The Korean functional Genomics Project focuses on stomach and liver cancers. Specimens collected by six hospital teams are used in BNA microarray experiments. Experimental conditions, spot measurement data, and the associated clinical information are stored in a relational database. Microarray database schema was developed based on EBI's ArrayExpress. A diagrammatic representation of the schema is used to help navigate over marty tables in the database. Field description, table-to-table relationship, and other database features are also stored in the database and these are used by a PERL interface program to generate web-based input forms on the fly. As such, it is rather simple to modify the database definition and implement controlled vocabularies. This PERL program is a general-purpose utility which can be used for inputting and updating data in relational databases. It supports file upload and user-supplied filters of uploaded data. Joining related tables is implemented using JavaScripts, allowing this step to be deferred to a later stage. This feature alleviates the pain of inputting data into a multi-table database and promotes collaborative data input among several teams. Pathological finding, clinical laboratory parameters, demographical information, and environmental factors are also collected and stored in a separate database. The same PERL program facilitated developing this database and its user-interface.

In this study, we have developed the digital hardware system which performs signal processing necessary for the filtering to eliminate noises by inputting pulse wave signals from the sensor group. A study was conducted to improve validity in new BOM structure through using the similitude of existing BOM in the PDM. The system is developed in Web-Based PDM environments using servlets and database. The system provides the correlation information between parts to inflect the reusability of existing BOM. User-defined correlation is used to inform the relations between design precedence and co-relations of parameters. Realistic application in injection mold production is constructed using this structure.

건설공사의 계약문서에는 설계도면, 공사시방서 등이 포함되나, 국제적인 수준의 계약문서로서 다소 미흡하게 작성되었던 것이 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 '98년 1월부터는 설계도서 작성시 공사시방서를 작성하도록 하였다. 그러나 제도의 도입초기이므로 참고할 만한 자료도 충분하지 않으며, 작성경험 및 능력도 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 개발된 기존 시스템은 네트워크를 고려하지 않아 시스템 활용과 유지관리 및 갱신에 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 시스템을 개선하여, 전문시방서, 설계기준, 하위기술기준 둥 건설공사기준 DB를 구축하고, Web을 통해 구축된 DB를 검색·활용하여 공사시방서를 실시간으로 작성하는 시스템 개발 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 시스템은 공사시방서 작성시, 표준시방서, 전문시방서 등 다양한 정보를 조회하여 수준높은 공사시방서를 작성하는데 일조할 것으로 기대된다.

KFD 웹 데이터베이스 시스템은 가족미술치료사들의 요구사항을 반영하여, 방대한 평가 자료의 관리 및 효율적인 사정평가 과정의 지원을 위해 개발된 프로토타입 시스템이다. 그러나 KFD 웹 데이터베이스 시스템은 내담자가 그림을 그리는 동안의 행동패턴, 얼굴 표정, 그리고 음성 정보등과 같은 중요한 관찰요소들에 관한 정보는 얻을 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 카메라와 그림판 툴을 이용하여 내담자의 KFD 작업 과정을 녹화하고, 녹화된 영상 내의 주요 이벤트들을 인덱싱하여 가족미술치료사가 KFD 동영상을 분석하고 검색할 수 있도록 온톨로지 기반의 이벤트 분석 및 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 즉 새롭게 제안된 시스템에서는 가족 구성원에 관한 내담자의 이벤트 및 행동분석에 관한 요약 보고서와 함께 비디오 검색 서비스가 제공된다. 제안된 KFD 동영상 내의 이벤트 분석 및 검색 시스템은 가족치료사에게 내담자의 작업태도 및 행동, 그리고 KFD 작성과정에 대한 정량적이고, 객관적인 정보를 제공함으로써 보다 강화된 KFD 사정 평가를 지원할 수 있다.
