This paper is to automate the intelligent and equipment to recycle the volatile organic compounds in various a gas stations and a laundry, in real life. In addition, based the ZigBee module and TCP/IP communications on ICT technologies, it's propose an integrated management system to monitor and manage an liquid at a remote location.Furthermore, it's propose a service model that can be freely managed from a remote location based on the app on android. In this paper, we present a communication protocol of the bridge modules and a liquefier of intelligent control system based ZigBee and MCU(Micro Controller Unit). Through the development of smart app based android mobile services in an integrated management system, it's represent for liquefier to a DB server for remote management(MS SQL 2012) and a web server (OS: Windows 2008).

Our country's coast is vulnerable area to natural disaster which the repetitive damages occur every year including a loss of lives, the damage of facilities and erosion mostly except for the east coast because of a typhoon, tidal waves, sea water overflowing by topographic structure of low-lying gentle slope and shallow sea. However, as for prevention of natural disaster occurring every year, the situation is that it's centered on the restorationcentered measures and the general disaster prevention research to minimize damages at the time of disaster occurrence is insufficient. This study intendedlop t to devehe techniques possible for real time sampling of damage prediction areas on Web in order to support decision making for damage prevention and establishment of disaster prevention policy. For this, the thematic map was produced related to disaster based on high-resolution satellite picture, and the environmental DB similar to real world was constructed through topographic construction of three-dimension integrating the parts of land and the sea. In addition, the system was developed possible for the expression of damageable regions by real time grasp of dangerous regions at the time of disaster occurrence through over flowing simulation of three-dimension, and it's intended to prepare a basis to minimize damages to disaster situations through it.

For efficient compatible system between medical clinics, the medical information has to be built on a standardized protocol such as a HL7 for text data and a DICOM for image data. But it is difficult to exchange information between medical clinics because the systems and softwares are different and also a structure of data and a type of code. Therefore we analyze a structure of DICOM file and design an integrated database for effective information sharing and exchange. The WISD system suggested in this paper separate the DICOM file transmitted by medical clinics to text data and image data and store it in the integrated DB(database) by standardized protocol respectively. It is very efficient that each medical clinic can search and exchange information by web browser using the suggested system. The WISD system can not only search and control of image data and patient information through integrated database and internet, but share medical information without extra charge like construction of new system.

Anyone curious to easily access and learn Korean history has become interested in Korean history data bases, which will provide accurate and reliable historical information. Furthermore, user demands for information sharing and reusability, available through setting up a semantic web, have been increased, which have taken the shape of linked data. Efforts have been made to construct public data bases containing readily usable contents a user can understand and utilize with ease. They have been produced by several organizations, portal sites, and individuals, trying to deviate from existing mainstreams - expert-based text data bases. A problem with those data bases is that they have not considered such vital factors as the sharing and utilizing of information as a whole. This study suggests a LOD-based Korean history contents implementation system, providing rich information environment by way of multi-dimensional web-data connections. In doing so, this system has tried a historic information circulation service system which is based on information sharing and connecting.

In this paper ubiquitous health care system that can monitor health condition was implemented through measuring the sensor that is installed in vehicles. Implemented system consists of various wireless sensors and DB server, transmitting information that is sensed in real-time. In addition, through the sensed data based algorithm, the system which couples Web-based JSP program with Flash GUI, providing information as well as emergency service was established.

본 논문에서는 원격지에 있는 사용자가 좀 더 쉽고 효율적으로 자가진단을 하고 진료를 받기 위한 의료정보시스템을 구현하였다. 사용자는 자가진단 프로그램을 통하여 난청 진단을 한 수 있고 진단 결과값을 DB에 저장한다. 그 결과 값을 가지고 사용자는 전문의에게 진단을 요청 할 수 있으며 전문의의 처방에 따라 교육을 받아 치료를 할 수 있다. 교육을 받은 결과 값은 다시 전문의에게 보여지고 전문의는 사용자의 교육 성과에 따라 어떤 교육이 필요한가를 사용자에게 알려 줄 수 있다. 본 시스템은 Web을 통한 인터페이스로 사용자는 원격진단을 쉽게 받을 수 있고 자신이 받은 진단에 대해서 전문의와 효율적인 의사소통이 이루어지므로 난청 치료에 도움이 된다.

In this study, embodying reliability block diagram based on the web and reliability analysis technology are developed. RBD(reliability Block Diagram) represents the functional relation between elements in any product. Among relations between elements. there are serial, parallel, bridge, and stand by, etc. Advantages of developed system are integrated datum about reliability (NPRD, EPRD, MIL-HDBK 217F, NSWC. OREDA. Bellcore, and domestic institutes & companies datum). graphic user interface for convenience, and the various service analyzes the failure history data of parts.

We collected eleven large astronomical catalogues, which include 2MASS, USNO B1.0, GSC 2 catalogues and so on. Most of these catalogues are the frequently used by astronomers for all sorts of applications. But the researches are faced with the problem of accessing these databases because these catalogues contain from tens millions up to thousands of millions of records. So we developed a web application system to manage these large catalogues, the main purpose of the web application is to allow a powerful and efficient querying activity on these catalogues through internet by using a simple web interface. User could retrieve the query result in variety of formats including plain text, HTML, Microsoft Excel format (XLS), and VOTable. Furthermore, user also could display and analyze result graphically by using a powerful interactive visualization tools named VOPlot which was developed by the Virtual Observatory-India (VOI) project.

Recently, users using social network service(SNS) with smart phone as well as users using smart phone are so rapidly increasing. In this paper, Android based local SNS system is proposed and developed. The main feature and contribution are as follows. First, the proposed SNS system is developed based on smart phone Android for supporting both the search of neighbor users and the addition of friends to start SNS with Web/DB. Second, the system is designed with the unchanged basic UI of Android and user oriented approach. The performance evaluation is performed by using OPTIMUS-Q/ANDROID 2.1. The results of performance evaluation show that the proposed SNS system can efficiently support the neighbor search services by using android based bluetooth neighbor search. Currently, we are still ongoing working on bluetooth autofaring in android to improve the performance of the proposed system.

Following the technology developments of traffic network and communication for the wide area, the importance of the cooperation system to vitalize the wide area economy is increasing. Therefore, in this study, DongNam Kwon industry information system is established for the industrial information sharing based on GIS in the DongNam Kwon wide area economy. The DongNam Kwon is an industrial integration area centered with the manufacturing so that the operation of effective industrial cluster and cooperation systems are required across the administrational boundaries. To establish the database of the information, the information system was established utilizing already established industrial databases in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. But, various issues caused by the discordances among the data of each local government and the insufficiency of GIS based location information have been found. According to the analysis, the standardization considering the courses of collection, distributions and utilization are required immediately to solve the issues. This study establishes an 2-way industrial information system enabling the information creation and the phased approach between the administrator and the user in the bi-directions on the web by utilizing cadastral and numerical maps. The result of this study would have a meaning in providing a fundamental frame for cooperative responses and cooperation system for DongNam Kwon's industrial promotion using industrial information sharing.
