muscles according to the distance of the weight shift when lifting one leg in the quadruped position. Methods: Ten healthy 20 to 40 years old males were tested as subjects. All subjects moved their body weight to 0, 5, and 10cm on the opposite side of the leg lifter while maintaining the quadruped position. The surface electrodes recorded the electromyography data during the one leg lifting. Results: As the weight shift distance was increased, there was a significant difference in muscle activity of both serratus anterior, multifidus and internal oblique muscles (p<.05). Left and right serratus anterior and right internal oblique were most activated when weight shift distance was 0cm (p<.05). Conclusion: Shoulder and lumbar stabilization exercises should be applied in the absence of a weight shift distance during quadruped exercise.

  • The purpose of this study is to know load for each human body's knee joint to endure load efficiently, when weight lifter pulls suitable bar in the each weight lifting level. To use the difference of load and correlation between men and women, the conclusion of this stduy is to find parameters to conduct maximum limitation of maximum load to search maximum limitation. The moment of each joint in the lower area was to have a much difference between group of the turunk in the first step. It decreased rapidly until decent and greatly pulled in the second step. Neuromusclar moment increased suddenly in the decrease phase. This phenomenon resulted from shock-absorbing function to sbsorb a load from bar.

  • 인간의 수행 요소인 국소 근육의 피로는 만성적인 손상을 초래한다. 이 연구는 근전도의 진폭(amplitude)과 근력(muscle force)에서 피로의 영향을 WL과 NWL로 비교하여 조사하였다. 손목 굽힘근의 근력은 시간이 흐름에 따라 WL과 NWL 모두에서 감소되었다. 그러나, WL과 NWL는 시간 경과에 따른 근전도 진폭에서는 차이를 보였다. WL의 근전도 진폭에서는 운동 후 48분에 가장 높은 변화를 보였다. 이를 통하여 근전도의 진폭파 근력이 근피로에 중요한 인자임을 알 수 있다. 이 연구에서 WL은 높은 근전도 진폭을 적용했을 때와 같이 시간이 경과할수록 오랜 효과를 얻을 수 있었다. 그것은 훈련을 통해 보다 많은 운동단위를 동원할 수 있다는 것을 보여준다. 신경근 피로 정도와 이를 회복하기 위해 필요한 기간은 중요하다. 개인적인 훈련량과 적절한 근력 훈련계획을 위한 작업 - 휴식 반복빈도, 그리고 다른 성격의 집단에서 필요한 재활 지침서를 만드는 데 필요하기 때문이다.

주니어 역도 선수 인상 종목의 Dead-lift 동작 시 스탠스유형에 따른 운동학적 변인 비교분석 (The Comparative Analysis on the Kinematic Variables according to the Types of Stance in the Dead-lift of Snatch Events of Junior Weight Lifters)

  • 본 연구는 주니어 역도 선수 인상 종목의 주요 국면인 Deadlift 동작 시 스탠스 유형에 따른 운동학적 변인을 비교 분석하여 선수들의 경기력 향상과 훈련 시 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 8자형은 11자형에 비해 바벨과 신체의 발란스에 적합한 소요시간을 보였고 바벨을 끌어올리는데 요구되는 인체중심의 전 후, 좌 우이동범위를 작게하여 인체의 안정성을 유도하였다. 또한 8자형의 인체중심속도와 바벨의 속도는 E3(바가 고관절에 도달할 때)를 지나면서 상방향으로 바를 끌어올리는데 유리한 조건의 큰 속도를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 몸통과 고관절 무릎, 발목 및 스탠스 각도에서 8자형은 11자형에 비해 인체의 안정성을 유지하면서 순간적인 힘을 발휘하는데 유리한 조건을 갖추고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Development of a Cabbage Loader

  • Cabbage is one of the most important vegetable in Korea. The cabbage production was mainly based on human labor A comprehensive research fur substituting the human labor by machines has been performed until now. In general, cabbage is cultivated on hillside in Korea. Picking up the harvested cabbages in field and carrying to a vehicle fur transportation are very laborious work. Manual transportation of cabbage is likely to damage the quality and is also a cause to increase the cost of cabbage production. This study was to develop and evaluate a prototype cabbage loader fur efficient and safe transportation of cabbage. The developed loader was a semi-tracked vehicle operated by a hydraulic system, allowing the safe transportation and loading of cabbage in a steep field. The maximum loading weight of the loader was 1.0 ton. By using two sets of safety devices attached to the loader to avoid the roll-over in a steep field, the static rollover slopes were increased up to 34.0% and 37.4% fur the left and the rear direction, respectively The maximum field speed was about 6km/hr with two cabbage pallets of 750kg at a 25% inclined field. The loading capacity of the loader was about 35 pallets/hr when picking up, carrying, and unloading two cabbage pallets for one loading operation. The loading capacity was more than 8 times in comparison with the conventional human labor. The developed loader could be used fur loading and carrying the other vegetables. The study suggested a possible approach for designing the field machines operated on hillside.

역도 용상 Jerk기술동작의 성공.실패에 대한 운동학적 분석 -사례연구- (Kinematic Analysis of Jerk Motion during Successful and Failed Trials of a Male Weight lifter -Case Study of an Olympic Gold Medalist-)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2008년 베이징올림픽 남자 역도 금메달리스트인 사재혁선수를 대상으로 최대의 노력으로 경기력을 수행하고 있는 실제 경기상황에서 동일한 중량으로 Jerk동작의 1차시기 실패 후 2차시기 성공을 운동학적으로 분석하여 실패의 원인을 구명하여 사재혁 선수의 Jerk기술 향상과 경기력을 극대화시키고 현장에서 선수들을 지도하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있었다. 본 연구를 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 성공 동작이 실패동작에 비하여 1국면에서는 짧은 시간을, 3국면과 4국면에서는 다소 긴 수행시간을 보였다. 바벨의 수직변화는 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았으나, 무릎에서는 E4에서 실패 시 낮은 수직 위치를 나타냈다. 바벨의 수직속도는 4국면에서 무릎의 수직속도는 3국면과 4국면에서 성공과 실패동작 간에 큰 차이를 보였다. 3국면의 실패동작에서 성공동작에 비하여 빠른 신체무게중심의 하방속도가 나타났다. E3순간의 실패동작에서 성공동작에 비하여 더 굴곡된 무릎각도가 나타났다.
